First time order was seamless

I had never heard of the company and was looking for a particular bag that was sold out ever where , I actually had ordered it at Nordstrom and then the next day they sent me an email that it was sold out no longer available.
So when I did a google search your company came up. I checked it out every
thing looks legitimate .So I ordered it with ease, shipped very fast and I got it!
I was so pleased!

Shopper

From what I rememebered, it was easy and quick for an international company? I believe it had the best pricing.

Month later, no refund

Returned the item and almost a full month later still have not received a refund, despite claims "the team is actively working on it". Shambolic customer service, never giving an updated timeline or doing anything to make this right
