Vi besökte Heda ouotlet och butiken Hugo Boss idag, jag och 2 vänner.
Vilken service vilket bemötande.
Slutade med att vi handlade massa plagg.
Samtliga tre i personalen var jättetrevliga men jag vill lyfta tjejen som stod ut med alla frågor, hjälp med storlek på kavajer mm samt hjälp med att plocka ut 4 st svarta jeans.

I have been buying from the Manchester store for many years and had always been happy. In March I bought a pair of jeans from them and paid £23 extra to have them altered and posted to me. They arrived two days later but had not been altered. Customer service is supposed to be via WhatsApp direct to the store. I got an automated response then nothing. I have tried calling the store number, they do not pick up, permanent hold music. I have emailed the national customer support address. Automated reply then nothing. There is no way of contacting them So I have lost £23. I love the clothes & in store service but don't see how I can possibly buy anything from them again.

Client fidèle de la marque depuis 30 ans j ai commandé un costume avec doublure rouge qui déteint sur toutes mes chemises blanches …. Après avoir envoyé photos à Hugo boss ils me demandent de leur retourner les pièces pour qu’ils analysent cela (costume et chemises ) comme si je n avais que cela à faire ….
Après 30 costumes et 25 chemises achetées chez eux c est terminé je ne commanderai plus chez eux au vu du peu de considération de leurs clients …. Et je suppose que je dois ps être le premier a leur avoir remonté ce pb !!!!

Hugo Boss, is a chinese company otherwise i cannot explain the drop in quality. Especially the shoes are of terrible make.. the design is inspired, the Hugo Boss designers are really talented.. but the make is of Aliexpress... so sad..

3 weeks ago I went to the Boss store at Sherway Gardens (90 minute drive round trip). I bought a jacket and shirt and wanted another jacket and shirt they didn't have in my size so they said they'll order them to the store but I have to pay for them first, so I did.

After getting a call to tell me my jacket and shirt arrived, I went all the way back today through Saturday traffic to pick up the 1st jacket (altered) and the shirt they brought in and to get fitted for the jacket they brought in.

The jacket and shirt I paid for that they brought in was in the store but "not received" in their system (it's physically there). My sales person tries to receive it but cannot and tells me because she cannot receive it, they can't give it to me, even though I've paid for it.

I'm frustrated but say fine, just fit me for the jacket as I'll have to come back to pick it up once it's been altered anyway. She tells me they can't, because it hasn't been received in their system. I tell her to call someone to either receive it or just fit me for it and figure out your system issues on your own time. She tells me they can't so I'll have to come back to get fitted. I tell her, just give me my money back for both the jacket and shirt as I am not coming back to get fitted and then coming back to the store for a 4th time to pick it up once it's been altered. She tells me she cant because they haven't received it in their system. She gives me the regional managers email.

I get home after having driven 90 minutes there and back in Saturday traffic and receive a call from her telling me they CAN fit me for the jacket, even though it still hasn't been received in their system. I've written the regional managers demanding a refund.

I've been buying Boss for over 30 years. All my suits are Boss and greater than 50% of my wardrobe is. I've always bought my Boss at other retailers and not the Boss store itself. After this ridiculous experience, I will never buy Boss again. Why should I support a company that has no respect for my time after having supported them for more than years.

Works fine for events, but not very comfortable daily.

Very disappointing quality.

After wearing my $300 shoes three times, they are already failing. The sole is visibly separating from the upper, and the material along the side is fraying and pulling away. Gaps forming where the shoe is coming apart, which should never happen with such minimal use.

For a product at this price point, you expect durability and proper construction. Instead, this feels like a defect, not normal wear.

What makes this worse is the lack of resolution. After nearly two months, there has been no accountability and no clear fix.

I expected far better from a premium brand. This has completely changed my perception.

Refrain from purchasing Boss polo and t-shirts. The fabric quality is subpar and unappealing. I have squandered my $1,000 investment in such inferior material. The price for this unattractive fabric should have been significantly lower, ideally under $10. I would never purchase these items and would not recommend them to my family and friends. The cotton fabric is utterly repulsive.

Bought two different kinds of underwear in the same size, however one was 10cm smaller in width than the other. Two sizes smaller really. When I raised this with BOSS, they just pointed to the retailer who sold their product as if it was their responsibility. Poor experience, and would not buy anything from BOSS again unless I tried it on before.

Wat t-shirts besteld. Goede overzichtelijke website. Ervaring ok. Levering had wat vlotter gekund.

Achat de deux pièces constituant un ensemble "pyjama" noir. Premier lavage à délicat avec lessive pour linge fragile (matière 95,% lyocell, 5% elasthane) sortie de la machine, le haut toujours noir, le bas devenu noir grisâtre ! Marque haut de gamme ?! Laissez moi rire... Peut être pas toujours aussi désastreux, mais pour le coup, ici, c'est clairement une honte.

Prescription glasses poor quality. Plastic on ear pieces cracked away from both sides after about 1.5 years. Contacted customer service submitted the requested pics and then told to contact the manufacturer as they contract through someone else. They would not honor warranty. Poor customer service.

Bought a jacket [an expensive one] followed the washing instructions on the care label and the rubber label melted and ruined the jacket. The response was sorry its out of warranty.. this shouldn't make a difference if a product it faulty. won't be purchasing again overpriced, poor quality and bad customer service.

Save your money and buy a more reliable brand with a much better after sales service. I purchased a Hugo Boss overcoat for about $2,000 from the Yorkdale store and after minimal use the coat developed a structural failure beside the internal pocket. Both a tailor and the Hugo Boss store confirmed that the coat cannot be repaired.
I reported the issue to the assistant store manager Yuhan who refused to offer any kind of help or even connect me to the store manager and then escalated it to Hugo Boss Canada customer service. Despite opening a case and following up multiple times with Lee and Alvin for over two months, I have received no resolution or response.
I expected significantly better durability and customer support from a luxury brand at this price point.

spend over £1000 ON CLOTHES AND THE JEAN WEAR FOR FEW TIME AND THE TREADS IS COMING OFF TOOK TO STORE AND SHOWED THE RECEIPT ETC. TOLD ME TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL WAITING.
POOR QUALITY GOOD BUT CHARGES HIGH PRICES.

Marque de m... les vêtements déteignent, à des prix pareil c est une honte!!!
Et je parle pour plusieurs expériences avec cette sous marque!!!
Plus un balle pour ces vêtements de d étron!!!

Moi qui pensais que ça allait bien se passer j'ai été extrêmement déçue.
Je commande un très joli pull pour l'anniversaire de mon père (coup de chance il est en promo !) je le fais envoyer et il adore, il lui va vraiment très bien. Le pull est arrivé vite j'étais ravie. Sur le pull était inscrit 30 degrés. Lavage donc à 30 degrés. C'est dommage mon père ne peut pas en profiter il a rétrécie ! Évidemment je demande au service client si c'est normal, très réactifs ils demandent un retour afin d'analyser le défaut du pull. Ce que nous faisons. Ils m'indiquent un remboursement (mais je ne veux pas un remboursement je veux un autre pull puisque je rappelle mon père a adoré ce pull) Ils m'annoncent donc que ce n'est pas possible et qu'ils vont me rembourser. Ok pas de soucis dès que j'ai reçu le remboursement, je rachèterait le même pull ! Et bien non. J'avais oublié que je l'avais payé 89€ en PROMO et maintenant il est à 170€ donc je ferai un déçu. Merci Hugo Boss. Je laisse 1 étoile en plus car vous avez été réactifs et avez tout de même bien voulu me rembourser (Et heureusement d'ailleurs)

Paket woanders zugestellt, keine Rückmeldung vom Verkäufer. Man kann sich mit der Hotline nicht verbinden ( wahrscheinlich technische Probleme).
Nun mein Paket ist verloren gegangen und das Geld ist weg 👎👎👎👎
