Delusion after the first nice experience
Quality and real sales first of all.
The customer center (Michael) was excellent and solved a technical issue regarding the order in few minutes; so kind and professional. I would choose to shop here again
03.08.2026 UPDATE: I am very sorry but I need to modify my hight rate. I am experiencing a lot of issues about the shipping procedure and still I don't have one of my orders (LS331436). Moreover the free cap (LS331836) has not being ship yet, after almost 5 days! The customer service replied with professionalism till 28th of July then NOTHING! Today I've tried many many times (chat, email) but no replies, no solution, no clarification about what's going on...only a stupid bot telling me an expert will get in touch in 3 minutes. All false...no one cares about a big issues which is going on since a week.
