I left my car with Mayfair Parking at Heathrow for 14 days while I travelled. When I returned and drove home, I noticed my car had been used over 25 extra miles added that I did not authorise and there was also a new scratch on the left side of my car.
I called to complain and instead of taking my concern seriously, the staff member laughed at me and then ended the call. That level of customer service is shocking and completely unprofessional.
I trusted this company with my vehicle and came back to damage and unexplained mileage, with no accountability. If you care about your car and expect honest service, I would strongly advise you to think twice before using this company.

You are told to call when you collect your suitcase, which I did, and I was told it would be an hour??? Plus, I had to pay an Extra £8 to enter the Car park and also £8 to leave it, so an extra £16 on top of the fee they charged! -

Avoid at all cost as scammers broke my window!
They hide behind other company names (also look up HOLIDAYSPARKING LTD in company house but cant leave review as they the closed website even though the cpmpany is active. Mayfairparking is actually dissolved now on CH) to avoid accountability. I used them for Heahtrow parking in December. When I came back they kept me waiting for hours and lied that my car had flat battery (very easy to prove as they didnt need to jumpstart that I would have seen evidence of) and then said the rear window had broken when they put the heating on that day due to cold (It was +12C that day!!!!). They then kept on insisting this happened due to cold and sneakily hid the car in another floor and put the keys on the tire before telling me where it is after running away. They are a bunch of cowards who cant even face their customers when they have messed up!!! Small print said they are not responsible for the damage to the windows. Refused to give any email for official complaint. Replacing the wondow cost me £230! Absolute scammers. Avoid at all cost as your car will be at risk. I wish I had seen the previous reviews before booking.

Dont use them. Gave them notice when near the airport on departure, they took over half hour to collect car so we had a rush trip, we weren't able to go to the lounge and relax it made our trip stressful as we were anxious about the time. They kept saying he will be there as soon as possible which doesn't mean anything!!!

They have delivered my car back to me with a completely smashed windscreen then said it was already damaged so will not entertain my complaint. Do not use this company. My cat was not damaged & you can clearly see the impact mark from something being dropped on it

I was given an estimated time of 30 mins for our car to be brought to Heathrow which in fact took nearly an hour.
Rang to check progress after 30 mins and was spoken to really rudely by a male who did not care less about us waiting longer than quoted and did not answer any of my questions and put the phone down on me.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are unprofessional and genuinely do not care about the lies they tell. Taking your money is all they appear to care about and not offering the service they quote.
They are on a price comparison site too and I will also be contacting them too to highlight how disgusting this company is

How can a company whose entire business is parking and returning cars operate like this?

Our car was delivered back to us at Heathrow Terminal 5 with no number plates. Gone. Apparently stolen during a break-in at one of the third-party yards they use to store vehicles. Unbelievable.

Even more shocking: the driver who returned the car didn’t notice. Or noticed and said nothing. Either way, the car was handed back to us in a condition that made it illegal to drive.

From that moment on, everything went downhill.

Communication? Essentially nonexistent. You get one generic response saying “someone will get back to you” — and then nothing. No follow-up. No explanation. No apology. No accountability.

We are now almost £300 out of pocket just to deal with the consequences:

£260 to tow the car home from T5

£36 for replacement number plates

That doesn’t even begin to cover the stress, wasted time, and disruption.

What’s most worrying is that this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. Reading other reviews, similar stories keep coming up. The impression we are left with is a business that relies on being hard to reach and slow to respond once something goes wrong.

Ironically, we had used this company several times before without issue — which makes this experience even more disappointing. But when something does go wrong, this is when a company shows its true colours.

In our opinion, this is not a risk worth taking.

The car was dropped off in perfect condition. On pick up it was covered in mud and the rear windscreen wiper had physically been ripped off damaging the arm, blade and motor. Despite numerous attempts to contact and phone conversations to try and fix the issue there has never been any attempt made. This forced me to remedy this by contacting the police and trading standards. The number on the website doesn't seem to relate to the owner of the company and there seems to be no way of getting direct contact with management. Avoid this company at all costs.

The service was appalling AND I incurred additional parking fees which they agreed was their fault entirely but never reimbursed me. Having seen all the reviews on here I would simply suggest you use another parking company. ANY other parking company would be better.

Brilliant service pick up and drop off on time just had to pay the short stay charges.

They are not professionals and this company doesn’t take care of your car.

My engine was swapped by Mayfair Parking in December 2024. The car was delivered to them freshly serviced and detailed. 8 Days later the car was returned with the dashcam unplugged, tar marks all over the rear wheel arches and the person who handed the keys back vanished immediately. 15 minutes from the airport on my way home, the engine overheated and was found to have no coolant. On inspection, the serial numbers on the engine in my vehicle no longer match the engine code on BMW's registry. My well maintained working engine was swapped with a damaged engine that had a blown head gasket, broken oil cooler filter and a threaded oil sump pan bolt while I was out of the country. I have submitted a detailed report both to the local police and to Manchester airport management. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is not a meet and greet parking experience. You have to telephone half an hour before you get to the airport but there was no one to meet us. We kept phoning and eventually we found out he was twenty minutes away we had to leave the key on the tyre and pay for the parking ticket which was £7.50 and probably went up due to them being late. This was not a good experience. Upon our return the car was not there to meet us and we waited over an hour before it was brought back to us. Do not use mayfair.

Rang 30 minutes out from Heathrow they turned up over 20 minutes late. On return I was supposed to call after collecting my bags . The flight was delayed and landed at terminal 2 and not terminal 3 as I had been told when booking the flight.I rang them once I found out about the change but the car was still delivered to terminal 3 . Unbelievably they did not track the flight and delivered the car before I called to say I had my bags ,they just left the car placing the key on the front wheel .I have used several meet and greet firms at many airports during the years and this is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to use .Do not use this company.

We picked my car up from Heathrow level 4 as arranged Thursday 27th November. I couldn’t believe as my car was returned with no number plates on front or back, the driver was unable to help as he said he works for lots of different companies and just told to drop off and pick up. We called the company who said they could have fallen off while being driven. I have reported to police and will have to replace the number plates.

I booked meet-and-greet parking and the price shown did not include the compulsory Heathrow £7.50 Short Stay charges each way. These fees were only revealed after payment, which is misleading.

When I returned, my car was delivered late, the interior settings had been changed, and a tyre pressure warning appeared shortly afterwards.

The company refused to answer reasonable questions about where my car was stored or how it was handled. Their response to my complaint was hostile, dismissive and unprofessional. I would not use this service again.

Do NOT BOOK THESE SCAMMERS AT ANY COST. I dropped off my car at Heathrow in perfect condition and handed it over to their pick up driver. When I landed, I was told to call when I have collected my luggage- despite doing so my car was dropped off almost 2-3 hours later, the scammers are unprofessional rude and do not know their job.

Worse of all I was told to wait on level 4 but my car was dropped off to level 3, my keys were left on top of my driver wheel and the person who brought it back was nowhere to be seen, and the car entered the parking over 30minutes prior to them informing me- which resulted in me paying extra for the exit fee.
As I got into my car, my electric side window on the driver side was broken and it was rotating to the opposite direction. I tried to call the company I was told to email them. I have since emailed them with evidence of my car pictures but they have not repaired or refunded me any fund. They are not trust worthy and would never ever recommend them.

There was a lack of communication between Compare Parking and Mayfair Parking resulting in disputes about payments and many phone calls and emails interrupting or travel and flight. Our car was parked on a side street for a period of time, twice, not in a secure car park, evidenced on the dash cam.
I would not recommend the company.

This company helped themselves to sentimental items which were left in our car due to luggage restrictions and an already overweight bag. Whilst in hindsight this probably wasn't the best decision we have ever made, it still doesn't take away from the fact this company commit theft, judging by other reviews quite regularly too! We contacted them as soon as we realised, before we'd even left the airport and were met with horrific abuse. We have since had in excess of 30 email exchanges between them and the booking agent used and discovered that some of the less valuable and less appealing items have miraculously turned up in their lost property. The problem is that apparently it's our fault they ended up there and they want us to pay for the return postage to our home in cheshire. However, they now can't even be bothered to reply with their latest business address details.

P.S, avoid like the plague unless you want your car to be parked on a caravan park or a Costa coffee 6 miles from Heathrow all week and then get it back with much less range on it so you can barely make it to a charging station, but only once you've finished arguing with them about their thieving scumbag "staff"...
