I was bit septicle when they offered me an alternative item, but when it arrived and tried it all was ok.
Great communication throughout.
The item arrived on time, packaged safely and delivered with care.
Would definitely use this company again.

Mr Callum Bishop has shown such professionalism and that has given me great interest in recommending this company
I've made a mistake on ordering 10w bulb instead of my usual 13w I've received an email to confirm that I've received my order and also follow up emails about my concerns
The advice and knowledge that I've received from Callum Bishop is PRICELESS
The bulbs are shorter than my usual, however, that was my mistake for not ordering the 13w
Apart from the length I've got no other issues with them and they gave me an extraordinary brightness that I was hoping for for my hair salon

Thank you Callum Bishop for such professional customer service

The lamp company was the 5th company i had contacted trying to purchase a certain fluecent bulb, after all the others had said that i could not obtain this particular product, and tried to fob me off will LED lighting instead, until i came across the lamp company, i sent a message, asking for the bulb, and got a reply within a day, saying they had plenty in stock, so i purchased a couple, and received them 3 days later, in perfect condition, excellent service, highly recommended.

Having read the amazing article in the New Scientist about the importance of red and infra-red light for our health and well-being, I bought a number of old-fashioned incandescent bulbs, to use instead of LEDs in winter (when there's less daylight and I might go short of red light). I'll put them in the light fittings where I spend most time and avoid "ultra-processed" light. The Lamp Company delivered what I ordered promptly and well packaged.

Easy to use website enabled me to locate the items I required, promptly despatched and very well packaged. Would definitely use this company again.

you have sent wrong bulbs ,?you have sent 210lm-ba15d-led what i ordered was=PYL3SBC-83 - 240v 3w LED Pygmy 3000K Ba15d Non Dim × 2

Placed an order for bulbs on 3 June.

Zero communication between 3 June and 12 August, when I received a dispatch notification.

Bulbs arrived today, 14 August, 72 days after the order was placed.

I didn't notice anything on the product page that indicated they didn't have the items in stock.

The order confirmation didn't say anything about not having the items in stock (in fact it said, "We're preparing these items for shipping.")

And there were zero updates along the way.

72 days for delivery of light bulbs is absurd - I don't understand why anyone would sell light bulbs that probably, at the point of sale, hadn't even been manufactured!

Surely, if a customer places an order for something you aren't going to be able to deliver for over 2 months, you contact them and give them an opportunity to cancel the order?

Or how about even just telling them how long it's going to take?

The items I was ordering had been discontinued which the company didn't know this, hence still advertising them.
However, they sent me alternatives which were slightly more expensive, for the same price. Outstanding customer service. Replied quickly to my emails and received them very quickly.

Probably quite rare bulbs for old(1980s) fittings supplied quickly and cheaply

I have been trying to track down a particular light bulb for some time and kept getting sent the wrong thing from other companies.
With Lampco I got a quick response to my online query and the right bulb!
Very pleased to have dimmable light in my alcove shelving areas once again!
Thank you for your professional service 👍🏻

After initially not receiving my items and after contacting the company they quickly acted and had them shipped out the next day.Mistakes can be made but it’s how you rectify them that matters. Many thanks.

Had lamps to meet my requirements and were extremely helpful with quick delivery

I ordered incandescent light bulbs - I ordered 40w but ought to have ordered 60w, which I will next time. I refuse to use LED so have been using Halogen and the equivalent to 40w, is quite a bit lighter. They arrived on time.

It was a godsend finding the out of production lamp bulb which is no longer in production. A swift transaction and a timely delivery .
Thank you.

Poor service.
