I absolutely love my new dress! Looks exactly like the picture and fits amazingly, it’s a high quality material and design. Definitely recommend Kaoa and will be purchasing from them again. (Only downside is the shipping price, I hope they offer a more affordable option in the future.)

I cannot recommend ordering from KAOÂ, even though I truly love their designs.
My return was not properly registered, which resulted in a missing refund. I have been trying to resolve this issue with customer service for weeks.
After returning my order, I received an automated confirmation listing the correct number of items as refunded. However, the actual refund was incomplete.
Customer service now claims that the original confirmation was incorrect due to a “technical limitation” of their system.
As a customer, I cannot verify internal system errors and must rely on the seller’s official confirmation. Unfortunately, this discrepancy has still not been resolved.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Esperienza terribile.
Ho ordinato un tranch inserendo un indirizzo… non immaginando che ci avrebbe messo più di un mese per arrivare… nel frattempo io cambiato domicilio. Quindi a fatica sono riuscita a recuperare il pacco. Una volta recuperato mi rendo conto che la tasca era bucata. Contatto il servizio clienti e mi dicono di spedire il pacco. Unico problema che lo spedisco a spese mie poiché un centro DHL era troppo distante da dove vivo. Chiedo di cambiarmi il colore del cappotto e mi dicono di si.
Arrivato il pacco da loro, mi dicono che non possono cambiarmi il colore e che mi rispediscono il trench. Ovviamente lo rispediscono al vecchio indirizzo.
Non me lo cambiano poiché dicono che non c’è il cartellino… quando un cartellino c’era. Ora non so come riuscirò a recuperare nuovamente il pacco.

Avoid at all costs! Item was not received to my address and now are refusing to refund the amount for the dress and are arguing with me claiming it has been shipped (but can’t provide a signature or name of person who received the item which was required). Very unprofessional and from other reviews here I can see a lot of others have faced the same….

The pictures on the website promise beautiful, high-quality dresses, so for prices between €200–€300 per piece I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the fabrics are nothing special and feel quite cheap. The “gold” accessories attached to the dresses are actually made of inexpensive plastic.

The sizing and fit are also very disappointing. The dresses are much larger than expected, poorly cut, and look nothing like they do in the photos on the website.

What makes the experience even worse is the return process. Customers have to pay for returns themselves, and shipping from Austria back to Portugal costs between €22 and €60. I ordered three dresses worth more than €600 and now have to send everything back at a high cost.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Ich habe einem künstlichen Pelzmantel bestellt. Lieferung war schnell. Verpackung war gut. Der Mantel ist traumhaft schön, so eie auf dem Foto. Ich bin begeistert und liebe es.

Es importante pedir el vestido con MUCHO tiempo. La app shopfy no hace ningun seguimiento del pedido (de hecho pone todo el rato "la tienda no ha actualizado la información", así que tienes que esperar pacientemente y tener fe en que llegue algún día.
Por otro lado, yo pedí dos vestidos iguales pero de dos tallas diferentes. Uno llegó manchado. Afortunadamente la otra talla también me quedaba bien y, aunque hubiera preferido el manchado, me quedé con el limpio a pesar de que me quedaba algo más grande. El servicio de atención al cliente fue muy bueno. Me respondieron rápido y asumieron ellos el coste de devolución (obviamente, pues les envié todas las fotografías el mismo día que llegó el paquete y se veía la mancha perfectamente). Incluso me propusieron cambiarlo por uno nuevo y limpio, aunque ya no me quedaba mucho más tiempo, así que opté por el otro.
El vestido en sí es muy bonito y considero que la tela se ve de buena calidad, el corte está muy bien hecho y la verdad es que estoy encantada. La atención al cliente también correcta, pero como os digo, es importante que hagáis el pedido con mucho tiempo por si os pasa algo así, poder tener margen de maniobra.

The models are beautiful, the website has beautiful pictures, but the quality is not that good. After washing, the linen fabric loses color and shrinks.

Muy contenta con mi compra. La talla corresponde con las medidas que aparecen en la web, el vestido es tal cual sale en la foto con la modelo y sienta increíble. También tiene muy buen patronaje. La única "pega" es que para el precio que tiene esperaba una tela con más peso, pero la calidad es buena la verdad. Volveré a plantearme comprar en esta tienda, he quedado muy satisfecha y tiene una variedad de modelos preciosos.

Mi experiencia con KAO, una marca que se posiciona como premium, ha sido profundamente decepcionante y quiero compartirla para evitar que otros clientes pasen por lo mismo.

El vestido llegó manchado desde el primer momento. Al contactar con atención al cliente, me indicaron explícitamente que llevara el vestido a la tintorería, asegurándome que la mancha saldría o que hiciera la devolución, por temor a que no me llegara a tiempo el nuevo vestido seguí sus instrucciones.

El vestido fue llevado a la tintorería, hicieron 4 intentos de lavado, sin éxito:
- la mancha nunca desapareció
- los profesionales detectaron otras imperfecciones en el tejido

Antes, pregunté por escrito si me reembolsarían el importe si la mancha no salía, y la respuesta fue afirmativa. Conservo los correos.

El gran problema fue el tiempo:
Mi evento era ese mismo sábado. No había margen real para devolver el vestido, esperar a que lo revisaran ni recibir uno nuevo. Aun así, me exigieron devolver el vestido para poder reembolsarme, algo materialmente imposible por los plazos, y perfectamente conocido por ellos.

El resultado fue que me vi obligada a usar un vestido manchado en un evento importante, después de haber pagado un precio elevado por una marca que se define como premium.

Finalmente:
• No recibí reembolso
• No recibí compensación
• No asumieron responsabilidad por un producto defectuoso

Tengo fotografías con fecha, pruebas antes y después de la tintorería, y correos electrónicos donde se me indica que proceda al lavado y donde se menciona el reembolso.

Mi primera experiencia con KAO ha sido muy negativa. Cuando una marca se vende como premium, no solo debe cuidar el producto, sino también responder de forma justa cuando hay un error. En mi caso, eso no ocurrió.

No recomendaría comprar para eventos importantes si no existe una solución real cuando el producto llega defectuoso.

I love my coat! I wore it as soon as I got it because we have been having a very cold winter, which we normally don't. I got so many compliments. Every thing I have purchased from KAOA has been of very good quality and fits good. Thank you KAOA!

The dress is amazing! I requested a fast delivery and received it in few days during the holidays!

The whole shopping experience was positive and fast. The shipping and delivery took a little longer than expected but it was understandable due to the particularly busy period (month of December) and the support staff was very kind and helpful. Anyway, it was absolutely worth the wait, as the dress is simply gorgeous: beautiful fabric and design, perfect fit.

No tiene sentido que te cobren la primera devolución que hagas de la prenda que compres. No he visto en ninguna web que hagan eso . Lo lógico es la segunda devolución o incluso tampoco. Qué pasa si no te viene bien la talla ? … encima te cobran devolver en mensajería la devolución por otra talla . No volvería a comprar hasta eur no cambien esta política

Very satisfied with my purchase.
I bought a coat, a camel bomber jacket, and was a little sceptical until I received it. The coat wasn't cheap and it was my first purchase from the brand.
It arrived in less than 24 hours, very well packaged, the quality is superb and the coat is even more beautiful in person.
I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and it was certainly the first of many.
