I don't often write a customer service review but I was so pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received when talking to Michelle at Leep, that I felt obliged to do so.

I would like to share my very positive experience regarding Joanna from the Complaint Management Team.
She was extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process, which allowed us to resolve the situation very quickly and smoothly. Joanna was approachable, supportive, and genuinely understanding, and I truly appreciated the way she handled everything professionally and compassionately.
Thankfully, our issue has now been resolved. She also offered us a very reasonable and financially manageable payment plan, for which I am extremely grateful.
Overall, I am absolutely satisfied with the service provided by Leep water and I would especially like to thank Joanna for all of her help and support.

I was really impressed with how quickly Gemma responded and how efficiently she helped resolve the issue. I’d been paying a much higher direct debit than necessary, and Gemma promptly talked me through the options available going forward, as well as confirming a refund for the credit on my account.

Clear and helpful advice
I spoke to Michelle who was fabulous today on the call. She was able to explain my bill and usage and provided helpful tips on my usage and how to track this better.
