Great Price and and great service. The order arrived vert fast. Great experience overall.

I would stay away from this webshop. I’m sure they also get it right, but if they get it wrong, you’re royally screwed.

- Got delivered a completely different item than I ordered.
- They used a transporter that doesn’t even have drop off points in Amsterdam, so it was a complete pain to even get the package back to Italy.
- Upon return my package has been laying there for over six weeks.
- They guy from the chat help kept waving me off.
- After the third time I reached out, they finally refunded me, however…
- They refunded me €10’s too little. Apparently part of their return service, but completely uncalled for, because they were the ones sending me the wrong item in the first place.
- Mean while, the item I wanted to buy is now sold out everywhere.

I would stay away. It’s not worth the hassle when it goes wrong. You gotta have better options/ alternatives than this.

Pricing changes are intransparent and abrupt. Customer service provides inconsistent and sometimes contradictory information but is overall responsive. The selection of items is excellent.

LN-CC approved the refund.

The order (LN-EU-01632743) was placed back on 10 June 2025.
LN-CC says their website cannot process the refund.

Seven months later — nothing.
Customer service ignores messages.

This is not acceptable under EU consumer rights.
Think twice before shopping at LN-CC.

Great shirt beautifully packaged

TLDR; Don't bother ordering anything that could get damaged in transit.

I ordered an £85 Assouline hardback, bought as a Christmas gift. It arrived with a visibly crushed corner, damage that went through the shrink wrap. The shipping box contained no protective packaging at all, the book was loose inside with nothing but the order paperwork.

I contacted customer service with photos and requested either a partial refund or replacement, which was entirely reasonable given the circumstances. Every response redirected me to the standard returns process without actually addressing the damage. They never acknowledged that the (lack of) original packaging was what caused the damage, nor offered any guidance on how to return the item safely. Their process simply expected me to use the same inadequate packaging that caused the problem in the first place.

The only alternative offered was a 15% gift certificate, eventually updated to a 15% cash refund after pushing back, which still was not proportionate for an item that arrived damaged.

I eventually sought resolution through my bank, who agreed my request was reasonable and instructed me to return the item. I arranged collection with LN-CC, packaged it securely myself with my own protective packaging, and handed it to the courier, only for it to be sent back to me marked "Service Disruption Occurred."

The matter was ultimately resolved via my bank with a partial refund, not via LN-CC. For a luxury retailer, the poor packaging and the handling of a straightforward complaint both fell short.

The item has been returned, and the refund for the item itself has been confirmed, but
the import duty tax has not been refunded.

This was not a mistake on my part; LNCC mistakenly delivered this order.

Import duty tax is usually refunded via store credit, etc., but
this has not been confirmed in this case.

Please address this matter as soon as possible.

Cancelled my order for no reason and couldn’t even tell me anything nor even automated emails. I literally asked if there’s an automated security issue and they see so incompetent they couldn’t even help me reorder it or even work around it or provide, not even assurance in rebuying, essentially asked me to take a risk and reorder while holding my money ransom expecting me to order to suit their. Their health desk worker couldn’t even understand any issue in this. Ill intent is clear here. Personally motivated help desk staff. Theee people are likely a front of some sort be warned.

This time, I bought a down gilet and a pair of linen trousers.
I feel that the discounts offered during the sale were more modest than in the past.

Although it is not the shop’s fault, delivery was delayed due to the situation in the Middle East.
I pray for peace.
