J’ai retourné des chaussures qui étaient trop petites, il y a 7 semaines..
Apres de nombreuses réclamations et interactions téléphoniques avec différents personnels pour obtenir mon remboursement , j ai ENFIN été créditée de mon remboursement.
LNCC n est pas au point sur la gestion des retours . La livraison est rapide cependant

This is regarding the incorrect item I received.

The item has been returned, and the refund for the item itself has been confirmed, but
the import duty tax has not been refunded.

This was not a mistake on my part; LNCC mistakenly delivered this order.

Import duty tax is usually refunded via store credit, etc., but
this has not been confirmed in this case.

Please address this matter as soon as possible.

There is no record of store credit being granted or used, and my current store credit balance is 0.

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe, sono arrivate il giorno dopo a casa. Unica pecca il corriere non ha suonato.

I returned gucci tie/gucci earrings plus gucci sneakers over 500€ in one box. datebof return 26/01/02.. Company received my return but refused give money back pretending there was not shoes found! They didnt want to provide me with box weight which means they are scamming me. Stop ordering from this company because they are pretending of not receiving my return!!! So unprofessional! They should monitor warehouse more strictly because someone might be stealing. I want money back for my return!!!

Cancelled my order for no reason and couldn’t even tell me anything nor even automated emails. I literally asked if there’s an automated security issue and they see so incompetent they couldn’t even help me reorder it or even work around it or provide, not even assurance in rebuying, essentially asked me to take a risk and reorder while holding my money ransom expecting me to order to suit their. Their health desk worker couldn’t even understand any issue in this. Ill intent is clear here. Personally motivated help desk staff. Theee people are likely a front of some sort be warned.

This time, I bought a down gilet and a pair of linen trousers.
I feel that the discounts offered during the sale were more modest than in the past.

Although it is not the shop’s fault, delivery was delayed due to the situation in the Middle East.

This is literally the worst company and I do not recommend. I bought a £3000 handbag that was never delivered (although tracking showed it was delivered) they took about a month to investigate, never showed proof of delivery or signature and returning my money took ages. Dishonest, useless, they should be shut down. Appalling customer service.

I love LNCC, always the best value, best brands and super fast shipping. My experience has been the best online, other online retailers should take note. Kepp up the great work!
