I returned a product over 3 weeks ago…

I returned a product over 3 weeks ago and I’m yet to receive my refund, this is unacceptable! Especially from a brand and company of this size.

Please note that returned items must first be received, inspected and processed by our warehouse before the refund can be completed, in accordance with our return and refund procedure.

Inacceptable Service & Delays: Shoes retained for over 2 months / Order LN-EU-01671522

I purchased a pair of defective shoes from The Row via LN-CC. After wearing them just once, the sole broke. I sent them in for repair, and tracking confirms they arrived at LN-CC on July 23rd. LN-CC stated a processing time of 30 days, which expired weeks ago.

Even BEFORE sending the shoes, I explicitly informed customer service that I strictly required them back before September 7th, as I am leaving for a 6-month trip around the world on September 14th.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I only receive vague copy-paste replies claiming they "cannot reach the department" or false claims about arrival dates that contradict official tracking.

It is completely unacceptable for a luxury retailer to hold my property past the agreed deadline, especially when informed of an upcoming long-term international departure. I demand the immediate shipment and tracking details of my repaired shoes by tomorrow, or I will proceed with a full refund claim and a credit card chargeback.

Terrible customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the way my issue has been handled by customer service.

I provided the e-receipt I was given when I dropped off my parcel. The drop-off point does not provide a physical receipt, so the e-receipt is the only proof they issued to me.

I personally contacted UPS, who confirmed that this e-receipt is acceptable and that LNCC needs to contact UPS in order to launch a courier investigation.

Despite this, customer service has been extremely difficult and has refused to properly assist me or move the investigation forward. I have provided the evidence I was given and have even gone directly to UPS to clarify what is required, yet I am still being met with unnecessary resistance.

I find it unacceptable that a customer is expected to provide a physical receipt when the drop-off point does not issue one, especially when UPS themselves have confirmed that the electronic receipt is acceptable.

I simply want the courier investigation to be opened and my case properly investigated. The lack of support and unwillingness to work with UPS on this matter has been incredibly frustrating.

Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.
