Good service and fast delivery thanks LBC express

my document i send from davao to Manila was so delayed, from September 3, 2026 i sent thru LBC until today September 15, 2026 still not delivered, that document is highly important , when tracking the details on the shipment alwasy expect delivery within the day but nothing happen.. i didnt expect this service. how many times send appeal but no response at all, i tried to call the number found in the reciept but unattended. ,,, now i am again sending an appeal to refund the fee and return the document as soon as possible.. i will be right back here if still no action. customer service not active, delivery services unexpectedly embarrasing,

I paid £50 pound deposit for boxes and pick up , rang them several times got the same reply "yes sir we acknowedge your request "2 months later another company has picked up my boxes they did in 2 weeks , shame on you LBC , will never use you again

There should be a 0 rating as they don’t deserve even 1 rating. LBC customer service is not worth it. The employees think so high of themselves and the tone was so aggressive! The customer service should’t be like this! I hope this should be action! The delivery driver even shouting to the customer!

I am here in Tracy California ,rider/driver to pick up my 3 boxes ,NO show and worst -No calls /text. This is their issue of drivers not showing up, Please Hire reliable drivers or The Company is ignoring these issues.

Referring to Tracking #142062960271 for delivery to my husband, OSCAR NIEVA at 28 RADISH ST VALLE VERDE 5 UGONG PASIG CITY supposedly to be delivered last Friday, August 21, 2026.

As per the above Incident Report, our parcel containing very important documents from the Registry of Deeds, Bureau of Internal Revenue, etc, all ORIGINAL documents was WRONGLY delivered by your rider, Mr. DANIEL ISIDRO, properly identified by our Gate Guards. Mr. ISIDRO's gross negligence caused us worry, stress, and anxiety on locating our parcel containing very important documents. Despite the clarification by our Security Head that he delivered our parcel to a WRONG address, 28 SPINACH St instead of 28 RADISH St, Daniel Isidro was still arrogant and far from being apologetic for his gross negligence.

How can you ever justify his claim that he did his job properly when the tracking document and shipment label clearly stated for delivery to OSCAR NIEVA at 28 RADISH St Valle Verde 5 but he left our parcel at 28 SPINACH St instead, He even cited we reprimand our supposed household staff, Bebey Tabacon, who received the parcel when he was repeatedly told that person (Bebey Tabacon) was unknown to us at our house.

In view of the above incident of gross negligence by your rider, DANIEL ISIDRO, what may we, as the aggrieved party, expect from your management as form of rectification or remedy?

It is our hope this formal complaint will not land on DEAF ears and concrete action will be undertaken by your management to protect the interest of the dwindling customers who still have trust in your company

The experience is really bad.

I called last Wednesday to book an appointment to pick up my box. The receptionist who answered my call said the pickup time would be between 8 AM and 12 PM, a 4-hour window. I waited until 2 PM, but no one from the LBC representative has shown up or called.

It was a 4-hour waste of time waiting. The appointment has been cancelled due to LBC's time of picking up my box.

I therefore recommend boycotting all LBC's business due to their lack of poor service and coordination. This is too much.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND !!!!

I am very disappointed with the service from LBC. My package was delayed, and they opened my package and get my other item ! There is no update that food is not allowed suddenly i got surprise that they open my package AND GET ALL THE FOOD!!! It was difficult to get clear information from THEM, which made the experience frustrating!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!

Shipped a letter pouch from Makati, Manila going to Orange county California, on 7-14-26
and still did not arrive on 7-28-26, two weeks later. I paid 2215 pesos and now I know why they would not take a credit card. I sent two email inquiries which they never replied. I also could not reach them by phone.

Very rude delivery rider in reference to this tracking. I will never recommend LBC and I will post all my feedback to all channels regarding my experience.

very worst service i keep updating my box, last wensday i called & updated my box they said it is malaysia going to singapore, now i called again they said went back to oman, what the hell, the war is in the middle east how come my box went back to oman again.. they are making their costumer crazy.. pls don't send your box in lbc they are liar

My experience stems from numerous shipments I did with LBC Express. The shipment delivery is excellent but very poor in accepting the shipment. Office personnel are not around to accept shipment and office is closed. In the 4-5 times I went to the ship boxes office was closed midday work day. Today, I was doing an LBC air cargo shipment. Lady personnel says they cannot accept due to lack of employee. LBC you have to get your act together here in Newington, VA branch. It’s leaving a bad reputation of poor service inspite of your reliable shipping service. Hire responsible individuals who knows what they’re doing unsupervised.

NAPAKAPANGIT NG SERBISYO! 😡 Sobrang frustrating at nakaka-high blood ang LBC Lipa! Ang parcel ko, nakatambak at stuck sa Lipa Delivery Hub niyo simula pa noong July 16, 2026. Ngayon, July 21 na—halos ISANG LINGGO NANG WALANG MOVEMENT! Ano ginagawa niyo diyan, tinutulugan niyo ang mga gamit ng tao?Napakalapit na nga lang ng Lipa sa delivery address ko, pero inaamag na sa warehouse niyo. Ang mas malala pa, nung nag-email ako para mag-follow up, sinagot lang ako ng napaka-walang kwentang GENERIC AUTOMATED TEMPLATE! "Made coordination with the assigned team" pero walang binibigay na exact date kung kailan dadating, at walang contact number ng rider! I am very disappointed with my recent experience with LBC. I sent three balikbayan boxes from Milpitas, California to Quezon City in May 2026. When my family received them on July 18, one of the boxes had clearly been tampered with. It had been opened and resealed using ordinary packing tape instead of the original LBC tape. Several items were missing, making it obvious that the box had been opened during transit.

I trusted LBC to deliver my boxes safely and securely, so this experience is extremely upsetting. These boxes contained gifts and personal items for my family. I hope LBC will thoroughly investigate this incident, identify where the tampering occurred, and improve its security measures to prevent this from happening to other customers. I also expect LBC to take responsibility for the missing items and provide an appropriate resolution.

Only giving 1 star because it's not possible to give 0! Why us this company still allowed to do business? I scheduled a pick up service with a 10 am to 2 pm pick up window. I fully expected them to not come within the given window but I didn't expect them to not show up at all WTF?? Not only that, there was ZERO communication, no call, no text nothing. I called the 1 800 number 3 times and each time they said that they were "following up". Turns out all that meant was that they sent an email to the local team. Seriously, WTF. The following day, still no contact, no apology, no nothing. Now I have to unpack everything and try to send with a different company.

Never again LBC . ang mahal mo tpos yung service sobrang hustle npkatagal na hndi pa sabay dumating . Sabay kong pna pick up sa Dubai pero paisaisang dumating . Yung isang Box ko pending pa sa manila Ilang beses na enroute to bacolod pa dn more than 1week na.

They picked up my box for shipment from Italy to the Philippines on May 16, it's still sitting at the port of origin as of July 11 with no guarantee as to when it will finally leave, much less when it will finally arrive. Their business is embarrassingly bad.

First time using LBC IDT/Boss Remittance for Philippines. Huge mistake! First, i was promised the recipient would receive the funds by July 3. Nope. Why? Because when the recipient went to LBC to pickup the funds as instructed by Boss, LBC couldn't locate the Pickup number and had no idea who "Boss" or "IDT" were. So i tried chatting Boss. It's useless so forget it! Next i called Boss and couldn't reach anyone for almost three hours! Finally i was able to reach a Boss agent and i asked them who the remittance bank is because that sometimes helps when pickup centers don't recognize marketing names like "Boss Revolution." The agent said there weren't any additional names. Then agent said someone would have to call us back or email us later further instructions, which they NEVER did! They did however call the recipient and it turns out there IS ANOTHER NAME we're supposed to say: UNITELLER!!!!! Next, recipient had to visit 3 different LBC branches only to be told they didn't participate with Boss, IDT or Uniteller. Next: Recipient was told they would have to visit LBC two separate times.... once to reserve the money (in person) and then again later to pickup the funds!!!!! WTF???? Who does business this way? Grrrrrr! Epic failure! Bottom line: Recipient got their money, but it took 5 days and four separate trips.... which wasted valuable time and cost additional transportation money due to Boss/IDT's errors and incompetance. They had one simple job and they failed! I use several other remittance firms with better fees/good exchange rates like Instarem, Uniteller, Ria, Panda and others for remittances to my family in the Philippines. Most importantly: THEY get the job done, without extra headaches. Boss Revolution??? Who wants this kind of Revolution with unprofessional and unreliable handling of client's money? Not me.

Delivery driver placed "failed delivery" attempt even though he never went tp our house. He tried to deliver the next day on a workday so no shit there was no one available to pick up.

Instead of placing it inside a receptacle behind the gate, he delivered it to god knows whose house. Had to ring up each house to find the right one.
