Really poor service. Didn’t deliver my car to me when I asked for on the booking form and phoned me twice to check which terminal after I’d arrived back. This information was also provided in advance. Also rude. Arriving on a late flight and very tired with a 2 hour journey ahead of me, this was definitely not what I needed.

They said the vehicle would be parked in Secure compound. The car was parked on a street in a residential area. My car has GPS tracker so was able to check the location. use this company at your own risk.

Do not use this company, they did not turn up for the meet and greet service I paid for. I made over twenty calls to their number only to be told that they would be with me in 10 minutes. Nobody turned up, I have contacted them for a refund and have been messed about, THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF, DO NOT USE THEM.

We risked booking this parking based on the fact we had read other reviews, I wasn’t concerned as we had planned to take our old family workhorse car.

Unfortunately we had to change the vehicle, this filled us with anxiety as the communication with the company can be very difficult, we never received confirmation the vehicle had been updated despite a few phone calls and an email in advance.

We phoned 30 mins ahead of our booking and someone was waiting for us, they were expecting the old vehicle however, this didn’t cause any issues.

Upon return, we arrived a few hours early and they accommodated the early arrival. The vehicle had no damage and the drivers were professional and polite!

Key points to note:

- communication can be difficult and poor. however if you keep calling they will answer. No response to emails.
- There doesn’t seem to be an active company on companies house, this would make any damage claim near impossible due to not being able to hold anyone accountable. I wouldn’t book this for a valuable vehicle.
- Possible wait times for your vehicle to be collected / dropped off based on the previous reviews (we had no issue that wasn’t caused by us).
- Cars are taken to multiple different locations around the area.
- Take your own photos and a picture of your dash in front of the driver upon drop off. Check your vehicle thoroughly before the driver leaves upon collection.

You must be open minded and relaxed if you book, we were in no rush and have a very relaxed approach to life. It worked out absolutely fine for us. If the business structure and communication was on point it would be a 5 star review for me!

Use at your own risk, which I have for quite a while. However, the last time I used this service, when I called to collect my car from Heathrow Terminal 5, the driver didn’t wait for me. Instead, he left my car keys on top of a tyre of the car in plain sight. When I got in my car items had been stolen from inside and it was only when I got home I realized there was significant damage to the outside of the car. Clearly the driver had driven into a barrier and there’s a dent and scratches along one side of the car. I suspect this is why the driver didn’t wait for me to collect my car. The damage is going to cost me £1500 to fix. Obviously this cowboy operation aren’t claiming any responsibility. They say I should have reported the damage when collecting - to who when they didn’t wait for me to collect the car! I have complained and my complaints have been ignored. Utter cowboys. Don’t use. Heathrow shouldn’t allow them to operate on their premises.

Do not use this company, they don’t mention having to pay the parking ticket of £7.50 on arrival and return so ends up being more expensive than other ones. Somebody also stole our change, cables and even the leather service booklet in our glovebox. Feel violated having trusting somebody with our car for someone to go through it with their dirty thieving hands, boycott this company

Mayfair Parking, also under the name of Spinx Meet and Greet at Terminal 5. We managed to get in the wrong lane at the entrance to T5 and ended up in the wrong car park, our fault but perhaps clearer message that you need to keep to the left hand lane upon entry to T5 would have been helpful. Drop off was quick and efficient. Pick up took longer than the suggested 30 mins and was closer to 50 but traffic was heavy so perhaps was to be expected. Courteous driver. As we went to drive off, the drivers side mirror was not in the correct place and could not be repositioned, hence distorting closeness and position of traffic. We hadn’t left the parking space at that point. Closer inspection suggested that the mirror had collided with another mirror. There were scuffs indicating this. Our driver was nowhere to be seen. We phoned immediately and sent a video showing the damage and a promise that someone would phone the next day. One week on and still no response. We took our Jaguar to a main dealer who was fortunately able to rectify and remove the scuffs without charge. We booked under the name of Spinx but the email address is Mayfair Parking so am assuming they are one and the same. Very disappointed with our experience and would urge a careful inspection and your own video of your car. Not sure that we would confidently use them again. Remember that there is a £7.50 charge for parking and again for exiting when you pick up. Doesn’t make it quite as cost effective as you may think. Factoring the time for the driver to come and collect and return, off site parking may be a better choice

The parking was very cheap and our car came back undamaged and money left in the car untouched . Lack of customer service is why I’ve given this a 3 star . We called 30mins before to say what time we were arriving - we then waited 40 mins passed our arrival time for a driver to arrive after numerous telephone calls so if you use them make sure you leave plenty of time for your check in . We then had to pay additional charges for the car park as it had gone passed the 15 mins for £7.50. Obviously , as expected , no communication from customer services about this complaint. Coming back we then had to wait 40mins for a driver to turn up with the car park. For what we paid the service was ok but don’t have high expectations

Where to start. Drop off was actually ok, besides the 20 minutes additional wait time, but to be fair we turned up later than the original start time. Despite this, we called up 35 minutes before arrival (to give plenty of time) and the rude person answered the phone telling me I booked it wrong so I’ll just need to wait - in an unpleasant, irate voice.

From here, it just gets worse. When I got back from the 4 day holiday, I called on the walk to customs - the man did not answer the first call then sent 5 others to voicemail. When I eventually got a call back, I was shouted at vehemently for booking the arrival time too late (I put it 2 hours ahead in case of any minor delays). I was annoyed, so I asked him why do we bother calling to give you time and why do we bother providing flight numbers if you are going to be so rude and unorganised?

After an hour, we get a call to say the car is back at the T4 short stay car park. I see the car, but no one around it. Turns out, they have left the car key on the drivers side tyre and the parking ticket inside… are we serious?!

Then I get home, check the pot inside the car and realise about £7 in loose change is missing - not the 20p’s, 10p’s or coppers… just the 50p’s, £1’s and £2’s! Honestly, they’ll say it wasn’t them and it’s my fault for leaving it in there, but they’re thieves and they know it. I know it.

Avoid at all costs. Genuinely shocking people with mediocre efficiency and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Warning warning warning theys people are not proper meet and greet company we arrived back in airport 6am this morning to find out that the car was parked down a dead end road open to pubic all vechcles there are at risk parked next to a scrap yard they gad conpletly smashed an alloy wheel and killed a brand new battery over 600 poud worth off damage to car with very poor custermer skills that did not help in any way at all stay well away from them as they are sure to make your airport vist a total missery police was contacted and have calls involving this company on a daily basis save your self the a nightmare and go eles were

If I would give them 0 star I would. I got a parking ticket for Heathrow airport, which I had to appeal and send them my parking booking confirmation with Mayfair. Dont understand what was going on there.
They don't tell you about the £7.50 charge for parking ticket in Heathrow, which then you have to pay.
Late collecting my car, I nearly missed my plane, all in all they are terrible.

called the number given half an hour before arrival as advised, man on the phone was incredibly rude and not listening. ended up arguing as he was being extremely rude which he then called back on his PERSONAL NUMBER (massive gdpr breach) and told me to f0ck off. then called their customer service line to which another staff member told me she “doesn’t care and it’s not her problem”. will be contacting authorities as the gdpr breach is illegal and carries a fine of up to 17 million.

We phone 30 mins before arrival at T2, there was nobody to greet us. After a number of calls, someone collected the car 20 mins after our arrival at T2. We were anxious that we might miss our flight. On our return we call as soon as we got our bags and were told it would be 30 mins, in the event, after a number of calls the car arrive 47 mins after our first call. There was a scratch on the car not noticed until seen in the daylight the following day. It was cheap, so a guess you get what you pay for.

Terrible experience! We had a joy rider for a driver. He returned the car to us by racing into the parking bay, tossing the keys at us, and literally running away via the lift. Then, we noticed the car key case was missing, and the dash cam had been taken and disconnected. We called for assistance, but no one was able to offer any satisfactory solution. Avoid these cowboys at all costs!

Unfortunately, I can't give a zero. They broke my phone holder without any obvious reason. I called the driver back, who was very rude and gave me an email to send pictures of the broken item. No one responded yet, and I am sure they won't. Don't trust this 'company'. They are skammers.

Complete scam of a company. Waited 40 mins with a baby with rude staff putting down the phone when we called to question how much longer they will be. Car arrived on reserve fuel (I had at least a quarter tank) leaving us searching for a petrol station and making one at the skin of our teeth. Car was covered in dust with windscreen smears even though there had been no rain the day we dropped it to them or the night we picked it up. Car had most definitely been driven as front passenger seat had been pushed back enough that I couldn’t turn my baby seat which had been left in position. DO NOT use this company

Appalling service. Our car was returned 40 minutes late and in a damaged condition – alloy wheels and bumper both marked. Despite emailing immediately, we have had no reply and no resolution. Completely unacceptable level of service and zero accountability. Would strongly advise others to avoid.

SCAM! The website states no hidden costs but you have to pay the short stay parking fee of £7.50 when you drop off and collect the car. We called as advised when through security to be told the driver would be 30 minutes. Why not advise to call when waiting for luggage so that the car is ready and waiting once through security. I wouldn't use this company again. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Emailed to complain about the additional parking costs and have had no reply.

RUBBISH ! I trusted this company with my car and returned it with a smashed windscreen. After waiting over 2 hours, staff simply told me to “take pictures and email.” This shows a complete lack of care or responsibility. I did and respond from company they don't take rsponsobility for damage so they take your car and bring all smashed and they don't care ! Don't use this company !

The company masquerade as a Meet & Greet. The reality is that they use Heathrow merely to collect your car and park it who knows where. You have to pay the Short Stay Car Park rates - min £7.50 when you drop off and collect. I returned a day early and despite telephoning and advising the company 2 days before the return they demanded £50 or they would not return my car. Foolishly I did not read the Trustpilot reviews before booking. They are curt in their telephone conversations. I paid £69 over and above the original booking cost.
I would strongly advise that you avoid this unscrupulous company.
