Way too long shipping - no answer to all my mails & messages on Instagram. Not possible to return the back afterwards, when you don‘t like - very sad, but it was my first and last purchase.

Lovely bag and quality
Lovely bag and quality. The bag I received was packaged very nicely and I'm overall very happy with the product. My only criticism is the shipping took a little more time than expected. But they do have a full page on there website that has all the shipping information and explains it can take a few extra days to arrive.

Beautiful things take time
The companys' communication and services are good however their shipping varies from country to country, I had to wait for months for my purchase whereas I know some others only had to wait for two weeks. I think due to covid it made the shipping time even worse so I believe it does not reflect their brand entirely. The purchase was in great condition and of a high quality, I definitely love my purchase and would recommend to others, its just a shame that I had to wait so long.

Insane quality!
Quality of my bag is AMAZING! Have used it almost everyday since receiving it in June & it’s in perfect condition, still as new!
Did wait a while for it arrive but did receive good communication from Koa Paris when contacting them for updates.
Would highly recommend!
4 stars is due to the 4 month delay but only have positive things to say for the brand and quality!
