The shoes took a while to arrive, probably due to the COVID situation. Anyways, they are super comfy and beautiful, definitely would recommend! The customer service was super helpful and patient, answered all my questions within a few hours! 10/10 would order again 🥰

Dopo 10 giorni (essendo Natale credo) è arrivato il secondo paio. Se mi avessero detto prima che sarebbero arrivati da due magazzini diversi io sarei stata più tranquilla... NONOSTANTE TUTTO, nonostante abbia dovuto aspettare un mese, invece dei 7/10 giorni (come hanno scritto sul sito), le scarpe sono fatte davvero bene. Attente con le taglie però! Io ho un 40.5, ho preso il 40 e ho fatto molto bene.

Both the shoes and quality are amazing, the service is like no other and I recommend this highly. They helped me with all of my questions and issues until I was satisfied! The best.

Ordered about 2 months ago , they gave me some misinformation about the shipping and didn’t want to give me the tracking number for almost three weeks. The boots have finally arrived today i am happy with them , very friendly every time they contacted me . My only complaint is too fix the shipping method .

Ho comprato online il 13 novembre, ho aspettato i 15 giorni lavorativi ma nulla.
Rispondono quando gli va e ti prendono in giro dicendoti che arriverà a breve.
Il pacco è arrivato il 20 dicembre, senza scatola E CON UN NUMERO PIU GRANDE. La loro scusa era che mandano sempre un numero in più perché secondo loro calzano stretto (come se non lo avessi previsto prendendo il numero da me scelto), non comprate, e se lo fate tenete a mente le mie parole.

Ordered some booths some weeks ago, no boots received and no reaction from company, Will go to police station next week to make report of fraude.

Ordered Chicago shoes. Got dr marten replica’s. The shoes were not true to their size.. After contacting the customer service, they quickly took the size of the website. Would not recommend.

My order arrived a month and a half late. Besides, the long wait was in vain because what I saw in the picture was not the same as what I received.

I really really really love the shoes I got from them! I ordered the New York ones and they look ex-act-ly like the real deal. I live in the Netherlands so shipment took about 3 weeks but boy was it worth it🤩 They were not expensive at all but the quality is perfect and the customer service is unmatched. I just received the SHANGHAI bag to my 23rd birthday by my best friend and since I have it it became my favourite bag of all time.🤩🥰 The braided leather design and the details as buckle in a golden triangle design is significant and unique 💯.

It matches most of my outfits and I want to get it in other colours too😁!
And it’s vegan material and no real leather but still has such a great quality and even feels like real leather 😎

I ordered the boots on November 19th and they haven’t arrived yet....

Don't order at Koaparis! Shipping days to Germany are 15 days but i haven't received anything and it has been 15 days now. Also they don't want to send me the tracking number. They always say I will get it during this week or tomorrow because they need to wait for it to get it. But now 15 days later I still haven't got the tracking information or the package. I don't believe them. When you normally ship something you will get the tracking directly afterwards. Never heard of a company that they need to wait for it until its available (for over 15 days). Also they delete negative comments on their instagram site. I know, that because of Covid-19 and other circumstances that the shipping could take longer but this company doesn't seem authentic at all when they don't want to send me my tracking number for two weeks and delete negative comments or questions on instagram. Also it seems like they bought their followers compared to their likes.

Items didn‘t arived and my E-Mails are not answered, really bad. Do not order things at this shop !!!
Items arrived but don’t fit. Sending the items back would cost 30€ And I have to pay them, that’s awful!!
Most emails were never answered!!!!
