My original order for a t shirt arrived…
My original order for a t shirt arrived but the shirt was too big so I asked for a replacement. This was done in minutes so fabulous service. The replacement was dispatched but unfortunately through no fault of Lyle & Scott the delivery address would not accept delivery despite them taking the original delivery. I again contacted Customer Services who sent a further replacement shirt to my home address. Unbelievable Customer Service and treatment of the customer. I won’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Simply fantastic and a huge thank you 🙏 👏👏👏

Tracey at Kyle & Scott customer services handled a difficult to solve delivery issue really well. Knowing somebody is working to sort out issues that are neither their nor the customers fault makes an annoying situation no longer annoying. I've had a great experience
I've had a great experience with Lyle & Scott. I've purchased from them twice during the sales, and both orders were excellent. On one occasion, I had a shipping voucher that wasn't working, but their customer support resolved the issue incredibly quickly by replacing it with a new code.
The whole process was smooth, and the quality of the products met my expectations. Lyle & Scott is a reliable and trustworthy company with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them and will happily shop with them again.
