I would like to leave a review for Will and our phonecall today but not Leep in general. Didn't really get anywhere via email but all resolved on the phone to Will today - very helpful and efficient. Leep in general are hard to deal with, bills are unclear, charges seem to be plucked out of thin air - it is unfortunate that buildings in Salford are forced to use this provider.

I received a bill for my flat in error and contacted customer service for assistance. I spoke with Will, who was absolutely wonderful. He resolved the issue within just 20 minutes, which was impressively quick and efficient. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how promptly he sorted everything out and the excellent level of customer service he provided.
