Absolute scam.

Bought two bus tickets the day before travel.

Long story short: QR-code did not work, booking reference could not be found by the bus service or bus driver in their system.

Had to buy 2 additional bus tickets at the bus service.

Looking4.com customer service point blank refused to refund.

Never. Ever. Again.

Very disappointed with the customer service from Looking4.com.

Our booking was cut short due to a cancelled flight. We only used the parking space for less than 24 hours, and the actual parking provider confirmed to me in person that the remaining unused days were refunded and that I needed to contact Looking4.com for the refund to be passed on.

Despite this, Looking4.com refused to pass on the refunded amount and instead offered an arbitrary 50% refund, which does not reflect the unused portion of the booking.

I was not asking for a full refund, only for the refund that the parking provider had already approved for the unused days.

There was very little consideration of the situation and no real effort to verify or resolve the discrepancy. I was simply told to accept 50% or claim on insurance, which was not an option.

This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially when every other provider involved in our cancelled trip, including non-refundable bookings – showed far more care and flexibility.

I would strongly reconsider using a third-party booking site like this in the future.

This company booked my parking information incorrectly and then cancelled my booking without my consent. I was already overseas and left my car in a car park I booked for. The company refused to help me any further. They ignored me and left to with the problem. No care for customer service or anything like that.

The pre-purchased transfer ticket was not confirmed, a Beauvais - Paris return ticket, after a long correspondence they said that they had no data on the ticket for the given name on the given date, while I can prove that I paid the amount, which I sent them upon their request. Unfortunately, I later realized that their administration was a scam, and then after several weeks they said that they were waiting for an answer from Ryanair about what happened to my payment! They cheat, steal, lie! They have a huge problem, the passenger! Everyone should avoid them as much as possible!

Scam company. Booked through Ryanair, bus never turned up and made us miss our flight. Should’ve know for the price, scam!!!!

Misleading cancellation policy – No customer service
I booked a parking space (P1 Beauvais – ref. ...6050) through Looking4.com.
The booking and confirmation clearly stated I could cancel at any time, but cancellation is impossible via the website, and there is no response from customer support. The phone number doesn’t work either.
I’ve sent multiple emails with screenshots and received no answer.
Unless resolved quickly, I’ll escalate the matter through official consumer protection channels.

I have purchased from this website multiple occasions and have never ever had any issue, one I even bought a parking with incorrect dates but was successful when changing the dates free of charge.

Somehow my booking got changed from 25th July to 17th August to 25th July to 1st August without my consent or permission. I contacted them, and they refused to restore the booking, saying I had to manually change it. I had to pay £60 to restore my booking, even though I didn't authorise the original change. Terrible customer service, only via e-mail and they admitted they couldn't do anything as they were limited.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I booked a ticket and realised a bit too late that the departure time was wrong. According to the confirmation I’ve received I just be able to change the time but neither Ryanair nor national express wants to do it and both claims that is something the other company has to do.

And this is even the first time I’ve had a bad experience with them.

I booked through ryanair-looking for transfers.com a transfer from a Paris airport to Paris centre . We are a party of 6 so booked for 6 people . Our taxi turned up over an hour late with only enough seats for 5 people. The taximan suggested we sit on each others laps. We refused the taxi and got one at the taxi rank. When I looked for my refund from Ryanair they have contacted the supplier but have washed their hands of responsibility. The supplier claims that we had too many bags and that was why we could not fit in. This is in spite of photos I took of the car with too few seats. So not only have I no refund but I had to pay a premium rate for the taxi we got from the airport rank
