DO NOT order from this company

Order was claimed to have been delivered by Evri who just left it on the street and took a photo!!! Jacamo refuse to enter into any conversation other than auto generated responses. Evri are beyond useless and do not want to know either. Don't waste your money on this company, they should be shut down for stealing peoples money.

Placed an order on the 30th of…

Placed an order on the 30th of November. Received no tracking information - nothing. Spoke to jacamo numerous times who keep fobbing me saying ‘some suppliers don’t give tracking information’. I just want to know where my order is and if it’s even coming. Otherwise I want a refund.

Complete rip off

Complete rip off, my item wasn’t delivered by Evri who have said they returned to the supplier, complained twice and asked for my monies back yet they still keep sending emails saying “We hope your order is to your satisfaction”. This company is now a con, do not be fooled.

Absolutely appalling experience

Absolutely appalling experience, ordered a sweatshirt on the website , they delivered a jumper (not the correct item ) , tried again and yet again they delivered the wrong item . Ok tried to call them, 1 hour still not getting through, a online chat is a absolute Joke. so last resort I will email them . Two emails now and not one reply , I tried to do a return but due to returning the 1st wrongly sent item the system will not let me send the 2nd wrongly sent out item .. I STRONGLY ADVICE YOU TO THINK BEFORE YOU ORDER, The worst online shopping experience ever.

My parcel should of been delivered…

My parcel should of been delivered weeks ago by Evri it never arrived Evri said go to jacamo and tell them your parcel is lost Jacamo has no customer service at all it’s now saying the parcel was delivered and they will take my money Evri has not delivered this parcel they marked it delivered at 11.28pm just recently and no parcel or person showed up on my security camera the service between Evri and Jacamo is appalling they need to be closed down
I can see Jacamo has replied but I’m not putting sensitive information on this platform that’s just not acceptable to think in this climate that it’s something you would ask me for

Worst customer service ever

They’ve got to be the worst company for customer service I’ve ever had to deal with sent 5 emails to try and sort out an issue when trying to use a promo code. In the end I gave up & told them I’d buy elsewhere. Just couldn’t get a straight answer or one that made sense. Won’t be using their site again.

Relentlessly bad service

After Jacamo failed to deliver my paid “next day delivery” order and wasted an entire day of my time, their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and incapable of providing even a basic apology. I was told that next-day delivery “isn’t guaranteed,” despite happily charging me for it.
But the final insult came later: Jacamo’s idea of an apology was a 25% voucher for a future order, packed with terms, conditions, and exclusions. In other words — not compensation, not accountability, but a sales promotion disguised as an apology.
No refund of the delivery fee (beyond a token £1), no recognition of the wasted day, no ownership of their poor service — just a cynical attempt to generate another sale from an unhappy customer.
This company does not value customers, does not honour paid services, and does not take responsibility when things go wrong. Easily one of the worst online retail experiences I’ve ever had.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

They use Evri!

They use Evri!

I ordered from Jacamo on 28th November, Evri had my parcel on Sunday.

The parcel had not arrived by Thursday 4th December, so I contacted support.
I requested that a complaint was registered as Evri have been ridiculous for months now and something needs doing.

After a few hours I received a response which was a template "Here are some things to help and please allow 5 working days".

So Jacamo didn't even bother to read my complaint/request, and then just insulted me by sending a generic junk email.

The package was eventually delivered on Friday the 5th, which is pathetic for a "Next Day Delivery".

To rub salt in the wound, I paid for the delivery.

I don't often order from Jacamo (maybe 2-3 times per year) but I am now considering other alternatives until they get rid of Evri and until they are able to read and acknowledge customer complaints.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, delivered to wrong address. Along with Evri they make your life hell trying to find it. Stuck waiting in chat for over an hour number 1 in que. Then you get someone and they take 5 mins to send a reply. Wont order again.

Terrible experience 1st time buying and…

Terrible experience 1st time buying and definitely the last. Purchased pair shoes and requested delivery to local post office. They use Evri unfortunately for the delivery. Tracking showed they were unable to deliver it one day. The tracking was never updated and for some reason order page showed they had been delivered. Went to post office to check and they had not been delivered. I was told I would also need qr code from evri to say they had arrived.
Waited week and nothing messaged jacamo and told to wait another few days.
No update so messaged for one. Received an enail to say it appears to be all sorted for some reason even though no change to evri tracking.

Further messages sent to eventually get refund sorted.

To rub salt into the wound they send an email with the following
"Making a false statement could lead to further action."

Unbelievable.

So after a couple of months and collecting another parcel from drop off it appears the items were delivered at some point after i had gone in and checked.

Unfortunately the item would need to be returned by the store. Looks like more an issue with evri rather than jacamo.

Waiting 2 weeks now for a delivery and they dont give a toss. Why should I chase their piss poor courier?

No communication just a AI email telling me to wait.

These conmen dont care, they have your cash. AVOID.

Went to order a Christmas jumper on 29th November.well inside my credit limit, always paid by direct debit. Been with them a number of years.no problems,then I get an email that my order had been cancelled.plus my credit limit had completely disappeared.with no explanation.my payments are up to date.rang jacamo twice got nowhere no explanation nothing.no response to my email either.so I've cancelled my direct debit & will pay monthly I've always paid well above the minimum payment,now they will get the minimum each month they request.as they can't give me a straight answer & just give me the run around.obviously they no longer want my custom.reason why, I've absolutely no idea.being treated unfairly without knowing why?

Nightmare company

I placed an order, there was an item missing from the parcel with a note to say parcel to follow for the missing item. I waited the required amount of time for the missing item to arrive, logged on to my account only to see they've cancelled the item without any communication whatsoever but have still taken the money from my bank account. I emailed them, they recommended chat support for urgent queries. I did this, waited half an hour to be first in the queue, waited as first in the queue for forty minutes, then their chat support closed without ever getting to chat with anyone. I had problems when I placed an order a year ago but just thought it was a one off. I hadn't placed another order until this one and having problems again. Honestly don't waste your time, they're a nightmare to deal with, contradictory and unreliable, basically the most abysmal customer service I've ever encountered in my 56 years on this planet.

Very very poor customer service

Very very poor customer service. I paid extra £6 for next day delivery and it didn’t come the next day. When contacting them they wouldn’t even refund me the delivery cost they just said they’ll give me 5% off next order. Then when I ordered some more stuff again for next day delivery again it didn’t come the next day. What a waste of £12! And they won’t even refund that delivery cost when they failed to deliver next day. Won’t be shopping from them ever again!

paid for next day delivery a suit for a funeral, should have arrived on Weds but got an email from evri to say sorry but wouldnt be delivered but come by 9pm next working day nit now saturday and it is still not here and no further communication at all. My first and LAST order with Jacamo

My first order T00HGA0581859593 was due to be delivered 2 days ago. The Evri App stopped sending messages then too. I asked Jacamo what's happening and received an AI message saying contact Evri. I contacted Evri who said they would call back. That was 8 hours ago and still no call or emails. The App still shows an exclamation mark in the delivery slot, what does that mean??!

Its now Monday and I received this from Evri:Update

Dear Michael,
I've checked on your parcel this morning and I can see that this is now on its way back to the shipper. This could be for several reasons such as missing address details, the courier has made several attempts to deliver, or the parcel has become damaged in transit. At this point we would be unable to rearrange the delivery.
This can take up to 7 days to return, the shipper will let you know once they have received it to discuss the next steps
