prenotato il parcheggio per agosto un mese fa. adesso ci mandano una mail di conferma della,( nostra) cancellazione avvenuta con successo,peccato non abbiamo fatto nessuna richiesta di cancellazione. contattati sia il Brooker che il parcheggio ...si rimbalzano la colpa l'uno con l'altro. genitli ci offrono uno sconto...peccato che prenotare il parcheggio adesso mi costerebbe più del doppio e provando con il codice sconto il prezzo non varia. mai più.

Disappointed …
We have used looking 4 parking for all of our trips when staying at various airports and they have been fantastic, but unfortunately our last booking with them left us extremely disappointed and has put us off booking with them again! When we landed at Leeds Bradford airport we was expecting our car to be waiting for us but unfortunately when we called them to say we had landed they told us there was an ongoing dispute in regards to the parking of cars and that we would have to get an uber to collect our car which was around 10 miles away and that we would be refunded for this! Unfortunately we havent been refunded, they have passed us back and forth saying its not down to them as they are a comparison website!! If this is the way they deal with problems that arise then we wont be using them ever again! We are still waiting for our refund and are so disappointed with the way this has been handled 😞 Also just to add... I have just found out that no meet and great service would ask you to park in the 1hr free parking zone and that these are rougue companies, its been highlighted at Leeds bradford airport and in various newspaper reports!! I highly doubt i will be using looking4parking again if they are using these types of companiesto park our cars!!!

I booked parking with looking 4 parking Luton initially on 31 May to June 06 at a cost of £87.87, we had to extend our stay for 4 days and I was told to make a new booking which I did at a cost of £263,87! Which I paid as I had no choice, how can you justify this cost, I will not use you again

We do not have any control over the initial car parking prices that are shown on our price comparison website, they are provided by the car parking companies directly and we are on live rates which means that the prices are subject to change on a half hourly basis. Many factors can affect the prices such as peak travel dates and availability at the car parks.
Bookings can be amended online via our members area however, the price would still be subject to live rates.

Absolutely no payment as indicated I have looked at my bank accounts as intimated by them and no payment whatsoever!!! Avoid at all costs
This company should be ignored at all costs!!!
They have fraudulently kept £104.06 that should have been refunded to me after I advised them in plenty of time of my cancellation.
Stupidly I made another booking with them and fortunately it did work out ok.
I have had many emails with them but to no avail!
No way to contact them other than by generated email communication.
I have started Section 75 process against them but let this be a warning to you all.
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!

I can view we were contacted in March with a request to amend the booking.
As a bundle booking was made we were unable to amend the booking as bundles are non-amendable, this is advised on your booking confirmation.
We advised to make a new booking for the new details on our website and send the new booking confirmation to us and we would then process a full refund.
The funds were returned to you on 19/05 and I would advise to check your bank statement.

Ho fatto una prenotazione per alcuni giorni in questo parcheggio con rientro il giorno 3/06 a mezzanotte.
Il volo, purtroppo ha avuto un lieve ritardo e quindi siamo arrivati al parcheggio con circa un'ora e 15 min di ritardo, circa. La persona alla reception mi fa presente che sono in ritardo di un giorno. Io subito non ci ho fatto caso ed ho pagato, ma poi, pensandoci bene, ero in ritardo di un'ora e poco più e mi hanno fatto pagare un ulteriore giornata al dovuto. Il problema non erano le 15 euro che mi sono state chieste in aggiunta, ma l'insistenza nel dire che ero in ritardo di un giorno. Non so se era perchè sono una donna e magari ci hanno provato, ma sinceramente non l'ho trovato corretto. Potevano semplicemete dire, guardi, nonostante il poco ritardo, noi siamo costretti ad addebitare un giorno in più rispetto il pattuito e lo avrei capito molto di più che non l'insistenza nel dire che ero in ritardo di un giorno. Non lo considero neanche professionale

Ma voiture utilisée en mon absence.
J’ai déposé ma voiture le 2 mai à l’aéroport de Barcelone et je l’ai récupéré le 24 mai. Photos à l’appui, j’ai constaté une différence de 304 km au compteur ! Plus une consommation moyenne nettement plus élevée que ma consommation habituelle.
Ma voiture a donc été utilisée en mon absence. Ceci est tout à fait anormal et ce n’est pas la première fois que je constate cette anomalie. J’ai demandé réparation mais tous les prestataires se renvoient la balle et aucun n’assume ses responsabilités. Certains ne répondent même pas. C’est honteux !
Looking4Parking se défend de n’être qu’un comparateur, c’est quand même eux qui ont encaissé le montant de la prestation.
En me basant sur le barème kilométrique des Impôts (0,562 €/km), on me doit la somme de 170,84€.
Ce qui est sûr, c’est que je ne lâcherai pas cette affaire tant que je n’aurai pas obtenu réparation. La prochaine étape sera un dépôt de plainte à la police et des poursuites en justice si nécessaire.
Cette entreprise est à fuir absolument, le client n’est pas respecté.

Looking4.com est un site comparateur de prix et un intermédiaire de réservation. Nous ne possédons ni ne gérons aucun des parkings proposés et n'avons aucun contact direct avec votre véhicule. Conformément aux conditions générales acceptées lors de la réservation, votre contrat de stationnement vous lie directement au parking.
Par conséquent, nous ne sommes pas en mesure d'enquêter sur votre réclamation, car nous n'avons pas accès aux installations, aux dossiers ou au personnel du parking.
Je constate que vous avez contacté notre service client pour signaler le problème rencontré au parking et qu'une réponse vous a été apportée. Cette réponse détaille la marche à suivre pour faire avancer votre réclamation ainsi que les coordonnées du parking avec lequel vous avez contracté.
