Horrible expérience. J'ai acheté des Nike à 149€ en soldes. Colis UPS arrêté à la douane, le vendeur a oublié de joindre une facture. Colis retardé. Ils reçoivent la facture, mais 2 jours après je reçois "colis livré à Londres". Or je n'ai rien signé. Panique, je dois leur écrire pour qu'ils m'informent 2 jours après que le colis a été retourné à leur stock. Raison ? Aucune. Remboursement ? Aucun, pour le moment. Aucune excuse, aucun geste, on m'invite juste à "repasser commande si je le souhaite". Non merci, voleurs.

Great experience. Regular updates and the item was well packaged and received quickly. As described and no need to return.

I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews online lightly, but I feel I should share this experience so other shoppers can be aware.
The company sent me the wrong item. I returned it as required, and they confirmed receipt of the return on June 22. It is now early August and I still have not received a refund!
During this time I contacted customer service every week to check on the status. Each time I was told that my case had been escalated to a higher level and that the refund would be processed within one to two weeks. I was patient and continued to wait.
Last week, when I followed up again, they suddenly told me that they had marked my refund as “problematic” and now required my bank account details in order to process it. What makes me the angriest is that if you require me to submit something, shouldn’t you write an email to inform me? But no! You wait until the customer asks about it themselves before saying anything.
I have been a customer of LN-CC for three to four years and have always used the same payment information. As a long term and patient customer, this whole process has been extremely frustrating. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company. LN-CC made the error by sending the wrong product, yet the customer is left chasing the refund week after week and receiving only vague, unhelpful responses. Please think carefully before purchasing.

Buyers BEWARE: I returned an item to LN-CC in late June. They logged it as received on July 6. I was told refunds take 14 days. When that passed, I was told 14 working days. That passed too. As of July 29 I have no refund, and the only answer I've gotten is an email saying resolution could take days, weeks or months. The return policy reads beautifully. The refund side of it does not work. Read their recent reviews before you order...if you order at all.

They will likely respond here asking for my order number to help me out. Then, they don't respond to that either. That has happened to me 2X already.

Extremely disappointing experience with LN-CC.

I have been a regular LN-CC customer since 2020, making multiple purchases over the years. I am currently on a Gold Chameleon tier (LOL).
I returned my order following their return procedure, and the item was received by LN-CC warehouse on 25 June 2026. More than one month later, I still have not received my refund.

During this time, I contacted customer support several times asking for an update and a clear refund date. Instead of providing a solution, I received repeated generic responses without any concrete information.

On 17 July, I was informed that an “urgent refund request” had already been submitted. However, nothing happened afterwards no refund, no confirmation and no explanation.

After waiting patiently and trying to resolve the matter with Customer Service, I had no choice but to open a PP dispute. Surprisingly LN-CC now asking me to close the dispute so they can “resolve the issue”, even though they have already had more than a month to process a simple refund.

A company should not need a PP dispute to return money for an item they have already received back. Asking a customer to remove payment protection before receiving their refund is completely unacceptable.

What is most disappointing is not only the delay but the complete lack of support and understanding from their side.

Very frustrating experience and a serious disappointment. I would reccomend to avoid making purchase from LN-CC especially if you expect a smooth return and refund process.

I ordered a shirt, arrived fast in 2 days and everything was fine. I returned it because I did't like the fit and was considering buying another one, the return process has been easy and the refund arrived in just few days.

The worst return experience I've ever had.

Ordered some shorts that arrived in an entirely different colour to the one listed on their website.

Before returning, wanted to ensure they didn't apply their 'return fee' they have (for some reason) to my order as the fault was on their end.

Spoke to the rudest and most incompetent staff member on their chat that had me take 8 different photos of the item before telling me to wait for an email.

I never received any email and after confirming to return via a chat with another support member, just returned the item to them using their return service.

Since receiving confirmation that they have my item in their warehouse, I have chased them every other day to try to get this refund sent to me. Every time I'm told I've been emailed (I haven't) and my refund is 'delayed' with no further explanation given. Support staff are all incredibly rude and unhelpful, offering no information, apologies or real support.

I am still awaiting this refund over a month and a half later and have just opened a case up via my bank in an attempt to reclaim the money. I do not know what else I can do.

Avoid ordering from this immensely incompetent company at all costs.

Top. I received a brand new and sealed dream bag of mine at 80% off. The shipping was very fast from Italy to Belgium it only took 3 days.

Best price online and really good customer service when there was a delay in shipping.

Shipped very quickly after placing my order, and received both my items in perfect condition in a couple of days. I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews but entire process was seamless.

A return label was requested 6 days ago, but no response has been received. Three emails have been sent, and there has still been no reply. Because of this, the return cannot be completed. Very disappointing customer service.

Their site says standard delivery to UK is 2-3 working days.

It’s day 5 and nothing…customer service did not acknowledge this my complaint only said it’s on the way.

Don’t bother ordering unless you’re comfortable with them lying about their fulfilment and waiting an indefinite period of time.

Great item quickly delivered to the UK and customs/ duties covered, so no nasty surprises on arrival.
