£80 stolen out of car!! Glove box and side compartments have been gone through. Even stole a trolley token.
Will never use again.

I had a very BAD experience with Mayfair Parking meet and greet. Despite being advertised as a meet and greet service, it wasn't a meet and greet at all. Instead, we had to catch a shuttle bus to and from the long stay carpark to the terminal, which completely defeated the purpose of paying for the convenience of a meet and greet service.
To make matters worse, when my car was returned it was absolutely filthy. It was covered in road grime, mud and bird droppings, making it look as though it had been left outside for days, it had clearly been parked up on a street for free for two weeks.
Between the misleading "meet and greet" service and the poor condition of my vehicle, I was extremely disappointed.
I wouldn't recommend this company. If you're paying for convenience and expect your car to be looked after properly while you're away, I'd suggest choosing a different parking provider.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I booked for a 5.30 am drop off. No one answered the phone, there was no representative at the airport. They finally replied at 6.10am by which time I had already had to leave my car in the carpark to catch the flight. So I paid twice. I would give zero stars if it was an option. So far, no refund, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Firstly the advertised price does NOT include the short term parking charges at Heathrow (it is in the small print and applies to both journeys, so you need to add at least £16 to the advertised price) so their prices are not comparable with other (more trustworthy) operators.
Secondly, they turn up late and then expect you to pay the higher short term parking charges even though you have called them more than 30 minutes before arrival (I had to pay £12.50, not £8.00, even though I had called over 30 minutes before I arrived and they arrived later than the time I booked.
I will never use them again and would suggest others do likewise to put them out of business (note that they are not affiliated to any of the Car Parking Associations...)

AVOID. Severe reliability and security issues with their service. You will wait around an hour on return, get fobbed off, told conflicting accounts. My husband's car was damaged and they don't want to know and won't answer his e mails. When he calls they say management will ring back but they never do. I wish I read reviews before I booked. NEVER AGAIN. A costly mistake not cheap parking.

Drop off at Terminal 3 wasn't too bad, although finding the person to give the keys to was a little frustrating as we had to call again despite giving the call 20 mins before arrival. Once he turned up we realised he had been there waiting when we arrived, but by the time we parked he was nowhere to be seen.
The collection service was far too long, we waited about 45 mins for them to bring us our car after phoning. Far too long a wait, especially when the car was parked just over 5 miles away.

DO NOT USE. The delay returning my car despite ringing them 3 times was an hour. After a long flight you don't want this. This is not meet and greet. All the other operators at Heathrow were running smoothly and everyone happy with their service so I would use them next time.
I have now emailed three times and called twice and they have not responded. customer service has been non existent. I would strongly advise DO NOT USE.
When my car was eventually returned the mileage was much higher than expected. There were 2 lights stolen off my car whilst in their care. The wires were ripped out costing more damage and higher garage repairs bill. I e mailed asking them to look at the photos they took of my car when they picked up the car but they are not interested. Total disregard for their customers. What seemed like a good price for parking ended up costing me far more in time money and stress. I have just read other reviews, which I wish I had done before, and see others reported items missing from their car on return. It is clear from my experience and other reviews that this is not a trustworthy company, they are getting worse and should be AVOIDED at all costs.

Awful! Do not use this company. Pick up was ok but when driver returned vehicle it had an extra 120 miles on the odometer. When we met him at terminal 3 at Heathrow he failed to engage handbrake and it was only my intervention that stopped it hitting the barrier. I now have a knocking on my rear suspension that wasn’t there before the drop off, so probably due to the 120 miles they drove my vehicle. When I dropped it off I had 350 mile of range and when it was returned it was less than 200 miles so they have been using my car for personal use. Terrible!!!! 😡

For both drop off and collection we had to wait over an hour with two small children. The staff are very rude. Highly recommend avoiding this company.

My car was badly damaged whilst with Mayfair parking last week. The passenger door is now half ripped off. I sent emails and pictures showing the damage plus their employee Sharjel who returned the car and gave me their ‘customer services’ email. I received an email back saying that as I did not have a picture of the door before it was damaged their T&Cs mean they won’t pay for the damage to be rectified. These are clearly criminals and I’ll be taking them to court. DO NOT USE MAYFAIR PARKING AT HEATHROW.

Great value of money I booked last minute no problems at all

Hand over took longer than we hoped, but nothing compared to the collection when we returned - 45 minutes, despite being told 30. Strongly DO NOT recommend.

I had to come back and specify that they made me pay £25 at drop off and had to pay another £7 at exit on top of the fees already paid, which makes it expensive for such a poor service.

This company are an utter scandal. Do not use them under any circumstances. They are rude, impossibly arrogant and can take literally hours to return a “meet and greet” car. There really needs to be some kind of regulation at Heathrow to prevent charlatans like this from operating. I would really like to hear from anyone who knows if there is a way to stop these people from operating. They are beneath contempt.

I’m still waiting for any response to my complaint after a 1 hour 42 minute delay returning my car, despite notifying the operator at 7:25pm when I landed. I was given three different return times, one call was ended on me, and when I called back I was told the agent “needed to keep the line clear for other customers”. Terminal 3 and Level 4 were quiet, and other operators at Heathrow were not experiencing delays, so the explanations I’ve been given simply don’t add up.

What’s more concerning is that I have now emailed twice and neither Compare nor the operator has responded. The lack of accountability and basic customer service has been genuinely shocking. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before booking.

Meet and greet worked well but my alloy wheel and tyre were damaged upon return. No response from the company, about to take to small claims court. Avoid if you have a nice car!

I am shocked to see the negative reviews. I have been using mayfair for 4 years. I have always had a pleasant experience.

Drop off was ok, but on the return they made me wait over 30 mins after advising they were 10 mins away.

Terrible /non existence customer services!!! I had an item go missing from my car When I called the driver he said he would call me back, but he never did and despite numerous calls and messages, he eventually blocked my number. Called the main number on the website and was told the driver didn’t work for them anymore. Advised over the phone that it was between me and the driver, I said the driver worked for you, I asked them to contact him, but he refused. Sent 3 emails over a week period to the address on the website, to voice my dissatisfaction but not had a single response. Wont be using their services again!
