Super slechte kwaliteit kleding waar je de hoofdprijs voor betaald. Mijn zoon draagt alleen dit merk en heeft er dus een hele garderobe van, maar zelfs bij nieuwe shirts zitten er na 1 keer wassen kleine gaatjes in aan de voorkant van het shirt.

Wonderful service. My item was discolored after just wearing it once. The shop where I bought the item thought this was normal (sigh), but luckily Lyle & Scott Customer Service thought otherwise and replaced the item for a new one. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a customer for quite a while
I’ve been a customer for quite a while, and recently placed a new order.
Unfortunately, while payment for the order has been processed, no confirmation or products have been received.
An email to customer service has, to date, only elicited an automated response.
Late amendment, custom service have emailed directly. Let’s see how easy this is to resolve.
I take it all back, post contract with customer service, Lyle and Scott have proved themselves to be very helpful indeed!
