paid for named day delivery, the day after it was supposed to be delivered it is still in the Jacamo warehouse. Chatbot & customer service agents mostly useless, dis-appear halfway through the chat.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE …

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE …. STOP using Evri for your deliveries . I am going on holiday tomorrow and I ordered clothes to take with me . I was on next day delivery and they have NOT arrived today.
This is NOT the first time this has happened it has been several times in the past.
They are useless …. STOP USING THEM.

Jacamo/N Brown have no apparent interest in how their customers are being treated

I returned an order but am still being chased for the money on the item. So i called Customer services after having no luck with the customer portal.

Customer services are now located offshore.
Initially i struggled to be understood or understand what i was being asked. I escalated to a person that was also struggling. The person spoke broken English, could not understand me or what i was asking.

I called the UK head office, who transferred me back to the offshore company.

There is no-one in the UK who will take accountability for their offshore partners. Such a shame. Great UK company but not interest in how their customers are being treated

Con artist company

Went to purchase some trainers in the (supposed) black Friday sale whilst at work. When I went back a few hours later they'd put the price up!!

Complained to customer services providing screenshots who said thus can happen and they couldn't do anything!

Really poor customer service and a misleading deceptive company.

Almost impossible to return something

Almost impossible to return something. Need your order number to use the "returns portal" they dont bother to give you your order number on the invoice. Communication with the firm is almost impossible to find out your order number. wont order from them again

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful - got sent a pair of shoes that I didn't order and, being an honest person, tried to return them.

After multiple problems with Evri not collecting the item when they said they would, I spent over 45 mins (and nearly £10 on my phone bill) trying to sort it out.

No apologies from staff and no good will gesture for all the time, money and hassle it has caused me.

Edit - a reply from Jacamo asking me for personal details after I already gave them the order number - I'm not going to post confidential information on a public review so how do I contact you?!

Horrible nasty company.

What a nasty horrible company. I wanted to place an order. Whilst a 25% offer was in place But it said I needed 2fa log in, and that it had “emailed a code” I never got anything. The app kept crashing an then locking so I couldn’t log in or out. I tried the website and it just kept saying it’s sending codes that only last 15 min,

I phoned customer services. Who were extremely unhelpful. Told me I was BLOCKED as a customer because it’s been too long since I last ordered. Which is a Ridiculous policy for a shop to have.
I asked to speak to a manager where I was initially refused. Then told the manager is too busy dealing with LOADS OF COMPLAINTS. And that they would phone me back, 4 days later and NOTHING, so I called back demanding a manager. And a man who was so rude with a very very strong accent I was struggling to understand. Kept telling me it’s policy and it’s TOUGH . He would open me a new account. 35 min on the call account setup. 2fa log in.. but still the apps not letting me log out to log in. Then I mentioned the 25% offer. (Now expired) If they hadn’t blocked me. I would have got that offer. He said “TOUGH LUCK” I argued. And he said the only way he would honor it. Is if I gave him personally all my bank/card details. And he would personally order it for me. I explained that in 2025 there is no way on earth I’m giving him over the phone my personal card details so he said “bye then” And now Not only have I been REFUSED a publicly offered discount. Refused to buy from a shop the items we wanted are now out of stock, so I’ve been completely and unfairly treated in fact. I’m confident this is massively against consumer rights. Nasty nasty company. Nasty staff, no empathy no customer service. No consumer rights. So I’m left Can’t log in can’t buy can’t have the offer @trading standards @citizens advice should seriously investigate this company

WHY EVRI?! JUST WHY?!

I've made 2 orders in the last 2 months that both have had major issues.

I cannot fault the website, the products are good, they come in a great range of sizes and there's always good promotions going on.

HOWEVER, the fact the Jacamo insist on using Evri as a courier makes me not want to use them. I've had nothing but issues beacuse of this.

There were several orders I made this year that were cancelled with not notification or warning because the Jacamo packing team couldn't find the address to send it to. Despite it being my place of work and the address being correct.

Becuase of this I started getting packages delivered to post offices or Evri drops local to my work instead. Which worked the first few times then discovered they delivered to my local post office which is on my way home. I've had pacakges delivered there without issue but these 2 have been a nightmare.

First of all it was delivered and then they said there was an issue. I went to the post office to speak to them and they had the package but wouldn't give it to me as it was to be returned to Evri. It was then delivered and taken back 3 more times and then disappeared. I got a refund at first then Jacamo charged me again as it was delivered but when I went to pick it up it had been collected by Evri again. The package seemed to get lost in the end which is annoying as I saw it at the post office with my own eyes. The whole thing dragged out for about 4 weeks.

I ended up having to reorder the items and luckily managing to get them delivered next day at my expense.

The same things has now happened again with this order. It was out for delivery and now there have been no updates for 2 days. The Evri Bot is absolutely no help as all it does is tell you the status and that just says its going to be delivered today (2 days ago). No one from Evri contacts you about these issues. When you contact Jacamo they tell you to check your tracking or wait 5 days as this is when it is "out of window" and becomes an issue. I'd definitely say there is an issue if there is no update in 48 hours.

I just wish they would use Royal Mail or someone else other than Evri for their deliveries.

Update 27/11/25 Evri have confirmed the package is lost and I had to reorder the items again. One of the items came in a separate package which also went missing but when I went to pick up the first package they had both there and I was able to pick up both packages. The other one is still missing but I got a full refund.

I have been shopping with jacamo since…

I have been shopping with jacamo since for at least 13-14 years! I’ve found I’ve had to return an awful lot of clothing! Due to the fact of their misleading description of materials that the clothing is made of ! I have and allergy for man made clothing! And always wear 100% natural materials!
Cotton, wool, etc. but I’m a big man and cannot easily find my size in the high street. Although many 100% natural clothing is available. Jacamo has many clothes in my size ! But they mislead the customer with the descriptions! 100% cotton described items are almost always mixed with polyester or acrylic! And wool jumpers are often only a low percentage of wool! So I’m always wasting my time returning items! And if you try to ask before you purchase! The agent says they don’t know! Information is on the label! Why does this company not display on the description! Exactly what the garment statement on the label ?! Is it deliberately misleading or negligent ?!

Very Poor Service

Very Poor Service , this is the third time a delivery hasn't been delivered yet I pay the next day delivery. Evri are so bad, but at the end of the day you employ them. The last delivery didn't turn up at all after 10 days I said don't deliver it now. Sadly I don't intend to order any more items and will continue to pay off my account, I was told this was going to be investigated yet no one got back to me, just poor service.

I bought a cooker from. Jacamo 4 years ago now the oven worked once and stopped working wasn't happy got refunded and never had a problem since , good catalogue in my opinion , customer service always been very good to me no issues at all , I got a good credit limit too , thanks jacamo

Give you a credit account then take it away from you

I applied for a credit account on the 26th September got approved for a credit limit of £300 my credit rating ain't great.
I ordered a few things and was delivered fine.
A few days ago I ordered a few more things and spent £93 i also paid my payment on time aswell.
Then yesterday I went to purchase a gift card for £25 and it got cancelled and they removed my credit account how the hell can you give someone credit let them spend then take it away.
I have made a complaint and I will be contacting the financial ombudsman its absolutely disgusting

Don’t order while they use Evri

Ordered a suit for a funeral, was quoted 3-5 business days, my order was placed 10 days ago, last I heard from their delivery partner Evri it was due to arrive 2 days ago, no update since, I now have 1 day to find a replacement as they haven’t confirmed whether I will receive it by tomorrow
