Excellent and seamless client experience.

This review is written as a formal complaint regarding LN-CC’s failure to fulfill a legally approved refund.LN-EU-01634243

I placed an order with LN-CC on 28/06/2025. As the item did not fit, it was returned in accordance with their return policy. LN-CC explicitly confirmed that my return was received and that a refund was approved.

Despite this confirmation, the refund has still not been received.

LN-CC later stated that, due to an alleged “technical issue” with their website, the refund could not be processed to the original payment method. I was therefore requested to provide alternative refund details. I provided my PayPal account on 28 October 2025, exactly as instructed.

Since providing this information, LN-CC has failed to execute the refund, offering no resolution and no concrete timeframe. At this point, the delay is excessive, unjustified, and entirely unacceptable.

Once a refund is approved, it is LN-CC’s legal obligation to return the funds within a reasonable and lawful timeframe. Internal technical issues do not absolve a retailer of this responsibility. Retaining a customer’s money for months after confirming a refund constitutes poor business practice and potential non-compliance with consumer protection regulations.

I have now spent an unreasonable amount of time chasing money that is rightfully mine, without receiving either the product or the refund. This situation demonstrates a serious lack of accountability and transparency.

I strongly advise other customers to exercise caution when dealing with LN-CC, as resolving post-purchase issues appears to be extremely difficult once a refund is involved.

LN-CC is expected to process the outstanding refund immediately.

I purchased order LN-EU-01633790 on June 24, 2025, and have not received a refund yet. Due to technical issues with their website, they are unable to process refunds via the original payment method and are requesting my bank account details and ID documents, which I have provided. However, they are refusing to issue a refund. Why is this? I have never had such a terrible shopping experience; it's disgusting. I advise everyone not to shop here; it's a terrible experience. This period has been very frustrating for me. I have decided to take all necessary measures to exercise my rights, including legal action.

I requested a refund for a product on July 18, 2025. My account number is LN-EU-01634486. I haven't received any refund yet. They told me that due to technical issues, they couldn't process the refund through the original payment method. I provided my bank account details, but unfortunately, as time goes by, I still haven't received the refund. I've also received no response to emails from customer service. I'm planning to seek legal counsel and file a lawsuit because this isn't my fault. A terrible shopping experience.

I enjoy shopping at LN-CC. I adore them.

Update after fighting with them for a month. I got only a partial refund. So they stole around 50 pounds. Just stole it. No explanation. Awful..please avoid. Please. The hassle the rudeness the lies. Its not worth it.

Where to start? When I ordered my item the checkout page reverted the postcode to a generic address nowhere near me, when I contacted customer service minutes after it happened they told me there was nothing they could do, that I would have to contact the courier company myself to change this (even though it was a fault/glitch on their end, nothing I did incorrectly).

After a lot of hassle contacting the courier and updating to the correct postcode I eventually got my item via express shipping, they sent me the wrong item.

I’ve now been 14 days trying to get a response from them and nothing from them yet.

The poor reviews here are quite clearly indicative of how poorly this company is managed and how little they care about providing a reasonable experience, not even ‘good’ but passable. Never again, there’s far better places to shop than here and I should have taken the time to check the reviews here before putting myself through this.

Update: It’s been 2 weeks since issue was first reported and still nothing. Yet LN-CC can come here to respond to a public review within a day or two, speaks volumes of their priorities.

昨年の春にパンツとシューズを注文するも、在庫がなかったのか先方より一方的にキャンセルされた。PayPalで決済していたため返金を待っていたが、なかなか返金されなかったからメールで問い合わせても一向に返金されなかったので、 Pay Palに問い合わせたら、返金を先方に要求してくださり、ようやく返金された。

ただ、そのパンツがまだオンライン上には残っていたので再度注文。発送通知のメールが来たので、商品はあったんじゃないか！、と思っていたら、届いたのはまったく別のパンツ。またしてもメールで問い合わせると、届いた商品のいろんな箇所を写真に撮って送らされ、最初はpdfで送るよう書いてあったのでpdfで送ったら、担当部署がpdfでは見ることができないから、別のファイル形式で送れ、とタライ回し。言われるがままに送ったらようやく違う商品を送っていたと認識したみたいで、こちらが返品の手をわずらわせられたものの、また一向に返金されない。何度も問い合わせたら、最初に先方が勝手にキャンセルした注文の時と勘違いしているのか、返金済み、との返答。それからも何度もメールで返金されていない旨を伝えたら、ようやく商品代だけ返金され、送料と関税代は返金されず。わざわざこちらで利用規約の中から返金しなければならないという該当箇所を見つけて連絡したら、約半年かかって送料までは返金されたが、結局関税分は返金されなかった。こちらは何も受け取っていないのに、手間と時間をかけさせられた上に、損をさせられた。

怒り心頭ではあったが、年末に欲しかったスニーカーがセールになっているのを見つけ、しかも送料無料キャンペーン中だったので、前回関税分で損した代金も元を取れるかと思い、これでチャラにしようと注文した。

すると、送られて来たスニーカーのサイズが注文したものと全然違う。
もう呆れてものも言えない。
今まさに返品と返金に関してやり取りしているけど、また全額返金されないのではないかという心配に苛まされていて、心底うんざりする。

ある種、詐欺集団だ。
こんな学習能力が低すぎるバカの集まりは商売なんてするべきではない。

Unauthentic bag. So disappointed.. customer service was great, bag looked and felt genuine.. I then went to the real real to sell it only to find out the serial number inside the bag matched up to a completely different style!

UPDATE 2: I have now FINALLY received a refund for the second returned product - and this while the third Klarna conflict I flagged was still ACTIVE, by the way. So it is possible to send a refund at any time, as Klarna stated. I said what I said (do read the whole review): DO NOT SHOP HERE.

UPDATE: After providing solid evidence that I have, in fact, returned BOTH items, customer service all of a sudden assured me a refund out of "goodwill" and asked me to mark the Klarna conflict I had flagged before as solved so they could issue the refund. I fell for it and marked it as solved. NOTHING HAPPENED AFTERWARDS. I have contacted customer service more than a dozen times since then and everyone told me they sent "urgent refund requests" to the relevant department so they would issue the refund. It has now been more than a week and still, nothing has happened.
After talking to Klarna again, they told me you can generally only flag three conflicts with a vendor - however, the vendor can send a refund AT ANY GIVEN TIME (even when the conflict is not marked as solved). There is absolutely NO NEED for the customer to do so in order to receive a refund. Klarna told me, however, some vendors ask the client to mark conflicts as solved in order for the customer to lose chances to flag complaints. Hence, LN-CC deliberately lied for me to close the complaint with Klarna, hoping I'd pay for a product I have not kept. This is absolutely unethical behavior - I have contacted a lawyer now and have no choice but solve this issue with legal action. AGAIN: DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE.

Do not shop here!!! I have been a customer for a long time at LN-CC, but my last experience has been terrible. I am not the only one, people have reported similar issues, according to recent reviews.

After requesting a return and returning TWO products, the shop issued an incorrect refund amount (only for one item). I immediately got in touch with customer service and have been going back and forth with them for almost two weeks. They still claim the refund amount is correct, which it most obviously isn’t - the items I returned are available again on the website.

This is terrible customer service to begin with - and either terrible warehouse management or deliberate fraud, too. I refuse to pay for a product that I have returned and will pursue legal action, if needed.

注文してから27時間後に在庫が無いのでキャンセルするとのメールが来て、マイアカウントの注文情報はキャンセルされていた。
キャンセルのメールが届いてから12時間、注文から36時間以上経った現在も、まだオンラインには在庫はありカートに入れることもできる。
そしてPayPalの決済情報も注文の承認待ちのままで返金されていない。

この追加レビューを投稿する4時間前に企業からレビューの返信の投稿があった。
じつは、最初のレビューを投稿する4時間前に直接メールで在庫情報の更新がされていないという内容を送っているが、そのメールへの返信はまだ届いていない。
つまり、このようなオープンなサイトへの書き込みにはすぐ対応するが、ユーザーへの直接な対応はすぐには対応しないということだ。
当然、オンライン在庫はまだ残っているし、カートに入れることもできるし、PayPalの返金手続きも一切更新されていない。
