I cannot speak too highly of them - the young man (JOSH) we dealt with, deserves a special mention. I explained the circumstances involving a serious disability within the family and this was taken onboard leading to it being dealt with promptly and professionally .

The plumber,contractor and decorators were just as excellent - definitely The A team !! Many thanks!!

Claim was sorted really quick, my only issue was i lost the original thread then started from scratch which caused some problems after the original claim was settled.

Unfortunately we had to claim after being burgled while we were away it wasn’t a great experience
We contacted our provider on line to make a claim and provided all information that we could then a couple of weeks went by and a loss adjuster came and made a report and we had to explain all details again and was told we would be contacted with an offer for the losses
Another 2 weeks went by and we were contacted by a senior loss adjuster who we had to explain everything again then after another 2 weeks told a jewelry expert would contact us which was another 2 weeks and we had to explain all again we then chased again after 2 weeks had passed and then was promised a answer and mores weeks
Basically after 11 weeks we were paid out and happy with the settlement but the process to get there in our opinion was to long and became very stressful on top of everything

Unfortunately I was burgled and made a claim on my house insurance. The claim was made easier by being able to submit the required information in stages as the claim progressed. I was also able to speak on the phone which is something I appreciate. My claim was settled in a very timely manner. Integra insurance have been a great company to deal with at a time when you have experienced a very upsetting event in your life.

Just like to start im a disabled person we were isuranced with these people we heard a crash on our roof then we had water coming though the roof into our loft and then though our bedroom we phone these people up to make a claim and told we couldnt claim cause it was due to wear and tear and that 2023 there were missed played tiles how they would know this as no one as been on our roof not only that we we then told we could not claim for any damage it cause to worn and tear again they left us with no electic and water coming though the ceiling i could not use my bed due to it being a eletric bed we have no lights upstairs due to this but this company couldnt careless i would reccommed these people to any on even though they took over from the mobilety comany this is how they treat people.

Very well rang up Monday to put claim in got my pictures and quotes Thursday reserved email stating my claim had been felt with and my money would be in our bank in about 5 days very lease could not fault any thing you have done well done

My wife has Alzheimer's disease and tripped and fell outside church when we were going to a meeting for people with dementia. She was only slightly hurt but broke her new glasses. I claimed by phone for her replacement glasses on the household insurance. The claim was settled that day. This was supremely sympathetic and efficient service. Thank you.

I haven’t made a claim on my B&C policy for well over ten years and the on line claim system Integra used came as a surprise because the last time everything was phone based. However, Integra sent me link to my phone and I completed the claim form which also allowed me to upload estimates and pictures. I started the process last Friday. Today is the following Wednesday and I have just received a text message saying that my claim has been completed and the money will be in my account in the next five working days. Excellent service Integra. Thank you.

Integra was good however, they give out jobs to 2nd ,3rd companies that are difficult to deal with and will not listen to you. Too many companies involved, having to explain same things again and again , information that you give them get misinterpreted and then you get blamed- they will listen to each other than you who are the customer! Took us months and months to sort out our claim, workers not turning up without any notice , constantly having to chase them , they use low quality materials to keep the cost down for themselves and at the end still not completing the job that they were instructed to do so! We gave up at the end and will not be renewing our insurance next year with Integra! Will not reccomend unless they change/ or there are any changes with their 3rd party companies!
