The strip light I needed was an old model but the Lamp Shop had it. Delivered pretty quick, wrapped tightly and securely. Installed and lit up immediately. Thank you Sirs.

I had to follow up my order and when it arrived a week later one of the item was not even the one I ordered. Then I was told the item is no longer available, but it listed on the website and does not say it will be substituted for a different brand.

Very poor service all around

I waited a week for the item to arrive but this was only because I email them and this seemed to remind them they had not processed my order. I was then promised it would be delivered by Royal Mail 1st class which took 3days. Business 1st class, really!!
