Awful experience
Awful experience! My order never arrived, and they don’t answer since one month. I’m waiting since the beginning of july, I asked for a refund and they neither answered.

If I could give Koa Paris zero stars
If I could give Koa Paris zero stars, trust me I would. I have send numerous dms and comment on their Instagram, and their answers are very vague. I kept reading: you will get your order in a few days it's worth waiting. Because each time I didn't receive a proper response I kept commenting on their posts to give me a full refund. Later I saw my comments were deleted and eventually I got blocked from their Instagrampage.
PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
Update - I've ordered the bags on the 26th of June and received on the 7th of September. The three bags arrived in two different packages delivered from China. Today, on the 21 of October, I received an Instagram message from Koaparis (they unblocked me then) where they asked me to remove my review and offered me a -50% coupon with a speed delivery. They sent me that message ONLY after reading my bad review. That's how they started this Instagram conversation. Very disappointing. The positive reviews - all made on the same date - don't seem genuine. In conclusion, it was a chaos, had a terrible experience and won't be purchasing any more bags. I'm still standing after my comments and will be spending my money elsewhere.

As you can see in our instagram, we have lots of good reviews and pictures with more than 200 customers that have received their product at time, in well condition and the same product as they have ordered. Your order was delayed due to COVID-19, this situation had been horrible for all shipping companies, but RIGHT NOW, all the shipping’s arrive AT TIME.
All our orders have arrived in the past, maybe some orders took longer due to covid-19. We’re sorry for this feeling about our company.

Scam company; don’t order!
Don’t order from this company; they are a scam. They delete all their negative comments on their Instagram account. Your items won’t turn up, I have had countless people message me on Instagram saying they never received their items and I didn’t either. I reached out to the company numerous times and either got a different lie every time or no response.
