Horrendous service! Do not use this company. Phoned 30 mins before arrival, not there to take my car! When I returned from holiday, not there either to pick up my car. Car damaged! Rodent evidence inside too!!! What the heck! Phoned at the time to complain asked how to proceed. They said send an email. Sent email with before and after photo evidence. Still emailing 2 months later and getting nowhere. They've now blocked my number. Refusing to even contribute to the damage! How do they get way with that! What sort of business is this? Never again will I use a meet and greet service. They didn't meet or freakin greet!!
And remember you still have to pay 2x short term parking for when you drop it off and then pay for them bringing the car back from wherever they took it, 6 miles away.
Use long term parking and shuttle bus instead. Allow a bit more time. Keep your keys = know where your car is.

Terrible avoid this company
They didn’t answer the phone when we were on the way to Heathrow so we arrived and had to wait 25 minutes for him to even turn up !?! We called 4 times he said I’m busy !? What’s the point in asking us to call and asking flight details if you aren’t going to be there or waiting for customers ??
The time difference here could be the difference between missing your flight or not if they are that slow.
They also don’t tell you on compare parking that they charge the same as other providers but make you pay for the entry and exit of the car park !! That’s an extra £14 beware of that so include this into your costs

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company. After a long 15-hour flight, I was looking forward to a smooth car delivery, but instead, I had to wait for over an hour.

To make matters worse, the driver was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He shouted at me while I was waiting with my 13-month-old baby in the cold. It was an extremely stressful situation and not what I expected after such a long journey.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. There are plenty of other companies out there that value their customers and provide better service. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

Was quick and easy. However before booking they don't tell you about the £7.50 x 2 charge for a parking ticket in Heathrow. I noticed after it was at the bottom of confirmation email after all instructions (sneaky) needs to be put on their actual site before booking or added onto the price... Will not use again, will just go purple parking as per usual.

This company is an absolute scam.

They emailed me, 10 minutes after my plane landed conveniently, stating my car had been involved in a “hit and run” where the other driver had ran off.

Firstly they said it had been reported to police, then it hadn’t, and I have asked 4 times for the police reference number and details of the so called hit and run such as location, time etc and they refuse to answer the questions.

They will not speak on the phone, everything has to done via email which is dodgy in itself.

When we asked where our vehicle now was they refused to tell us an exact address and told us to go home, 2 hours away, and then changed their minds once we were home and said to come and collect it from the airport as it is driveable! They were then late, parked it in a different location and left the key on the tyre and ran off!

This company is absolutely not legitimate and definitely operating on the wrong side of the law.

My car is now very damaged, it’s cost us an extortionate amount of money to get home from the airport and then back again the next day!

Terrible. fuel in tank when I left the car doesn’t add up to mileage (20, which does seem excessive) driven.. so either fuel tank emptied whilst I was away or car serious thrashed when driven…..I had 350 miles left when I left the car and 270 miles left when car returned to me…… but only 20 miles driven? also I wasn’t expecting £15 additional fee for driving into the short stay car park . This was ‘hidden’ when price quoted originally

I used the GoCompare web site to book parking at Heathrow’s terminal 5. Thinking they were part of the GoCompare group.

Got that wrong. No, they are just an agent using the name. My booking was with Mayfair parking. This whole affair was an absolute shambles. The instructions on where to park are unclear. After calling them 4 times to get to the drop off and with the agent finally directing me I got to the car park but couldn’t find the 4th floor because he’d directed me to the wrong car park. The agent met me on the 3rd floor and then asked me to pay the ticket £7.50 to get out of the car park.

When I returned I called as per the instructions. I was told it would be 30 minutes to get my car back. Some 40 minutes later the agent turned up. I asked him to wait whilst I checked my car. I asked why 25 miles had been added to the mileage. He said it was within Heathrow’s parking guidelines. He gave me the ticket to exit the car park. At the barrier I had to pay another £7.50 to exit the car park. I called the agent. He said entry & exit isn’t included in the price.

I’ve never experienced such a poor service. Never has such a high mileage been added to my vehicle. Never have I had to pay to enter and exit the car park. What doesn’t help when you are trying to get answers or help is the person on the end of the phone barely speaks English. Trying to understand and be understood specifically on the telephone adds even more stress to the experience.

I have contacted the booking agent (GoCompareparking) the agent there basically said everything was my fault not theirs or the parking companies.

I would urge anyone looking to book parking at Heathrow to think very carefully before using either of these companies. There are hidden costs and when you ask where your car was parked they are very vague as to where. Other reviews also make the same claims. We can’t all be wrong.

This company are dreadful. They forget to tell you that you need to pay £15 parking in Heathrow so they are no cheaper than any other company. The care is driven at least 15 miles and comes back filthy. Driver have no covers on the seats and tell untruths as to how long the car will be. Useless company please avoid for your cars own good. They do not tell you that you need to pay the parking fee and therefore I will be making a claim against them. Ask them where they park the car.

They go under many names but make sure you never use them unless you want poor service

Did not accept responsibility for damage. Left my car with Mayfair for a week, it was returned damaged and had been involved in a collision. Despite all the evidence and following process i still had to pay the excess and have a fault on my record because they would not respond to claims investigators and had no record of insurance.

Booked via a comparison website. We called when 30 mins away as per instructions, but they had no record of our booking. They did send someone to collect the car, and took photos of my booking confirmation email.
Whilst away I tracked my car which at start and end spent 24 hours at a residential address and the rest of the week at a caravan site in Slough.
On return we called as instructed but the call went to answerphone and the answerphone was full ! It took several attempts to speak to them and we waited longer than half an hour. On seeing our car being parked we approached and were handed the keys - could have been anyone. Asked the driver if he wanted to see our paperwork and he said no need, and walked off.
Oh, and you get to pay the £7.50 parking charge both ways too which isnt mentioned until you get there .

On arrival at terminal 3 carpark and previously given the recommended 30 minute call before arrival had to wait approximately an hour to drop car off and paying £7.50 carpark fee.
On return made phone call in baggage collection to arrange return of car. Told battery was flat and needed a jump start, they couldn’t start it with jump pack or jump leads. We then told there recovery people would tow it to a place where we could arrange for a recovery firm to come and start it.
After receiving a pin location on where the car was we had to get a cab at a cost of £30 but was told to give them a call before we left the airport so they could arrange return for the key to be there, we didn’t call. On arrival we rang for them to bring the key.
The car had been parked in a residential street between two other cars and looked like it had been parked for a long time. I knocked on the door of a house next to where the car was parked and she told me it had been parked there for a number of weeks and she thought it had moved once in that time, we were away for 3 weeks.
Will definitely not be using this company and should have read the reviews before using.

We had to get the AA to come and jump start the car which took him approximately one minute.
I have since emailed the company with my complaint to which I am still waiting for a reply.

I would not recommend Mayfair parking. I was told the car would be delivered within 1/2 hour. After several calls with unhelpful company representative, the car was eventually returned after 1 hour at 12.40 am. Will not be using again

I am regular traveller and first time I used MAYFAIR PARKING SERVICE but I would like to say that one of the UNRELIABLE,UNTRUSTWORTHY and WELL UNPROFESSIONAL socking service I received.
I paid £27 and waited 2hours at airport plus my car was driven for good 69miles.

I have booked my car with your company from 3rd of march till 17th of march and I have to share my Shocking experience with you.

1) I arrived at airport around 9am on 17th of march and I made first call at 9:22am to inform company that I just arrived and going to collect my luggage’s but I never said that I will be ready in half and hour plus no one advice me that ring us 30min.

2)I called again at 9:37am and said that they some issue with luggage belt so I will be late and I also said as soon as I collect my luggage I will ring you back but unfortunately driver was already there 9:47am.And I had several call that we already here but I never said I was ready to pick up my car.

3)I picked my my luggage around 10:17am and I called agent to pick up my car and they said we are here and come quickly so I said as soon as I get lift with my luggage then I am coming and within 5min I came to level 4 and driver already left.They asked me to leave my car keys there but I never done that before and my car is expensive so I was not comfortable to leave my car keys with someone else.

4)Then I asked when someone gonna come to drop my keys so reception someone said it will take another 30min but they made me wait over hour and I was waiting there for good 1hour 30min which was well frustrating.
5) My car was in parking from 9:46am till 11:56am which is over 2hours so I had to paid £22 for parking which was absolutely shocking.So basically I paid £7 when I arrived and paid £22 on my leaving so end up paying £29 which is absolutely ridiculous.I shouldn’t be paying that for parking when it’s not my fault.

6) When I dropped my car to airport I had 283miles left to drive and when I came to collect car that time only 214miles were left so my car was driven good 69miles so why my was been used that much ?I uploaded proof for that.I expect to get money for the fuel.

I used so many different company with parking but if I am being honest I never had this many issue and end up paying stupid amount of money for parking plus reception person with whom I spoke to that person was very rude and never ready to listen customer issue and that was absolutely unprofessional and shocking.I show proof of how many miles were left in my car and how many miles were driven but they refuse to consider this proof aswell with silly excuses.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS MAYFAIR PARKING SERVICE.

This was the first time we had used a third party M&G car parking option booked through Compare the Airport Parking website.

On dropping the car on 4th March 2025, rang the number as indicated 30 minutes before arrival, we were early, and waited further 10 minutes before calling them again. They indicated they were 10 minutes away but when highlighted that we had given them the stipulated 30 minutes for arrival, they mentioned that I was early then the booked time of 10.00am - this we reluctantly accepted.
There was no mention of the additional costs of 2 x £7.50 for using the short stay parking for the drop off/collection. We had noted the mileage on dropping the car and noticed that the car had travelled 22 miles and further evidence of car usage as the part-rear passenger seat had been folded down to create larger loading space - we definitely did not leave the car in this state. When complained about these facts by phone, we were informed that 20 miles was industry standard and that they never use customer cars whilst in their possession.
We will never use them again and will ensure this is relayed to friends/colleagues and other family members.

I drove myself to the airport so could not call the number to say I was half an hour away. When I arrived at the airport I did call the number and the man was incredibly rude when asking why I hadn't called earlier.

When I booked there was no mention of any extra charges, however when I arrived at the airport I was told I had to pay the £7.50 car parking fee and then had to pay the fee when I collected my car.

If this wasn't bad enough, when I checked the glove box, I discovered a card from their company and that my parking purse (holding about £30) was missing.

I feel sick to my stomach that I've had this experience and wished I had consulted Trustpilot instead of the reviews at compareyourparking.co.uk

Timing of ‘meet and greet’ went OK, but my car was brought back absolutely covered in hard, encrusted bird poo. When I commented on this to the driver, his only response was ‘there are a lot of trees around’ where the car was parked. Needless to say, I won’t be using them again.

Unprofessional service and I would not use them again. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my car back and there are £15 pounds hidden parking charges as these are not included in the fee.

If I could give this company ZERO stars that would be far more suitable, I do not feel as though one star is even deserving of this horrendously ran operation. We called when we landed 30 minutes ahead of schedule, the phone went to voicemail three times and only successful with an answer on the fourth try. After they eventually answered, we were rudely told on the phone to wait 30 minutes and then told again to wait for a further 30 minutes with the phone put down on me before I could even get a response in. I then tried to call them back again, to which they did not answer. This company does not deserve any custom and to think that we as customers leave our cars and our belongings in their care whilst on our travels is quite concerning. If this is the way that they are treating us as human beings, it makes you wonder how they are treating our things. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid This Scam – Unprofessional and Dishonest!

I’ve used this company a few times in the past, but always had a suspicious feeling that they might be using my car for personal or business purposes. This time, my concerns were confirmed because my car has a tracker and sends me email notifications whenever it moves from one location to another.

Since dropping off my car, I received more than 7 tracker notifications indicating that my car was being moved. When I emailed them to ask why they were moving my car, the movements mysteriously stopped. This behavior is extremely concerning and unprofessional.

The owner of the company was incredibly rude when responding to my concerns, which only added to my frustration. To make matters worse, this "Mayfair Meet and Greet" company owns another car park company in the same area, which makes me question the practices of both businesses.

I strongly urge others to avoid using this parking service. Be careful and don’t fall victim to this scam. There are far more trustworthy options out there!
