Tardaron una hora en recoger el vehículo tras multiples llamadas.Luego lo dejaron encendido una hora y media.Otro día durante mis vacaciones realizaron 34km no justificados y cuando llevaba 40 min esperando mi vehículo me avisaron de un "siniestro" con el,de siniestro nada...habían roto la ventanilla para acceder al vehículo porque según ellos se habían dejado las llaves dentro...justo el día de los km no justificados.Me jodieron la continuidad de mis vacaciones y por supuesto no me han devuelto el dinero.Un desastre de organización con resultados nefastos.No les dejen el vehículo, impresentables y estafadores!!!

SERVIZIO PESSIMO E SCARICABARILE – ATTENZIONE A LOOKING4 E VIP VALET BOLOGNA
Esperienza pessima e da evitare assolutamente. Ho prenotato e pagato in anticipo tramite Looking4.com un servizio di Car Valet per l'Aeroporto di Bologna (servizio erogato fisicamente dal fornitore VIP Valet - Meet & Greet).
Il giorno della partenza, giunto in aeroporto negli orari stabiliti, l'operatore di VIP Valet Bologna ha rifiutato arbitrariamente di ritirare la mia autovettura, lasciandomi a piedi a ridosso dell'imbarco. Ho dovuto acquistare in estrema urgenza e a mie spese il parcheggio ufficiale dell'aeroporto per non perdere il volo, sostenendo un costo extra .
Ancora più grave il comportamento di Looking4.com:
Fanno scaricabarile sul fornitore locale VIP Valet nascondendone i dati societari, la ragione sociale e la PEC per impedire qualsiasi contestazione o azione legale;
Hanno persino interrotto unilateralmente le comunicazioni via e-mail con un atteggiamento del tutto irrispettivo nei confronti del cliente.
Una condotta commerciale del tutto scorretta. Ho già provveduto ad awiare la procedura di chargeback bancario per il recupero delle somme.
Sconsiglio vivamente di affidarsi a Looking4 e a VIP Valet Bologna se non volete rischiare di perdere il volo e trovarvi senza alcuna assistenza.

Ho prenotato un parcheggio tramite questa piattaforma, ma ho subito uno spostamento forzato verso una struttura alternativa con recensioni pessime (meno di 2 stelle).A fronte del netto downgrade, il servizio clienti non ha offerto soluzioni flessibili o ricollocamenti in strutture di pari livello. Le uniche opzioni fornite (dopo 2 giorni dalla seconda mail!) sono state accettare il parcheggio scadente o subire l'annullamento.Ho dovuto richiedere il rimborso, ma la cancellazione a ridosso della partenza mi costringe ora a cercare un'alternativa in autonomia con tariffe decisamente più alte. Gestione del disservizio molto deludente e scarsa tutela per il cliente.

Il parcheggio originariamente prenotato ci ha comunicato l'impossibilità di gestire la Sua prenotazione a causa di problemi operativi; per ridurre al minimo i disagi al Suo viaggio, la prenotazione è stata quindi trasferita presso un parcheggio alternativo.
Tutti i parcheggi vengono accuratamente selezionati e devono fornire la documentazione necessaria prima di essere inseriti sul nostro sito web.
Nell'e-mail di notifica del cambio indicavamo chiaramente: "Qualora la nuova soluzione non dovesse soddisfare le Sue esigenze, La invitiamo a contattarci all'indirizzo relazioni.cliente@looking4parking.com, indicando il numero di riferimento della prenotazione, per richiedere l'annullamento e il rimborso". Non è stato possibile spostare la prenotazione presso un altro parcheggio, poiché era stato concordato che il Garage Tuscolo avrebbe preso in carico la Sua prenotazione.
Pertanto, se il nuovo parcheggio non fosse risultato idoneo, aveva la possibilità di annullare la prenotazione ed effettuarne una nuova presso un altro parcheggio.
Ci rammarichiamo che il parcheggio originale non fosse disponibile per gestire la Sua prenotazione e per gli eventuali disagi causati. Abbiamo cercato di ridurre al minimo le complicazioni e ci dispiace che il nuovo parcheggio non abbia soddisfatto le Sue esigenze.

Booked parking for Belfast city airport…
Booked parking for Belfast city airport and when we arrived with an important client in the car, the ANPR camera and the QR code for the booking didn’t work meaning I had to pay the £103 parking again at the gate.
Went on website to contact them and it’s a standard form of leaving your details for them to contact you back??
I expect a full refund to be processed to my card within 48 hours as you did not honour the contact or I will be contacting my credit card to dispute the charge

Looking4Parking hat viele verwirrende Adressen, keine funktioniert. Mails kommen zurück. Es gibt keine Adresse!!! Kein Kundenservice!!!
Ich habe mit looking4parking einen Vertrag abgeschlossen und bezahlt: Parkplatz Flughafen Düsseldorf. Ich habe bei der dortigen Firma keinen Parkplatz bekommen!!!
Ich musste in aller schnelle einen anderen erheblich teureren Parkplatz suchen!!!
Ich habe 2 x bezahlt!!! Kein Geld zurückbekommen. Bemühe mich nun schon 8 Wochen, an mein Geld zu kommen.
Dringende Empfehlung: FINGER WEG!!!

Suite a un changement de jour de vol, impossible de modifier la réservation de parking, celle-ci ayant été réalisé depuis l'interface de RyanAir, il a fallu en faire une nouvelle, et depuis 4 mois dans l'attente du remboursement...

Votre réservation initiale n'était ni modifiable ni annulable ; toutefois, à titre de geste commercial, nous avons proposé de vous la rembourser si vous effectuiez une nouvelle réservation.
Comme nous n'avions pas encaissé de paiement, le remboursement devait être effectué par virement bancaire (BACS). Or, les coordonnées fournies correspondaient à un compte qui n'accepte pas les remboursements provenant de banques anglaises sans certaines informations de sécurité complémentaires.
Après avoir consulté nos échanges, je constate que vous n'étiez pas à l'aise à l'idée de fournir les informations demandées. Vous nous avez donc communiqué les coordonnées d'un autre compte, mais votre banque a de nouveau refusé le virement ; nous sommes actuellement dans l'attente de votre réponse à notre e-mail.
Bien que nous regrettions que votre remboursement n'ait pas encore été traité, ce retard n'est pas imputable à Looking4.com ; nous mettons tout en œuvre pour résoudre la situation dans les plus brefs délais.

Mi sono rivolto a LookingParking in una situazione di reale emergenza, subito dopo che il loro partner (Gold Park Malpensa) mi aveva cancellato improvvisamente la prenotazione a un mese dal volo, costringendomi a cercare un'alternativa a tariffe molto più elevate.
Ho contattato l'assistenza spiegando il grave disagio subito e chiedendo se potessero venirmi incontro, offrendomi almeno le stesse condizioni economiche che ero riuscito a bloccare mesi prima. La risposta è stata che mi avrebbero concesso uno sconto del 20%.
Peccato che questo 'gesto commerciale' si sia rivelato del tutto inutile per due motivi:
1. Non copriva la differenza rispetto alle condizioni della mia prenotazione originaria, lasciandomi comunque con un esborso significativamente maggiore;
2. Non era applicabile su molti parcheggi, limitando di fatto la mia possibilità di scelta proprio nel momento del bisogno.
Pur capendo che si tratti di aziende diverse, di fronte a un cliente in difficoltà a causa di un loro partner, questa risposta mi è sembrata un vero e proprio presa in giro. Un broker dovrebbe fare da garante e tutelare chi prenota attraverso la sua piattaforma, non offrire sconti di facciata che nella pratica non risolvono nulla.
La totale mancanza di cortesia commerciale, flessibilità e problem solving mi ha profondamente deluso. Non userò mai più i loro servizi e consiglio a tutti di diffidare: in caso di problemi, sarete lasciati soli

Il parcheggio ci ha comunicato di non poter accettare la Sua prenotazione a causa della mancanza di disponibilità di posti al coperto e, di conseguenza, ha richiesto l'annullamento della stessa.
Poiché non siamo proprietari né gestori del parcheggio, siamo vincolati ai loro termini e condizioni e non possiamo modificare la loro decisione di annullare la prenotazione.
Non abbiamo alcun controllo sulle tariffe iniziali visualizzate sul nostro sito di comparazione prezzi: queste vengono fornite direttamente dalle società di gestione dei parcheggi e si basano su tariffe in tempo reale.
Gli sconti si basano sulle commissioni che percepiamo; siamo in grado di offrire riduzioni comprese tra il 5% e il 20%, a seconda dell'aeroporto e del parcheggio.
Ci dispiace che il nostro servizio clienti e l'assistenza fornita non abbiano soddisfatto le Sue aspettative. Siamo tenuti a rispettare i termini e le condizioni dei parcheggi. Verificando la situazione, noto che lo sconto era effettivamente previsto, ma non risultava applicabile al parcheggio da Lei scelto. Purtroppo, per quel parcheggio specifico non possiamo offrire sconti a causa delle commissioni applicate, ma erano disponibili numerose altre opzioni che prevedevano una riduzione di prezzo.

Disappointing booking process
I was extremely disappointed with Looking4.com and has put us off booking with them again! I booked my parking back in March and paid in full. The day before we were due to fly I tried to find the confirmation email of the booking and couldn't find it. I looked on their website under "Manage Your Booking" and clicked the tab "click here to resend your booking confirmation email" of which the response was "There was an error trying to send the email". It was out of hours and I couldn't get hold of them and had to book with another company. When I got back to them after my holiday they said my confirmation had been sent to the correct email address and they even gave me the booking reference. I went back to their website under "Manage Your Booking" and entered the booking reference and there it was! I also tried the tab "click here to resend your booking confirmation email", the error was still there. Clearly their website doesn't function correctly and they haven't given me a refund.

I have checked and can see the booking confirmation was sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, as we were contacted outside office hours we were unable to respond to your email and resend the booking confirmation prior to your arrival.
Regarding the error message I have looked in to this and we are in the process of moving to a new reservation platform, it appears you were attempting to resend the booking confirmation from a link which is connected to our previous booking platform.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused and I have contacted you via email regarding this issue.

Il sito si blocca quando immetto i dati di prenotazione e non c’è un servizio clienti che può aiutare telefonicamente

Dalle nostre verifiche risulta che la prenotazione è stata cancellata online prima che venisse contattato il servizio clienti e che il rimborso è stato regolarmente elaborato.
