Still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later!

Massive delay with delivery and when items arrived they were extremely creased, were very poor quality material so I was totally disappointed. I won't be using this site again and I certainly don't recommend it.

Shoes are beautiful

Bought a pair of boots from Ikrush. Great quality fab price. Arrived quickly. This company kept me up to date with my order and it arrived in good time. Would definitely use them again

waiting on refund that takes ages.
Ordering and delivery was fast but returns not good & waiting for payment back.
This is very slow.

Initially this would have been a 5 star review. The shoes were great, comfortable and looked nice but within a week the buckle had broken. I have contacted IKrush to advise but as yet I have not had any response.

1st time buying from this company .I saw them
On Instagram .I Bought 2 summer dresses in 2 different sizes...The larger dress was tiny and smaller than the smaller size .And the stitching on the 2nd was faulty .I emailed customer service and after many emails back and forward asking for photographs of the dresses and for me to measure the dresses they offered me a 20% discount .The dresses were faulty and didn’t fit so a discount was not an option .I wanted to return them .They said I had to do it at my own expense .it cost 12e to post and they still won’t refund my order .I sent more emails and got different people at customer service .I get an automatic reply now saying we are very busy and it will take 2 weeks and after 2 weeks I emailed again and they say it will take another 2 weeks they are busy.Would never order from them again .This has been going on for over a month and still no confirmation they received the dresses or refund .Very Frustrating.

I have bought 2 jackets off this site and to say I was happy is an understatement as the quality and colours and fit were amazing

Brought two of the wavy co ords. Gorgeous quality, super soft, very flattering got so many compliments, the leg length is long too perfect when abit taller

Good service with some really nice items. A selection of sizes for everyone and a bonus is the choice of colours.
Simple send back if its not what you wanted or if it didn't suit. Quick and easy.

Refund although I have found most item I’ve ordered good it would appear when I returned sandals that were too small on the 17 th April I still await refund and the company is not easy to contact

Ordered a Blazer and it arrived faulty, imessaged Ikrush and it took them 3 days to reply. I returned the item a week ago and im still awaiting a replacement, an email - ive nothing at all !!

Beautiful and comfy summer sleepers. I loved the design and the colours combination.

I am still waiting for a refund from a return from the 4th of April. Been emailing and on chat for weeks but my refund is still not resolved. Do not buy from this company if you are not sure of your size as you will not get your money back on unwanted items. I would leave a 0 star if I could. Update : Do you not think I have explained all this in the emails? As I have stated I am going around in circles.
