Transfer Account due to wrong supplier
Had an issue with a wrong supplier so had to set up my account with Leep instead. Phone call went right through to a person (no AI agents or machines) and he sorted out everything within 5 minutes.
Really happy to see a company that makes it as easy as possible nowadays.

Since I moved last year I’ve tried to find out why my Water bill was based on an estimated rather than my actual usage. It’s only me and my child and I’ve been charged £100 per month! We never ever use that amount! I’ve tried to get this sorted for MONTHS. Always different people replied to my emails. Always replying with different answers even when I’ve sent them pictures of my meter readings. Awful experience. Super stressful and very unfair, this company only wants money. Last month a very nice lady called Deborah replied with a helpful email, kind of sort out my problem but I still think that £65 per month is a lot when comparing to family and friends with more people in their households paying at least £20 less Than I do.
