Great customer service from Morag at Outfox

I noticed my electric reading hadn't moved between bills. I called Outfox and spoke to the very helpful friendly Morag who did exactly what she said she would and got the issue resolved while keeping me informed of what was happening.

All sorted!

Spoke to Mira today about lowering my Direct Debit.She sorted this out professionally and efficiently.
And suggested and arranged a refund from my balance.
And put me on the Priority Service Register (which I didn't know about)
Very happy!

I had a short wait before going through to a person; sadly not a service offered by many companies now.

Spoke with Sumayyah today about having a large credit (over £2,000) returned to me and wanting to reduce my direct debit as it seemed way too high for the usage my home has. She was great and completed everything with ease. Very pleased with the customer service today.

Morag is genuinely one of the nicest…

Morag is genuinely one of the nicest people i have ever spoken to at a big company! She is warm, attentive, empathetic, and a do'er!

She helped me out so much even after i was no longer a customer with an issue i had.
