I ordered a pair of Sandals what I got however was not a pair. I had a left foot of one style and a right foot of another. Trying to contact you to get this order returned for a refund is impossible as I cannot get your web page up to do so. I shall try your phone number as one last chance before I seek more professional help. The shame is that I really like the one right foot style.

Purchased “Violet” sandals for a trip to New York, both sandals developed a full split in the same place after only 4 days of wear!!
Your customer service team refused to accept these are faulty. I agree they are worn but surely they should last more than 4 days!!

Faulty shoes, PayPal had to refund
Ordered some sandals that broke 2 minutes into wearing them. Major lack in communication on their end and nearly 2 weeks after them getting them back still no refund or confirmation emails etc. had to go through paypal. First and last time shopping here. Don’t recommend

I want my refund immediately
I made a purchase, paid in full including shipping. My parcel is being returned to krush due to invalid information. I am out of pocket never received the package and I am told I have to wait until they receive the package back. It my opinion that the problem is between I krush and the courier and therefore I should be refunded immediately.
I’m being told no that is not the procedure, and that this rarely happens, but reading the reviews it seems to be a regular occurrence

Worst company ever
Worst company ever, ordered items from boohoo, didn’t realise they were coming from a different company until I received order confirmation, had to return 2 items contacted IKRUSH customer service and they provided me a link with return labels, items were received and I was then told they are not IKRUSH items, have refused to return items unless I pay for them to be returned to me when they are the ones that provided me with the return details, constantly chasing and now being told they have lost one of the items and I must pay if I want the other one returned! Absolute worst customer service ever, can’t speak to no one and it seems the replies are done by a robot as I’ve been going round in circles for over a month now, I just want my refund or items returned!!
I sent you a picture of both items requesting to return them and you provided me with the return details for both, I never purchased the items from lemonade (which I have never heard of) or IKRUSH I purchased the items from boohoo if the item wasn’t yours why did you provide me with return details?? You still haven’t returned the said lemonade item even though this wasn’t my error, please return my other item asap, this was your mistake not mine so I don’t see why I have to pay again to have it returned, scam of a company!!

BUYER BEWARE
One of the worst companies to buy anything from. Buyer Beware. I ordered a pair of shoes via Debenhams from them. They were not fit for purpose. You have to email them to seek permission to return which I did. I used the label they gave me to return the shoes via the post office. Over 6 weeks later no refund has been received and they are using excuses of the parcel being 'stuck' and an investigation being opened.

Poor quality and poorly made
I purchased a trouser co-ord set via the Boohoo website. I was initially pleased with the set but I have only worn the trousers a couple of times and the stitching on the contrast stripe has already come away and upon closer inspection the stitching along the trousers in general is really poor quality. I wouldn’t purchase this brand again as I believe their clothing is over priced for such poorly made items.

BEWARE!! Terrible quality/faulty items and still no refund after waiting 20 days since return!
Bought 3 pairs of shoes through Boohoo, they used IKRUSH to supply and deliver my order. One pair was faulty receiving two different coloured pair of shoes in one box, all shoes were of terrible quality and looked like they would fall apart in about 5 minutes. I returned the whole order straight away as per instructions from IKRUSH. They have had my return totalling £58.98 since the 29th of April I have still not received my refund even after Boohoo has chased them. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. If you don’t want to receive sub standard goods and then have them try to keep your money I would avoid IKRUSH at all costs! Where is my refund IKRUSH, I’m pretty sure this breaking the law and customer rights act!!?? I would show all photographic evidence but there is no option up upload the photos.
In reply to the reply from IKRUSH below I will state the actual truth: The refund you refer to was only for 1 faulty item when I had actually returned 3. You refused to knowledge I had returned the full order. The full refund actually finally began being processed because I asked Barclaycard to claim it back legally and provided physical evidence (it was not received until June). I hope you would use this to improve your service in the future for other customers. I myself will not be returning.

Chasing a Refund
I purchased a pair of boots through Debenhams and was not aware that in order to get a refund it would be the seller i went through rather than Debenhams. Anyway, I sent this back to Ikrush and had no communication from them. I then asked for for details and they just said they had not had chance to scan the item yet and that i should send them proof of the tracking. I sent the Royal Mail proof and was told they were very busy and that it would be soon. I then sent a further email with my rights as a consumer which they replied they had longer to which i was sent another email to say they had exceeded this because it was not working days. Anyways after lots of back and froth with the company i do have a refund for this but i would not recommend getting anything from them as was a nightmare and not worth the hassel of having to chase my own money

Awful for refunds
I have returned 2 items to Ikrush and everytime I have to send constant emails for my refund.

I placed two orders on this website
I placed two orders on this website, and I absolutely do not recommend this company. I returned one order because the shoes were too small, and I have still not received a refund after more than 30 days. Customer service keeps replying that my refund is “in progress.”
The second order, which I kept, is completely unwearable after 30 days. The shoes are destroyed — after three weeks the sole cracked on both shoes, and the sides started coming apart. The inside of the shoes is also in terrible condition. I wrote to customer service, and they responded that they cannot accept any type of complaint because the shoes are damaged, even though I contacted them specifically about the damage, which should not occur after such a short period of normal use.
