Scorretti

Barrier didn’t lift automatically as advised
We paid for parking at Luton Airport for 3 days. The email confirmation said that the barrier will lift automatically on exit but when we got to the exit, it did not lift. When we spoke to the help line on the exit machine, they said that no booking had been made and tried to charge us double what we’ve already paid this company. We argued our case and they did let us go but was rather embarrassing seeing though we had already paid for our parking ticket. Definitely won’t be using them again and I did this through my company Perkbox.

Dear Nicola,
We’re extremely sorry to hear of your experience at the car park.
Looking4.com are an online only price comparison website and booking agent for car parking services that advertise through us globally. We do not own or operate the car parks or provide the services onsite. As per the terms and conditions of your booking your contract for the parking service is directly with the individual car park.
This review page is in relation to the booking services provided by Looking4.com rather than the car parking service you used and we have therefore requested that your review is removed as it has been posted on the incorrect company profile.
Since you haven’t left a booking reference number with your review, I have been unable to check this in our system. If you did book through our price comparison website, please send all of the details of your complaint and your booking reference to https://www.looking4.com/uk/contact-us to enable us to advise how to progress your complaint.
If you did not book through Looking4.com, you would need to contact the booking agent or the car park you booked with directly. Please also remove your review from our page and ensure that it is posted on the profile for the car parking company you used.
