Distinct Lack of communication
I have had no helpful contact with the company, I placed an order on the 4th Sept and it said a couple of days for delivery. Now nearly a week on and I have had no updates on my order and the customer service team have not given me an update on when I will receive my order. Is this some kind of scam?

Spoke to a lovely man on the phone called James who told me that it was shipped and the curriers had lost it so they re ordered it. Things like this happen however they need to improve on letting the customer know what’s happening with their order

The product was 1st class cut to my…
The product was 1st class cut to my exact measurements. It was 2 square section pieces are needed to repair my gazebo frame. Having sprayed them white and drilled appropriate holes the gazebo was as good as new.
Delivery was very prompt on time.
