Awful company, avoid, avoid, avoid

Awful company. Amongst the worst, joined, made an order, next day delivery, item went missing after 10 mins in the van. Told me to wait five days to get in touch, after telling them item was likely stolen, haha, who do they think they are? Account opened and closed in less than 24 hours.

Spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered a Super King size bed but…

Ordered a Super King size bed but instead received a King size and have been struggling for over a week to get it collected and returned. To add a bit of humour, my local postman called for it on Thursday but wouldn’t fit in his little van. Every time I get in touch all I get back is ‘allow 3 days for us to get back to you’. Going round in circles and it’s in the way and I want to be refunded. Disgusting customer service.

Lost in Warehouse, False Returns & Lies from Claims Team — DO NOT TRUST

I’m furious with Jacamo’s handling of my recent order. I placed a high-value order in mid-October and the tracking clearly showed the parcel never left their warehouse. After more than two weeks of waiting, the tracking was changed to show a “stop/return” even though the item had not been dispatched that change makes no sense and looks like a cover-up.

I’ve phoned repeatedly since the 19th and been given conflicting information and empty promises. I was told their “claims department” was investigating and was given a ticket number, yet I have received no written acknowledgement or meaningful update from that team. Their frontline staff repeatedly gave me incorrect information and kept promising a refund that never arrived.

Based on the tracking and the behaviour I’ve seen, it appears Jacamo are trying to avoid responsibility and delay refunds for high-value orders. Whether intentional or due to incompetence, this is unacceptable. I have kept all evidence (emails, screenshots, call notes) and will escalate to Citizens Advice, Trading Standards and my bank (Section 75/chargeback) if this is not resolved immediately. I will also be publishing my full timeline publicly until I receive a full refund.

Do not order expensive items from Jacamo until they fix this process

I had to return everything I ordered…

I had to return everything I ordered due to the way I was trey by there customer service. I was very disappointed with the quality of the items and the price isn't a reflection of the quality otherwise I would have expected top quality because I was charged enough. This is just another online shop offering credit but making you overpay for it. The 40% off or 20% discounts are only applicable to the items you're probably not going to buy but I found it decieving as I was under the impression that the discount was for any item in that specific section.
Owned by JD Williams and partners with Fashion world, if you want quality and value then this definitely is not the place for you or a great disappointment will ensue.

A very upset, frustrated, disappointed has a customer

On Wednesday the 01/10/25 I placed an order for a 50 inches Toshiba TV, so on Monday the 06/10/25 i have received the TV after setting up the TV i realize that there is a problem with the item has there was error messages coming on the item and it keeps cutting in and out and then there was a blue screen and red screen split in half on the TV screen , then i have call Jacamo and explain to them what is wrong and they have been giving me the run around almost over 1 week without a TV in a home at this point i was hungry,
I have speak with one of their advisor and they told me that someone from the back office will call me I am tired of having a faulty TV in my home that is not working and can't watched it i hope that i will be getting some form of discount for the inconvenience that this is causing me and I am not making any payment yet until this has been resolve i am getting tired now, i hope that you are going to take back this TV very soon.

I even speak to their technical department and even send those photos and the advisor she gave me an authorization code to give to Jacamo
So this mean i will still be out of a TV for over 1 weeks because the next TV that i have to order will take 3 to 5 working days and the advisor was rushing me to get off the phone and telling me she will only give me £10 for the inconvenience that this is causing me i am very disappointed in this company you don’t treat customer like this.
and up till now no one bother to even contact me even thou i sent my details and information is like they don't care about there customers it seems like it is all about money for them.

DO NOT USE/ORDER FROM HERE!!!
Requested order to be delivered to my local drop off shop, received updates from Evri that this was out for delivery, then it had arrived at the drop off point.
No issues so far.
Picked up parcel which only had 1 item in and a note stating the other item was being dispatched separately.
Waited for a further email to confirm parcel was at the drop off point, NOTHING!
When checking on My Orders on Jacamo they take no responsibility for deliveries and pass you straight onto Evri.
Evri site confirmed first day of enquiry that it was out for delivery THAT DAY! (Screen shot taken)
second day confirmed it was being returned???
Phoned Jacamo and eventually managed to speak to an actual human who said they would quickly look at my delivery progress. HUNG UP ON ME!!!
Tried several times to call back but constantly cut off on the phone line.
Absolute joke!!
Disgusting customer service
Company is a disgrace
Daylight fraud/robbery
Still trying to sort out and request a refund as I certainly do not have any faith in them trying to resend!!
May as well change their company name to Bonnie Blue as they definitely like screwing people over!!!

Jacamo unlimited what a joke

Jacamo unlimited is not what it says it is, so you pay for next day deliverym your item gets to the local evri depot and says they will let you know when it's out for delivery,do a few hours later evri email to say it's been delayed and they will try and deliver the item next working day , so contact jacamo on instant chat where 1st the bot tells me to contact evri,not my job so then get a sort of agent as the only thing this person did was send scripted replies to questions and things like well if evri are busy you may not get your item next day,so why do you push jacamo unlimited when your customer service are basically saying next day is not guaranteed.

What’s the point in advertising next day delivery !!!

Placed orders on the 17th Oct and the 19th Oct for next day delivery . It’s now the evening of the 21st Oct and there’s no sign of my clothes . I fly out on holiday early 23rd so I’m not very happy with this garbage service . Contacted customer support and got zero help . Told to contact evri . If a big company is advertising next day delivery at least use a courier company that’s reasonably reliable . I ordered some clothes from another company on the 17th and it was sent by Royal Mail . Got those items yesterday .

My parcel was never delivered and is being returned for no reason awful customer service

I ordered a Polo Ralph Lauren Striped Rugby and was told it had been dispatched to my l Evri ParcelShop.
In two days, the tracking showed my parcel was being returned to Jacamo even though I never requested a return.

I contacted Jacamo customer service, but all I’ve received are automatic replies with no real explanation or help.
It has now been over 5 working days, and I still have no parcel, no update, and no proper response.

This is unacceptable service.
If you can’t deliver an item, at least communicate properly with your customers.
Extremely disappointed and will be reporting this to consumer protection authorities if it’s not resolved soon.

Bought shoes and paid extra for next…

Bought shoes and paid extra for next day delivery as they offer. Bought in time. No shoes next day. Explanation from customer service was that according to their policies they don’t guarantee that and can’t be held accountable. Tracking number shows item hasn’t been collected by delivery company on third day after payment made and it was supposed to be next day delivery. They have offered me £1 compensation to cover extra cost fee:)) Absolute joke.

Timberland Boots

Ordered a pair of Timberland boots. Hadn’t received them in a week. Got in contact with customer services after going on my account and seeing the order had been cancelled from Jacamo’s side. I was told they couldn’t find my delivery address when trying to despatch my order. No cancelation email received, customer services said they couldn’t help and I’d have to re-order with a different delivery address. (The address exists) Unfortunately I won’t be using them again.
