LN-CC Arvostelua 

Returned the order, received no refund. They don’t reply to my contact forms, emails and WhatsApp messages. I’ve got proof of delivery (signature and photo of the person holding the return parcel). I will be reporting this to the police if this is not taking care of until 20th February.

I love shopping on the LL-CC platform — great products at great prices, and the ordering process is easy.
However, they should inform sellers (UK or Europe), to allow customers to redirect packages to local pick-up locations. Receiving a UPS package in Sweden can be very inconvenient; I was almost forced to send it back to Italy, the original shipping location.

Item was shipped fast considering it was coming from Portugal, well worth the price.

DO NOT buy from this store.... the service is appalling ! I placed and order for a dress well before Christmas - it clearly stated no duties tax were applied and on delivery the driver tried to charge me over a 100 pounds for the item - I sent it back with the driver - requested a refund - this was ignored and it was sent back to me. Then I tried to send it back - after a stressful returns process I finally sent it back / and have now been waiting over 2 months for a refund. It is slow / illogical and unpractical how they manage any kind of customer facing service. Really not worth the hassle buy elsewhere.

Was a little hesitant buying with a couple of the reviews on here but could only find a particular pair of pants here. The welcome email gave me free economy shipping which ended up coming in only 4 days across the ocean so happy about that and the pants are great. Thanks!

Just imagine this. You order a Bottega Veneta bag after saving for a long time and receive a Celine bag instead.

Sounds unbelievable? Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened to me.

I placed my order with LN-CC in October 2025. The parcel arrived sealed and undamaged from their Italian warehouse. I opened it together with my girlfriend. Inside a Bottega Veneta dust bag was a Celine handbag, sealed in plastic, with a sticker showing the exact Bottega Veneta model I had ordered.

I immediately took photos while unboxing and contacted customer service the same day. Their agent acknowledged the mistake and instructed me to return the wrong item. I followed these instructions exactly and sent the bag back with all required documents included.

From that point on, the situation became surreal. LN-CC refused the return, claiming I had sent back the wrong item and stating that this was proof they never shipped it, because they allegedly do not carry Celine products. Instead of investigating, asking questions, or reviewing their own warehouse and logistics processes, the blame was placed entirely on me.

Despite weeks of emails, screenshots, photos, and detailed explanations, LN-CC maintained their position. I was treated as if I had caused the issue, even though the wrong bag was already sealed and mislabeled before shipment. No meaningful escalation took place and no solution was offered.

The matter was resolved only after the European Consumer Centre in Germany and Italy became involved. Weeks later, the purchase amount was refunded to my credit card without any explanation, apology, or attempt at compensation. I noticed the refund purely by chance.

I have never experienced anything like this with any other retailer. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them says everything.

If something goes wrong, LN-CC will not investigate. They will deny responsibility and leave you on your own.
