Would give no stars if I could
Would give no stars if I could. Bought dress £55 ended up paying a total of £61.94 to get it and it’s way too small. Went to returns portal and they only giving me £48 back? Wtf no mention of any of this when I was purchasing the item. Have emailed them so waiting on their response but if it’s less than promising I will never shop with them again. First order too!!!!

Expensive to return, slow refund process
As others have said, after paying delivery and then returns fees you are paying £11 just to try something on. Slow to process refunds too. It's a shame as they have some lovely things, but I wouldn't use them again unless they change their returns process.

TERRIBE EXPERIENCE …
Ordered from this company as found they have some lovely but different style dresses ,designs also lovely ,but sadly dress didn't fit so returned and got only offered only a "gift card" as dont refund goods so got email for gift card of £49.99 so went to use it last month ( 31st march 26 ) and it said it was expired ? So emailed ax pairs to find that apparently it only has 9 months on the expire ( usually 1 year otger company's) expired on 10th March apparently so reached out as couldnt find it anywhere on the website as they mentioned it is after they replied and refused to do good will gesture... and it has it on the heading "how much does it cost to return my order)" rsther then refund? so didnt see it (small print) gutted because I have lost £49.00 only 2 weeks off expiry date refused when i asked of they would be willing to do gesture would they be willing to re consider but completely refused.. so lost a very good customer will not purchase fro them in future 😢 horrible experience from ax paris .

Not worth ordering online with AX
So the dress arrived quick, very odd fit i am size 8 and it was fine round bust but tight round waist and heips and too long. As well as Postage £4.95 , beware they charge £6.95 to return!! Will never buy from them again. What a rip off and really cheap material that look nicer in the picture than they are. The material is awful. £11.90 to try a dress

Return price is high
Smooth ordering process however returns deductions were a little annoying, I ordered 2 dresses to try and lost £6 returning one of them. Dress is lovely and good quality, sizing is good.

Poor customers services and beware of…
Poor customers services and beware of the automatic ‘protect your payment’ charge they put on. I purchased 9 items and have been unknowingly charged £15.49 for ‘protect your payment’ which I didn’t want and didn’t agree to. I am only
Keeping one item and returning the rest and the one dress I am Keeping was £45 but thanks to the hidden charges and the expensive overpriced return charge it has ended up costing me £67. They appear to be trying to make money from these charges. I will never buy from them again!!! I have challenged the protect your payment charge but just keep being told there is nothing they can do and that it’s not automatic and that customers have to opt for it, which is completely untrue as nobody in their right mind would pay £15.49 to protect an order when it’s the sellers responsibility to
make sure the items get to the buyer safely. Absolutely shocking customers services and I would honestly advise anyone to be very cautious when buying from this company.

I thought I would give this company a go. Such terrible quality material and the dress was so creased after being packaged. Then I also had to pay £6.95 for a return. Please can somebody provide clothing that is good quality and reasonable rather than dealing with these terrible online companies!

Ordered 3 dresses returned 1.
Waiting 14 days for refund sent Proof of Postage and Proof of Delivery back to them.
Have a good mind to return the two dresses I kept
