I paid $15 for express shipping and the package is arriving several days after my wedding, several days after the expected delivery date. If it was not going to truly ship in two days it is misleading to charge for two day shipping.

Bad product and no returns process
Bluebella customer service is a joke. I bought over $200 worth of products. The sizing was irregular for every item and one of the bras was faulty. All the fabric was crappy, too. I placed a return. The return label didn’t generate and they advised I just pay for postage and keep a receipt. Lucky I fought back and got a label from them as they are untrustworthy and would likely have claimed I never sent anything. Anyhow it took 4 months of me emailing and them apologising ‘due to demand’. Finally, I sent my most frustrated email and they decided they suddenly could process the return but claimed the faulty item was not in the package. Essentially I donated $100 and many hours to their awful business. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BLUEBELLA

Weird sizing and Lacking customer service
Incorrect inventory information online, slow and ultimately unhelpful customer service, and odd sizing that did not fit even with measurements taken and compared against their sizing chart. I returned the items I received that were in stock due to the strange fit.

Horrible returns experience
Ordered items at first not being aware they were shipped from the UK, despite.eu web. I returned two of the three things and despite frequent emails waited more than 3 months for any refund. At this point they decided to charge me 25 euro returns fee (way more than they charged for delivery initially). Only after multiple further messages outlining my total dissatisfaction and highlighting the craziness of earning 25 euro for the sake of negative feedback did they relent and refund me the total amount. If you have any thoughts of returning and needing a refund, avoid. Read all the trust pilot one and two star reviews. Awful.

Missing items from my order, no meaningful support, and endless chasing for answers. I was told the store couldn’t help, leaving me stuck in an email loop with little to no response. It’s unacceptable that a customer has to fight this hard just to get a missing-order issue addressed.
The whole experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. When a company takes your money but fails to properly handle missing items and ignores follow-up emails, it raises serious concerns about how customers are treated after a sale.
I will not be ordering again and would strongly caution others before purchasing.

Not as good these days
Bra sizing is unpredictable. Quality has gone downhill - all the fabrics are now scratchy. I’ve had several sets in the past but sent the last order back and won’t bother again. A shame.

My order was “dispatched” nearly a…
My order was “dispatched” nearly a month ago and has not been delivered, or updated since this time. I have followed up with customer service twice and have just been advised that the order is dispatched, and given the tracking link- which hasn’t been updated in a month.
Every response from customer service has been disappointing, and basically telling me to wait longer without any further information about my order. When I contacted the delivery company they would not provide me with any information and said the seller would have to raise an inquiry- which Bluebella have refused to do. This was my first order with Bluebella and I a very disappointed in their delivery service and their customer responses.
