Mi hanno regalato un paio di scarpe. Ebbene dopo una volta indossate, la parte scamosciata addirittura si sgretola strofinando con le mani. L'assistenza mi risponde che è normale usura. Evitate di comprare questo prodotto se non volete buttare i soldi, neanche le scarpe dei cinesi si riducono così.

They have bad customer service bad bad they're rude when somebody do reach out and take them several weeks to reply to the email, I brought three pieces for the regular price then I turned around and bought the same three pieces for the cheaper price I returned the items from the cheaper price which was final sale same thing I just switched it out the sizes now they want me to pay for something that they kept I would never ever buy anything from Sergio tacchini in my life, Terrible company, never buy anything from them

The absolute worst quality of any sports brand. I used to buy a lot of their gear in the eighties.
Recently, I’ve bought a bunch of their gear and I love the styling and design but the finishing of the garments is appalling.
Very bad for the price .

Never received item

The goons in their warehouse packed the wrong item. I ordered 2XL and this is reflected on the packing statement and the order history. However, they shipped a 3XL. It took forever to ship and once this arrived is was way past the deadline I needed this item for. Forget about sending it back for the correct size at that would have taken several more weeks. I attempted to email them 4 times now and keep getting ignored. I also left a message with their website chat bot and called a number I found online only to reach a recording saying to email them. I was a repeat customer but after this experience with being ignored and expected to pay them a service fee for their own negligence, I am now never ordering from them again.  Apparently, they don't appreciate return customers enough to bother responding to them, so I will take my future business elsewhere and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I’ve been a customer of Sergio Tacchini for years and have spent a lot of money with this company, but this recent experience was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

I placed multiple legitimate orders for clothes I needed for my son’s graduation, and every single order kept getting canceled for “fraud” with no real explanation or actual investigation. Customer service kept sending the same generic responses telling me to place another order instead of fixing the issue.

To prove the problem wasn’t on my end, I even had my mother place an order using completely different information and payment details and her order was canceled too, despite her never ordering from this company before. At that point it became obvious the issue was clearly with their system, not the customer.

Instead of taking accountability or properly reviewing the situation, they just kept canceling orders and refusing to help. Extremely unprofessional customer service and a terrible experience overall.

Very disappointed. I will not be ordering from Sergio Tacchini again.

Be careful with this company. They owe €500 from a failed collaboration and refuse to sort it out.

Ordered a tracksuit and immediately requested a cancellation. Despite reaching out right away, it took days to get a response, by which point the window to stop the order had passed. There is no self-service cancellation option; you have to email them and hope for a timely reply, which I did not get. When I was finally told the return was approved, I was hit with an unreasonable return shipping fee that made the return barely worth pursuing. Poor communication, no easy cancellation process, and fees that punish customers for their own slow response times. Would not order from this company again.

Bloß nicht dort bestellen wenn man nicht wirklich vor hat die Sachen zu behalten , hatte für 300€ dort eingekauft und alle Sachen unbenutzt wieder zurück gesendet musste das Geld trotzdem an Paypal zahlen der Verkäufer hat sich auf mehrfaches Bitten über email und auch über konfliktmeldung via Paypal nie wieder gemeldet und behauptet es gab keine Rücksendung obwohl ich die rücksendungsnummer von DHL bekommen habe und angezeigt wird das die Ware wieder beim Verkäufer angekommen ist Paypal glaubt dem Verkäufer bzw. Erkennen die neue rücksendungsnummer nicht an , 300€ für nichts !!!

The worst customer service i’ve ever dealt with. Only email support available, and sometimes it takes 8 days for a response.

I’ve returned all items (with tracking numbers) yet they claim they’ve never receive them, and will not provide credit due to me.

Ordered from them twice, each time was canceled for “potential fraud” then asked me to use a different payment method ? As in not my debit card, extremely sketchy and weird, had to email multiple times to get an actual explanation. Not worth

This has been one of the most infuriating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Since December 22, I’ve been trying to get a refund for items I returned, and they still haven’t resolved it. Instead of helping, they treated me as if I was the one doing something wrong, which was insulting and completely unacceptable. I followed every instruction, returned everything properly, and yet they continue to withhold the refund and act as though I’m at fault. Their behavior feels dishonest, dismissive, and shows zero respect for their customers. Please be extremely cautious when dealing with them.

My order was placed 5 days ago, it was bought as a gift, I received an email in 2 days it was shipped, it is now 5 days I still DO NOT have the gift for my nephew , they claim 2 to 3 day ETA ???????????

Worst customer service ever they gave me the runaround for a month trying to exchange a size never given me a real answer. Never giving me a full answer. I was just trying to help me buy another product trash. They are a garbage company ran by garbage people.

Very high quality garment and outstanding customer support and responsiveness. Two days after placing my order, my order was in "processing" status as which time I emailed help@sergiotacchini - asking if my order could be expedited as it was a gift for a special occasion. I received an immediate email confirming my email had been received, 2 days later my order moved to fulfilled status and the next day shipment occurred. My order arrived at my doorstep ahead of schedule and within 3 business days of my initial email to their help desk.

Purchased a track suit before it went on sale and wanted to return in within the 30 day window. They won’t accept because it’s gone on sale since then. I’ll never do business with these scammers again.

What went right? I placed an order on 12/7/25 it's 12/22/25 and it's still in place order yall clowns haven't even processed the order yet. Then i email you'll on 12/18/25 asking when is yall gone start the process to my order you did respond back on 12/19/25 just to give me some bullshit about give it 1-2 business days to turn around on 12/22/25 and email me saying my order was canceled when I didn't cancel it this brand been around way to long to be conducting business like this just disgusted
