no delivery
bought a fridge early March, they changed the promised delivery date to April -15, waited all day! no show, called on hold for 65 minutes, then on a chat app was told it was discontinued and were asked to cancel the order!!!!????, THEY HAVE ZERO COMUNICATION SKILLS, why didn't they reach out and told us that instead of changing the delivery date.
no industry can get away with the indifference they have to their customers, unfortunately bought 3 other items by Kitchen Aid. But customer service is below horrible. I regret buying anything from them & will never do in the future

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Chat agents can’t resolve anything and just tell you to call. When you call, you get transferred repeatedly, and every agent seems more interested in selling you a warranty than actually helping. Some were even dismissive or made light of the situation. Emails go unanswered—completely a waste of time. The product is overhyped, and the overall experience dealing with this company is extremely frustrating.

Auf Anfragen per Email erhalte ich erst nach Wochen Antwort mit der Bitte um Geduld, bei Anrufen wird man stets ohne konkrete Hilfe oder Lösung stehen gelassen. Zweieinhalb Monate später habe ich noch immer kein Geld retourniert bekommen.

Replacement of Broken KitchenAid Appliance
I stripped myy KitchenAid mixer gears trying to knead bread dough that was both too dense and too big on too high a speed . As my appliance was under warranty, I contacted KitchenAid, fully expecting to be told how I had broken it, that it was my fault, and that the warranty would not be honored. That is not what happened. Instead I was cheerfully sent a new mixer plus the postage and packaging necessary to return my broken one even after I told them what I had done. I have nothing but praise for this service.
I ordered a Kitchenaid stove
I ordered a Kitchenaid stove, fridge and microwave from Home Depot and they were delivered on 3/10/26. There was a missing oven rack and the two dividers for the fridge drawers were missing. I received the oven rack but today again, had to ask for the dividers for the fridge. Also they sent Raphael from Flamingo appliance to fix the fridge doors that were uneven by an inch and look at the water dispenser that sprays instead of a stream. He also looked at the airfryer convection stove slide-in and he said that the vent in the back is not supposed to be flat but everything else shows that it is and the oven door on both sides was not joined to the top of the door properly and will cut your leg so I have to be careful. Raphael came to my home the first time and was dismissive and rude and laughed in my face when I corrected him about something and proceeded to have a tantrum and leave my home. I called the company and they apologized and said he is the only tech in my area and they could send him back, I said no. I called Kitchenaid and she said she was sending another company out as I told her that Flamingo's tech was allowed in my home. She said that the dividers for the fridge were ordered. On 4/2/26 Raphael was the tech who showed up at my home to evaluate my appliances, so they cared not for my feelings in my own home. I called today 4/8/26 to ask what the results were and was told that Raphael said the appliances were in specifications and they would do nothing. I tried to speak with her about Raphael being not honest and that I could send photos and a video and she did not care. I asked for her supervisor, she said they did not have supervisors but could put me on hold, I asked her why she would put me on hold and she said because she could not help me further. I lost my composure at this point, nothing she said made sense. She told me that I could hang up and call back and maybe someone else could help me. Is that customer service or a serious lack thereof!!!! I spent over $8,500 for those 3 appliances.....my fridge doors are "as good as they are going to get" and my stove "just be careful and you will not get cut on the door". So after I calmed down, I called back and got another representative, I was again told that the dividers for the fridge were ordered. She said because Raphael said it was in specifications, there was nothing Kitchenaid was going to do. I know this is spite on Raphael's part because I reported him to both his company rep and Kitchenaid. My husband said he sensed Raphael change when I came in the room and when he spoke to me, it was as if I were not worth his time. I let my husband deal with him the second time as I just wanted this whole situation resolved. I wish I could give less than a star and I hope that the person reading this will think long and hard about it before they purchase from Kitchenaid or Whirlpool because Whirlpool actually owns Kitchenaid. I will be reporting this to the BBB and sending a letter to the COO and Executive President which I am sure will be both a waste of paper and my time but I feel that I have to try and make this right for myself because they certainly will not. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WHIRLPOOL OR KITCHENAID, it is not worth the headaches or your time. I would be happy right now with an avocado fridge and stove from the 1960's.
Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service, its like they hate their customers. I had to return an order because they didnt ship it in time and its been quite a battle getting them to first accept my return and now its a struggle to get them to refund it. Everytime I talk to someone I get a different story on the time frame when its supposed to be delivered. Today I was told they need 7-10 business days to check it in and another 7-10 business days to actually refund it. 10 business days is 2 weeks so they are basically telling me they will be hanging onto my money for a month after they recieved it back in their possession. Not to mention they were also hanging onto my money while I was waiting on them to ship it and they time it took to ship it back. I even asked to speak to a supervisor and she was just as incompetent and rude. This is just bad business, as a business owner myself Id be ashamed to treat my customers like this. I will never purchase anything from this company again and hope this review saves someone else the trouble.

ZERO STARS! I purchased a Kitchenaid Dishwasher in 2024, The front panel of the dishwasher has a vent above the control panel and steam comes out. It WILL RUST, just wait for it. They came and replaced it last year and now here we go again! It is a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! And all you get for customer service is hours on the phone, dropped calls, no call back and you have to be in the que for hours with no response and by the way no way to speak to someone in the US that actually UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH, not just speaks it. You will have to have a nasty front panel that will rust to no end, horrible looking and I can't imagine what it would like like down it's shelve life. and ZERO CARE OF CONCERN FROM WHIRLPOOL OR KITCHAID. WORST PRODUCT AND CUSOMTER SUPPORT EVER!! BUYER BEWARE AND RUN!

Please do not purchase anything directly from kitchen aid. If it fails within warranty (mine broke down after using twice), it is impossible to get it repaired, in spite of endless attempts to work with customer service.
I bought a kitchen aid mixer in November 2023 but due to personal circumstances didn’t use it till June 2025. It broke down after 2 uses and believe it is a burnt out motor. I tried every which way to sort this out with customer service but to no avail. This include phone calls and numerous emails and follow ups. Due to illness, I gave up and have just tried again, now that I am through the worst, for them to tell me that my machine is now out of warranty. This seems to be the experience of many people and I am wondering how this is allowed. They are now suggesting I pay £179 to get it repaired but I am reluctant to go ahead based on the reviews ie throwing money after bad money. As per some reviews, my machine is going to end up in landfill, totally spotless but not working at all. If this review stops even one person going ahead and purchasing, this will make this horrible experience worthwhile.

Vorsicht bei Cashback-Versprechen! 200€ für KF7 werden trotz Mahnung nicht gezahlt
Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht vom Kundenservice von KitchenAid. Ich habe vor Weihnachten 2025 einen Kaffeevollautomaten KF7 erworben, bei dem eine 200€ Cashback-Aktion versprochen wurde.
Obwohl meine Registrierung und mein Cashback-Antrag bestätigt wurden und ich bereits drei Mal telefonisch nachgehakt habe, passiert absolut nichts. Man wird am Telefon jedes Mal nur vertröstet, dass die "Fachabteilung" es prüfe – seit Wochen ohne Ergebnis.
Eine erste Fristsetzung zum 31.03.2026 wurde komplett ignoriert. Ich habe heute die letzte Mahnung mit Frist zum 17.04.2026 per E-Mail verschickt. Sollte das Geld bis dahin nicht eingegangen sein, werde ich den gesamten Vorgang an die Verbraucherzentrale NRW übergeben.
Ich kann aktuell nur jedem raten, sich nicht auf die Cashback-Zusagen zu verlassen. Ein Premium-Preis sollte auch einen Premium-Service beinhalten – hier ist das Gegenteil der Fall.

I bought a food processor 2025 feb after 4-5 use only not working contacted them and dropped it to dpd locker not picked up for 3 weeks i was calling daily for a replacement after a month they issued my a voucher as my product is not available
The only mistake i made putting the wrong order on Thursday 14:00 pm and called them second day 8:20 to cancel it and reinstate my voucher
The replay no it is processed and you have to wait and refuse it
Dpd did not show up till Tuesday when i refused and called them they said we have to receive it first before we can reinstate your voucher despite the evidence of refusal
Being in touch with dpd which another chaotic level keep answering waiting an update
The end result i am without my food processor for 6 weeks without mu money or refund or compensation

Eigentlich gute Produkte, aber leider miserabler Kundendienst. Eine der Angegebenen Telefonnummern existiert nicht und mails werden konsequent nicht geantwortet. Schade da ich eigentlich mit dem Produkt zufrieden war nun aber keine Ersatzteile finde.
Service client catastrophique
Commande d’un robot en juin 2025. Il arrive mais un accessoire est défaillant.
Panne du robot après 6 mois, envoi en sav (jusqu’ici tout va bien) mais perte du colis par UPS.
J’attends un dédommagement depuis 3 mois! Le service client est une catastrophe, ils font durer les choses pour ne pas me
rembourser. Non seulement la qualité n’est plus présente mais le sav est une horreur.
Drama
Na een keer gebruiken een barst in de stamper van de foodprocessor, was op het aanrecht gevallen. Moest meerdere keren dezelfde informatie aanleveren, kreeg uiteindelijk een factuur en een vervangende stamper is niet leverbaar. Echt dramatisch slechte service voor een bedrijf dat toch wel prijzige producten verkoopt.
Kithenaid very disappointing
Bought fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. All Kitchenaid. All with problems in 2nd year. The oven has been the worst but all 3 with problems as soon as warranty ran out. Would not recommend kitchenaid to anyone.
Mijn ervaring met KitchenAid is abominabel slecht
Mijn ervaring met KitchenAid is ronduit slecht. Wat mij betreft de meest verschrikkelijke klantenservice die ik ooit heb meegemaakt — of beter gezegd: ze doen simpelweg niet aan klantenservice.
Wij hebben een duur koffiezetapparaat aangeschaft en zijn een onderdeel kwijtgeraakt (filter + filterhouder). Je zou verwachten dat dit eenvoudig op te lossen is, maar niets is minder waar. Het is praktisch onmogelijk om fatsoenlijk geholpen te worden.
Inmiddels zijn we ruim 3 maanden verder, met eindeloos heen en weer mailen — en vooral heel veel wachten op reacties die nauwelijks of veel te laat komen. Tot op de dag van vandaag is er geen oplossing geboden.
Het gevoel dat je krijgt: je wordt gewoon compleet in de kou gezet. Voor een merk in dit prijssegment is dat echt onacceptabel.
Ons advies: koop hier nooit iets.
