The customer service here is so bad here. I have contacted the customer service 4 times to change the method of refund.No response. Nobody reply me.
And the size description of something is not correct.It you don’t notice that, Some custom fee will be charged.

Terrible customer service
Order placed last week and an extortionate £15 paid for next day delivery; the delivery date passed and still no update. Called to cancel order, was told cannot. Checked that I could return for a full refund, and was informed I also could not - that the only way I could receive a full refund was to refuse delivery at the door. 4 unanswered emails and a phone call later, I still don’t have confirmation of this in writing as assured I would have, and I still don’t have an update on delivery. Totally unsatisfactory at any price point but when you’re selling higher price items you expect the customer service to reflect. Would appreciate contact today please. Wouldn’t touch again with a barge pole as a customer - sorry

We kindly inform you that we do not offer next-day delivery; however, we do offer Express Shipping, which takes up to 2 working days from the handover of the parcel to the courier. As your order was placed on 10th December and handed over on 12th December, the dispatch was completed within the expected timeframe. The parcel was delivered on 16th December, as deliveries in your area may not take place during weekends.
We would also like to reconfirm that once an order reaches an advanced processing stage, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
Regarding your attempts to reach us, our system shows that your calls were answered and that our team also responded to your emails from Friday through to yesterday, providing clarification on the points above.
Should you require any further assistance, we remain at your disposal.

My order was never delivered
My order was never delivered! My Apt number was left off the address and when I tried to correct it UPS directed me to the sender! Ie. LN-CC! LN-CC said they could not correct it and they are not able to assist with something as simple as this because their orders are automatic! Ie no customer service! Will not order again and waiting on my refund! Do not use the word automatic if you pretend to have customer service!

Takes almost a month to get your money back
Returned my items, they were received on November 10th, STILL NO REFUND! Contacted customer services twice and told "your request has been passed on to the relevant department". Should not take this long. AVOID!! Better off shopping with other retailers.

I bought size 8 shoes and paid $220 (10/22/25). A size 9 arrived so I had to return. I got a refund of $153.02 without any explanation. I emailed them but got no reply.
