It was easy to order the rsj we…
It was easy to order the rsj we required through the website. It was a bit confusing re delivery, with parts of the site mentioning next day delivery and some 7-10 working days. I wasn’t sure whether the order would arrive before I had booked the contractor for. However, on phoning the company to enquire I was reassured that delivery would be later that week and that the delivery company would be in touch.
The goods arrived in plenty of time and were exactly what we ordered. All in all a good experience

Purchased a custom size stainless steel…
Purchased a custom size stainless steel splashback. The ordering process and delivery was smooth/quick. Unfortunately there was damage to the sheet. Of the 2 subsequent orders, there was serious damage the edge, to the face and finally the grain came in the wrong direction. However, the customer services team were efficient and a credit was issued immediately.

Good company to deal with.
I'm not a big buyer but needed square tubing for a home project, I did look at other companies but found 'Metals4U' the easiest to sort and source what I wanted. I didn't use the cutting service but that may be helpful in the future. Delivery was on time.
