Mayfairparking Arvostelua 

After years of good service, Mayfair Parking have conducted themselves in a vile manner. Despite me paying for parking, they left the car park tailgating someone in error and got me a ticket. After being told they would sort it, I've had nothing but broken promises of a call back and the latest call handler hung up on me. They have no intention of paying, clearly leaving me with the bill. It is unprofessional at best and i will now be avoiding like the plague. Simply they lied

14.06.25 update. Mayfair parking have confirmed they have now paid the fine and apologised. That does not excuse the disgusting behaviour of the call handler yesterday.

If you're reading this then please do not book with these cowboys. Over half of their reviews are 1 star and for good reason. Firstly, they were driving my car around whilst I was on holiday incurring an additional ULEZ charge....this was at 1am!! Secondly, they were 3 hours late delivering my car due to a 'flat' tyre (all 4 are less then 2 months old), when they did eventually deliver it, the tyre was the same, no visible damage. Lastly, and the worst bit, My number plates have been changed, I had 3D block plates on, they were now flat, regular plates?? I can only surmise that my original plates were stolen and the company replaced them. How were they stolen if my car was held in a secure parking lot? Why didn't they inform me of this? Also, you'd at least replace them with the same 3D plates? The company used was 'Number plate King' who have been reported to the DVLA for producing a plate without the V5. I have reported it to the police and will be contacting trading standards

Avoid this company at all costs, returned my car back to me with a huge crack along my windscreen, you also have to pay an extra £15 on top to get in and out of the car park, they also added an air freshener to my car which makes me think they were smoking in it as it smelled unusual and musty when I picked it back up

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! On arrival took them nearly an hour to return car after trying to call them over 30 times with them just hanging up on me and even worse they badly damaged my front alloy wheel which had clearly been done by them as it was fresh scuffs, driver looked very unprofessional and steering wheel left covered in grease. They won’t own up to the damage obviously. Just a bunch of scamming cowboys that have now cost me a lot of money.

DO NOT USE THEM. They won't answer your phone to pick up the car, they will nick everything from your car and you don't have any insurance from them for your car. They will park it on the road and if the car is scratched you don't have anything from them. Calling them back it takes hours to come back. Very rude on the phone.

Ok service upon arrival but collecting not as good, called after collecting our bags as per the instructions and they take 30mins to get to car park. You’re left waiting for 20minutes, may as well pay less and get a shuttle bus. And hidden costs of £7.50 each way and the car came back absolutely filthy, bird poo and residue all over it! Won’t be using again.

I got spoken to on the phone before them picking car up like absolute crap, when arriving back they parked my car diagonally across 2 parking space car was absolutely filthy dirty dusty and full of bird poo and the worst thing of all they left my car key on the driver wheel and just left it when I called them he answered said as quick as possible key on wheel and put the phone down…..disgraceful do not use!!! Also they have a scuffed the shit out of my alloys FUMING is an understatement I will be taking this further and they will be getting reported!!

Disgraceful. Had wheels on car refurbished prior to dropping off. Pictures taken. On collection wheel damaged, dash camera disconnected and dirty condition outside. Have contacted them daily by phone and e mail with no response. Would not recommend this company. I would welcome some form of response but not anticipating one coming

Horrible, Terrible, as soon as I arrived it seemed wrong. Minimal communication, hardly spoke. It wasn't obvious I still had to pay for the drop off charges both drop off of the car, and pick up. On pick up they couldn't wait to get away and as soon as the keys were handed over they jumped into another car and were gone. Before I inspected the car. When inspected I found damage to the car on the back wing. Contacted Mayfair and all I got was read the T&C's and I should have checked before they left me. They knew there was damage and left as soon as they could! When I dropped the car off they took photos but I wasn't allowed to see them once I had seen the damage as "they were for their use only". On entry to the car there was empty crisp packets, and other empty food packages. Crumbs all over. Never use this company, horrible, terrible, they don't care.

Terrible Don't believe a word they say. I waited an hour in a freezing car park with an elderly relative. Each time I called it was a new lie its there in 10 minutes. Its on its way Its always the same excuse - We are very busy. Save your time and money and look elsewhere unless you want to be lied to and have the phone put down on you when you call them. Total cowboys

Do not use these guys unless you want to land with a ticket for parking a week later. On the day that I got back from my trip their driver was meant to meet me at level 2 where I had dropped the car but he said there was too much traffic and directed me to the drop off zone instead. He was in a big rush and practically ran out of the car when I got there. He did not say I had to pay for any parking and a week later I got a ticket. When I called them to dispute it I was told it was my problem.
I will not sure them again, really poor.

AVOID this company like the plague, had my vehicle delivered back by a very unprofessional looking person and both my wing mirrors have been ripped off , door dented and a wing indicator damaged, I voiced my anger at the driver and he reply was "not my problem I have just started work ) . Pulling out of the airport my clutch is biting very high and guess what its slipping and was perfect when dropped off , We have emailed , called , emailed , called and nothing , even better I now have had a £90 ulez fine which was the driver bringing my car to me . Back home and having a good look over the car there is multiple scratches all over so clearly i think my vehicle has been abused . This company is a complete shower of #hit and I don't think I have ever had such a poor service and zero customer support .

I dropped off my car in pristine condition. They damaged my car and mentioned nothing to me. I got my car late at night and didn’t notice the damage till broad day light as the damage is hidden. I contacted the provider and was told they would not be liable for the damage. My car is less that 2 years old and the damage has affected my air conditioner too.

Just had our car dropped back, with missing wing mirror, broken wing mirror and broken indicator light, the driver just walked off!
I called the office and was told to email! Shocking, shame I can’t upload pictures

Had the misfortune of using Mayfair parking at Heathrow over the May bank holiday. No problems dropping off the car, apart from the £7.50 charge that you have to pay to allow the car to get out of the car park.

However, on our return we did as instructed, called the phone number when we collected our cases from the baggage reclaim area. We were told to make our way to Level 4 of the short stay car park and would have to wait half an hour for the car, which isn't what we expected or needed after a long flight!

So we, waited, waited and after a few phone calls the the car eventually arrived following an HOUR wait, plus then having to pay another £7.50 to get out of the car park! Not happy at all and will not be using Mayfair parking again!

To make things worse, the person who returned my car looked completely unprofessional—he seemed like he might have been under the influence, which was very concerning. I called the company (Star 1) to raise the issue but got no proper response.

Very disappointed with their service and professionalism. I will never use this company again.

Avoid was very sceptical about using meet and greet but as it looked easier I went ahead and booked mine and my friends car and bare in mind both fitted with trackers had to park and wait in car park 45mins for each so there goes the "meet and greet" part when they arrived we was told we had to pay car parking ticket at extra cost

Moving on to while I was away 1 was in and out of traveller site most days and 1 was being used as a pool car at the airport, train station and even shopping at londis when we rang about the use they hung up then called back and said it was being moved to storage now

Now trying to collect the car waiting an hour after contacting them the 2 used and abused and extremely dirty vehicles arrived and then once again came with paying parking ticket

So as a general rule never ever use this company or others under the same LTD they need investigating and shutting down horrible employees and company as a whole

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PN THIS COMPANY! We wasn’t told about the charge for the parking ticket. When we arrived to collect the car we had to wait 45 mins. Then when my car arrived it was damaged! I chased them regarding this. Received quotes as requested. And I never heard anything back! I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY!
