Unprofessional and rude that’s all I can say.

I called Mayfairparking to inform them my return flight was delayed by 10hrs, for which they charged me £25. A tad expensive I thoughht but worse to come.
On Sunday 31st I called them at 17:38 to inform them I had collected baggage and was making my way ot pick up area.At 18:14 I called again and was told someone was on the way. At 18:25 I received a call from the driver saying he had just been allocated the journey and would be 15 minutes. At around 18:45 my car finally arrived - over an hour wait!

Dreadful company, over 1 hour waiting for car collection, the guy on the phone was argumentative saying it was my fault because my light landed late and they don’t flight
Tracking. For info, they asked for my arrival flight details when booking, and I only landed 30 minutes late.

Booked under their Spinx meet and greet. Followed the procedure on their instructions and contacted the driver 30 minutes before arriving at 4.30am in the morning. After numerous calls someone finally arrived to collect our car at 5.40am. No apoligies, just told us to pay the parking ticket. On our return we called as we landed and we're told he would be 'there when he could'. We landed at 8.30am, had no checked luggage and so expected to get the car at 9am. At 9am we called to see where he was. The Driver told us we had booked a delivery of 10.30am and that is when he would be there. My husband demanded the return of our car, the driver refused to tell us where he was was, then finally at 10am told us to collect from a different floor of the carpark. When we got there, he had left the keys to our car on the wheel arch and scarpered. Frankly, I'm glad we didn't see him as I suspect there would have been a fight. Condition wise, the car looks OK, but the hassle was ridiculous after a long flight and notwhat you pay for. Annoyed that we didnt check Trust Pilot before booking with these shisters.

The parking works well considering the cheap price ,you get what you pay for. And remember you have to pay an additional £8 on top as you enter and leave the car park, so that's £16 on top of what you pay to Mayfair parking, plenty of instructions on how to get there and what to do, drop off was easy and on return I had to wait 15 minutes for car to arrive which could annoy some people but it was fine with me, overall I was happy with the service I got.

Do not use this company if you want to be anywhere on time. Despite calling the “30 minutes” before getting to the airport, they turned up 20 minutes late causing me to rush through the airport. And despite calling them before I even got through customs I could see my car hadn’t moved for 15 minutes. I called to check and the man on the switchboard started shouting and threatening to “block my number”
Appalling customer service. Will NEVER be using this company again. And that man should be taken off switch board if he talks like that to customers

Absolutely terrible, you have been warned. I waited over an hour and constantly got lied to about my car being delivered. Trying to get a refund but it’s highly unlikely. Use Maple and pay a bit more as they are already present and very well organised, these guys should be banned from Heathrow.

I entered into an agreement with their business for parking services scheduled for 9:00 AM on 25 May 2026. However, despite the confirmed arrangement, the agreed service was not properly provided. On the day of the booking, I made repeated attempts to contact the operator, but my calls were ignored and communication ceased entirely. This constituted a clear breach of our agreement.

As a direct result of their failure to honour the booking and their lack of communication, I was forced to make an alternative booking in order to avoid disruption to my travel arrangements. It was only afterwards that I discovered the second booking was also connected to the same individual operating under a different company name, namely “Spinx Parking” and “Mayfair Parking".
Avoid at all costs if you value, your time, money and sanity.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is awful. Trying to collect my car for almost 3 hours now (took 4 hours) and still waiting at Heathrow. When you call the number provided you are fobbed off. When you try and call back to chase, it goes unanswered or rejected, and then your number is blocked. Had to call through ex employees or employees collecting cars at the drop off point to get information. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to reuse this company. I certainly will not be.

In retrospect the booking process should have rung alarm bells, as the confirmation text message contained a booking reference but no details of the flight times for which we had booked. The outward journey from Heathrow T2 worked ok, but on our return the company claimed we had booked for 9 hours earlier: the lack of a proper booking confirmation meant we could not challenge it. They charged an extra £25 “fine” and there was a 2 hour wait late at night for the car to be returned.
Would not use again.

We dropped the car at the location on the 30th of April and had to wait 15 mins for someone to collect it then on the return 15th May was asked to ring when we landed and again when we collected the luggage and had to wait for 35mins for the car to turn up I said this isn’t meet and greet and he said it takes half an hour to get the car there, if doesn’t mention anything about that when booking so not happy with them at all.

Used for the first time, will NEVER use them again, Stolen Disable badge and money taken from my car. This was reported to the a police….. disgusting 😡

Diabolically bad. Took an hour to meet us at terminal 2 after calling 30 mins before we arrived. Called them 4 times to chase and the man on the phone was borderline abusive. Finally was told to leave the key on the wheel and abandon the car. On return called for collection and told they would be there in around 50 minutes. We'll we've now been waiting for an hour and still no sign of the car. Astonished they are allowed to operate. Complete cowboys.

I had a very poor experience with this company, i changed flight to return home a day early, I messaged them on their website, no reply, I then text the contact number I had received, no reply. when I landed at LHR, I called the mobile number I had, was told to phone another number, this man informed me I had to pay £50.00 on the spot to get my car!! I also then had to wait 45mins for the car to arrive, all in all a very poor service!!

Had an appalling service with Mayfair Parking today arriving at T5. They don’t provide a meet and greet service just to be clear to future travellers, because that would imply they’re there at the same time as you are.

Just look at the monthly graph on Trustpilot. The average reviews more and more are just 1 star and the Company hasn’t replied to anyone for 12 mths.

I particularly liked the trick where they watch you put all the check-in and hand luggage in the boot, hand you a ticket knowing you need to get out of the car at the barrier and pay the £8 or so to get out.

Maybe they’re all just as bad as one another.

Not again.

Appalling service as our 8 month old car was very badly scratched when returned. It had been keyed along 3 panels and will cost hundreds in repairs as a re-spray is needed. We 100% didn’t deliver the car to them with this scratch and foolishly didn’t take before photos prior to dropping it off. We trusted it would be looked after, they failed on every level. The driver who returned it, departed quickly and when contacted just referenced us to his boss. The owner just asked for photos and took no responsibility whatsoever. Please avoid this company, your car will not be secure or looked after and no accountability or interest will be taken by them. Please read the reviews, they speak for themselves!

It's the same as all the others, late to pick up, late to drop off, waiting half an hour, completely negates the reason to use meet and greet. Won't use again.

Unfortunately, I cannot rate this company lower than one star!
I booked Mayfair parking despite issues with Sphinx parking (they seem to be the same company) previously. My flights changed so I contacted them in advance, they said it was ok, just give them a ring 30 mins in advance etc.
Upon landing at Heathrow and getting through baggage we contacted them (1 van and 1 car). They said that as we were a day late back, we needed to pay another £50 in late charges, I explained the previous telephone call and change of arrangements etc. but they didn't care (we are also disabled). I was forced to pay £50 over the phone. When they returned the vehicles, they were very abrupt and scurried off without delay - our mobility car had been used, as the back seats were down and they had eaten my wife's biscuits in the van - absolutely avoid at all costs, horrible horrible service and people.

upon arriving i called 30 mins before as requested then after 15 mins of waiting in the car I called again to be told they were expecting me later on so really there was no point in me calling to start with. However upon departing it took I hour 10 mins for me to get my car back being told it was 40 mins then an extra 7-8 mins basically being put off awful service avoid avoid avoid

The car was picked up pretty much on time.
Whenever i have used these parking services the ticket is normally paid but this time i was told to pay. I could have booked with another firm which would have worked out cheaper.
On the return i called them to deliver my car and i had to wait almost an hour. I kept calling every 5 minutes and most of the times they would cut my call off to such an extent that i thought i had been scammed and they have stole my car.
My car on the exterior was extremely dirty but that is somewhat understandable but interior was dirty too, I had crisps crumbs all over both front seats.
