Parking réservé via Ryanair. La date de reprise du véhicule n'a pas été incluse dans la réservation. Looking4 se défile en prétendant qu'il ne peut pas modifier la réservation et que je n'aurai qu'à payer un supplément de dépassement horaire à la sortie. Ho usato già molti parcheggi simili in modo soddisfacente, stavolta ho scelto il car Valet di Flashparking - Fiumicino -Assolutamente inaffidabile: All' andata ho rischiato di perdere il volo perchè sono venuti a prendersi l' auto con mezz'ora di ritardo. Al ritorno ho dovuto fare circa 7-8 telefonate prima di avere una risposta ed ho dovuto comunque aspettare circa 75 minuti per riavere l' auto. Da considerare che si trattava di un momento di traffico molto poco intenso

J’ai tenté de réserver une place de parking sur ce site, mais les deux tentatives de paiement ont échoué avec un message d’erreur indiquant qu’il manquait des informations. Malgré cela, j’ai été débité deux fois (64,95€ chacune), soit un total de 129,90€, sans recevoir la moindre confirmation de réservation, ni email, ni numéro de réservation.
La situation est d’autant plus frustrante qu’il est impossible de faire une réclamation via leur site. Le formulaire demande obligatoirement un numéro de réservation… que je n’ai évidemment pas, puisque la réservation n’a jamais abouti et que je n’ai reçu qu’un message d’erreur.
J’ai donc contacté le service client par email, et je suis pour le moment dans l’attente d’une réponse.
À ce jour, j’ai payé plus de 120€ pour un service que je n’ai jamais reçu. Je retirerai ou modifierai cet avis une fois que j’aurai été remboursé.

I needed to amend my parking booking
I needed to amend my parking booking, I found the website hard to get my booking changed so I emailed them to ask for help. I received an email back quickly leading me through the steps I needed to take to change my booking, once I followed the steps, I was able to amend my booking easy, very good service indeed .

Habitant Perpignan, pour mes voyages, j'utilise Looking4parking depuis plusieurs années à l'aéroport de Barcelone. Je suis entièrement satisfait de leurs services, c'est vraiment très pratique car on arrive et on repart directement du terminal. Et les tarifs sont vraiment raisonnables.
Par ailleurs, ayant dû annuler un voyage dernièrement, j'ai demandé le remboursement de ma réservation. J'ai été intégralement et immédiatement rembouser sans avoir besoin de me justifier.
Je recommande vivement !

They cancel your agreed parking a change it for cheaper parking and do not advise you.
They changed my short stay parking for cheaper meet and greet and didn’t advise me. I was left facing a £560 parking bill as I parked in Stansted Short Stay having paid prior to parking but Looking4Parking cancelling it. They haven’t bothered to reply to emails.

I did a bad review for this company because they took my £142.99 wouldnt change the time by 4 hrs eventhough they had months before i was due to sail. I initially rang the number on my confirmation but was told i had the wrong number. I found an email but once again you wouldnt change the time. STOP TELLING PEOPLE ONLINE TO REMOVE THEIR REVIEWS YOU ARE LOOKING4.COM WHICH IS THE COMPANY WE BOOKED THROUGH. I WONT REMOVE THE REVIEW AS ITS TRUE. On your reply to my last review you asked for my ref no. WHY i tried to change it before my cruise but you said no, Plus how will you find out anything from my ref number as your pretending i didnt book through you mmmmmm !!!
