Refund process was ridiculous. First and last time using IKRUSH. Still awaiting refund after several emails including proof of postage!!!

Very good quality with fast delivery. I'm 5'1 & find it hard to get the right size to fit me, but very happy lady now I have found Ikrush!

I love the clothes! Great gift outfit for my sister in law....who is petite and quite particular about shape, style and colour. The outfit is stylish, great quality, arrived on two hangers, perfectly crease-free. I think i have the perfect gift.

I ordered the Khaki Rosie Oversized Long Sleeve Crop Top and Wide Leg Trouser Co-ord Set.. it is so beautiful, soft and comfortable. I normally wear a 12-14 and the S/L is very roomy. Delivery was really fast and well packed ... I will definitely order again

Really pleased with this outfit not worn if yet but have tried it on and nice fit pleased with the colour I picked, really handy as you can wear together or as separates. Reasonably priced to.

Lovely dress in perfect condition

Bought some cute boots at a reasonably low price point. They were largely comfortable but by end of night my feel were tired. Boots looked great with jeans. Item came quickly. There was a strong smell at first but disappeared quickly. I wondered if it was maybe glue.

So was told by Debenhams I would receive a refund then Ikrush got in touch to say they need the sandals back before they'll issue a refund

I ordered a two piece trouser & cardigan /jacket a few weeks ago. Excellent price as they were doing a 25% discount aswell. Came well packaged and came with a clear film cover for protection. Haven't tried it on yet. The only thing maybe is the length as I am 5 foot 9 .

Delivery was ok. Returns the worst 2 month's and 11 emails later got .my refund. Never use again which is a shame

The jacket was labelled XXL
I'm normally size 18 to 20 so I expected this to fit but it was way too small.
My daughtercwho is size 16 UK also found it too small.

I wasn't happy with the fit but Janet helped me sort the return which I previously thought wasn't possible hence why I have revised my rating.

Absolutely beautiful sandals. First pair (Linda orange fab colour) ordered didn’t fit left foot NOT Ikrush sandal fault, had 2 operations on so odd feet! So loved and found similar colour but braided so ordered two more different pairs. Have kept orange colours brilliant again with dress so really happy! The fuchsia have returned for exchange re size, again fantastic match for dress I needed them for! The first pair Linda were returned for full refund please! Hopefully & possibly by now you should have received, so I look forward to a speedy exchange & refund, thanking you in advance for your help! P Morrall
