Not even a zero! Having caused considerable scratches to the passenger side of my car which are the full length of the car and there are 2 of these which are quite deep! They deny all knowledge of this and say we did this! They are very rude and aggressive and apparently they do not keep the photos they take which is actually against the law! I have submitted a subject access request to them to obtain the cctv footage and photos they took which they legally have to reply to. I am expecting they won’t as don’t think they understand/ know about the law let alone GDPR. I have also submitted a dispute with the bank who will contact them to provide evidence that they did not do this and if they cannot or do not reply I will get my money back. I have also contacted citizens advice who have reported to training standards and are now going to civil court. I urge anyone else in this position to do all of the above! This company has to be stopped and shut down!

Have used this company several times and they have been ok but this time I arrived early and was hit with a £50 early arrival fee, otherwise they wouldn’t return the car.

Will never use again.

Cheap but a mistake. Pay peanuts get monkeys. Sat here now waiting for over an hour and still no sign of my car. Three young children suffering as a result. Will never use again.

Collection arrangements unclear, weren't sure where to park car or who would come to get us. Turned out that some bloke came after perhaps 20 minutes, collected the car and we just had to get the airport bus anyway. Checked on car's app and found out car parked in a dirt field, hence car came back completely covered in dust. I'd hate to think what would have happened if it had been wet? Cameras on car showed that it was parked touching the car behind though thankfully we couldn't see any damage when we got the car back. On return, took several times for someone to pick up the phone then told to call back when we were exiting baggage reclaim. When you factor in that we then had to wait half an hour for someone to give us the car back, you wonder why they have that restriction in place? Overall, this isn't a normal Meet and Greet service, it's a rubbish service that is substantially worse and slower than just parking yourself in the long stay car park.

Car arrived 45 minutes after my call - so much for give us a call when you've collected your bags! It was so late they then suggested meeting in the drop off area, didn't tell me we had to pay, so I got a £40 fine from the airport on top! Obviously they refused to pay it even though they caused it but suggesting we meet there to 'save time' and not telling me I had to pay!

Absolutely disgusting company. I used to,,30 minutes free’’ car park in hospital when I went to pick up medication I been in hospital less than 20min and surprise I came and received penalty for parking as apparently you need to take ticket from machine for 30min free parking. Send proof that I was less than 30 minutes and still been forced to pay. Horrible company relaying on people who are in stress going to hospital offering free 30min car park but not giving information about you need to take ticket from machine. Disgusting

Misleading rude unprofessional driver car returned after 1 hour of waiting at long stay T4 full of bird shit mud dead leaves and greasey windows from outside its seems car was parked under tree or close to bushes upon asking about vehicle condition driver steps up towards me and said i am just a driver its not my problem and then walk away i felt threaten by his gesture call customer services they said sorry and cut the phone off

Very Iffy - extra charges and my camera disabled - email does not work and address is company formation agent

My car was OK but no faith I could have got any satisfaction had there been an issue

One to avoid

Stay away from this company. My car has a tracker and they used the car consistently until I email to let them know I was tracking. They had to put petrol back in the car and I have contacted the police.

Tell you to call 30 mins after getting your luggage and then take 45 mins to come. How about this, the customer calls as soon as they get out of the plane, calls them and by that time you guys might get your act together and bring the car on time! Advice to anyone using this company - call as early as possible and make them wait for you!! Putting the customer first.

Dreadful experience they did not take my car out of the short stay car park in time and I got a parking fine totally their fault and just not interested in resolving would NEVER use again !

Awful company! They returned my car filthy and with a huge thick deep scratch that goes all along the driver side of the car, covering 3 panels of the car! Driver ran off before I could check car, called and emailed them and they refused any liability. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR CAR WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF AND READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Damage is costing me £700. I am taking to small claims.

Avoid. I booked for an early morning flight. I couldn't get through to them by phone to come collect the car. I ended up having to find a Short stay car parking space. I called using WhatsApp and mobile and there was absolutely no answer on either. When I called later (on WhatsApp) to seek a refund they said it's because I was calling on WhatsApp! It's a complete scam and best avoided.

Do not use this company!!!!! Your car will be stored on a patch of ground behind a static caravan site in Slough. My car was unlocked with my keys in the boot of another car. Both windows down and it was filthy. Handed over a fully servicable Range Rover Velar to return to an undrivable car, they rang me 20 minutes after pick up stating it was smoking, two men arguing on the phone. I couldnt do anything until returned. Had to get an uber to the site, we were refused help to get to the car, was refused my keys initially and spent 6 hours waiting with 2 children and 5 suitcase for recovery. My car is now in the rac compound undrivable. We had to stay in a hotel at the airport after a 14 hour flight and awaiting recovery. The company stated it was not their issue. I have photos and video of the site where the cars are stored.

My car was returned in a filthy condition, the glove compartment was opened and the passenger seat reclined as if someone had slept in it. Even worse, it was marked on 3 panels. Despite me pointing one of these marks out to the Mayfair driver, due to the fact that I did not spot the other scrapes until the following morning (the lighting is poor in the Terminal car parks and the driver parked the car next to another vehicle which hindered the view) Mayfair say they take no responsibility for any of the damage.
Absolutely appalling, degligent and criminal.

As a lone female I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I had no issues with pick up and drop off however whilst on my holiday, I checked my car app and found the location was not in a secure compound but rather parked on a random street near the airport. Upon collection of my car, I found that someone, presumably a disgruntled neighbour of this street, had keyed my car! They’d parked my car in an insecure location when they stated they store cars in an “offsite secure facility”. If I’d known they’d park it down the street, I would never have chosen them.

Do not book with this company or the other names they go by 'spinx'. You will always wait over 50mins for the car to be dropped back to you.

I was initially happy with the service provided until I received a ULEZ PCN charge for while I was out of the country.

My car had been driven out and back in to the ULEZ zone without being notified whatsoever. I now have to pay the £90 as the company do not have the decency to inform us they were driving the car through out and back in to the ULEZ zone.

Do NOT go with this company, I have now paid nearly double what parking on site would have cost.

£80 stolen out of car!! Glove box and side compartments have been gone through. Even stole a trolley token.
Will never use again.
