Bought a cooling blanket. Seems ripped in a matter of weeks. Spent months emailing and they just kept saying we will get back to you and it was never addressed. Terrible avoid this company

I've have been calling and emailing your company for almost a 2 weeks now for a missing package with zero responses. I'm starting to think this company might have been a scam

I bought a duvet in the wrong color. I called and Hush support walked me through Exchange. The system would let me complete the exchange to I ended buying a bedsheet so system will complete the transaction.

It's been more than a month and I have contacted Hush support - no one answers the phone number but you can get an agent on the chat line. They told me the returns team needs to work on the order and there is nothing they can do to escalate or help.

Horrible experience! Looks like they scammed me for $400.

I have been waiting since October for help with my 2 hush blankets. No one is helping me. I'm on hold right now and customer service isn't picking up (30 minute wait so far). My ticket # 1177976.

Please HELP ME.

My order was damaged during shipping, didn’t even make it to my place as it was returned to the sender! Haven’t received a refund or a new order. It’s been a month, they won’t return my emails and you can’t get through to customer service, everytime I call I sit there and listen to their junk music for an hr and nobody ever answers. Highly recommend not taking a gamble with Hush as they have zero customer service. They basically scammed $270 from me!l!

I see so many bad reviews but my experience was the complete opposite! I ordered the Cloud Duvet, 2 pillow covers and received their free hybrid ajustable cooling pillow as part of their Black Friday promo.

I had forgotten to change my address on Shop and used their chat to fix the issue and within 5 mins they had it changed and my order came within 48 hours.

I love the duvet, cloud like, not too light and not too heavy, not too hot and not too cold. I couldn’t wait to go to sleep last night and I want to live in my bed!

I’m not sure if it makes a difference but I’m in Canada 🇨🇦

I purchased a set of the Charcoal Grey Hush Iced Sheets and 2 weeks after the warranty period the fitted sheet literally just ripped apart, the fabric just deteriorated - nothing happened to the sheet to cause it to rip. I am a lover of quality sheet sets and have several sets from UGG as well as the
Bamboo Rayon Sheet Set ''The Original'' from the Linen Chest (also Canadian). So these sheets were not used for a full year and my other sheets, specifically the ones from the Linen Chest have lasted me years. I wanted to try the Hush sheets to see if they were more cooling and because I liked the feature of the elastic on the corners so the sheet would not come off the bed. However, the sheets were not as cool as the bamboo rayon sheets but still seemed cooler than other sheets and had nice features like the elastics and the top/side markings. However, if I am paying for quality - I expect quality. Do not waste your money on these sheets. Honestly the UGG cooling sheets are just as good and less money. And, I am happy to report with my last purchase of sheets from the Linen Chest I see they have added the corner elastics to those sheets now. So if you are looking for sheets that actually cool and are quality, go to the Linen Chest.

Also, it took multiple days to receive the answer back from the warranty inquiry and it was simply sorry you are out of the 1 year window (it was literally less than 2 weeks from date of purchase) and less than that if you consider the time it took to ship them to me. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Also I ordered one of their cooling blankets and the threading from the quilted pattern is coming off after just over a year.

Do NOT recommend Hush at all.

Bought $1000 worth of stuff. The duvet cover loses a button every time its washed, and the silk pillowcases are terrible quality after a few washes.

Customer service is almost non existent. So disappointing.

Can't give them 0 stars unfortunately but wish I could! Ordered 2 of the Cloud Pillows from Hush and was extremely disappointed in the quality given what they advertised online. I also ordered these pillows due to the 60-day return policy and emailed their customer service department to initiate a return. Several emails, and two weeks later I've heard nothing back from them. Would not recommend this company whatsoever after reading other reviews and based on my own experience it seems like they are a scam.

Before purchasing the all season duvet and Ice cover I checked with the company about what filling was in their duvets as I did not want a polyester filling because polyester makes me perspire. I was told that there was no polyester in their products that they were filled with a “hollow” fibre.

When I received the duvet the label says the filling is 100% polyester. Needless to say I am unhappy. They do not seem to know what their product is made of or there is a bot for customer service that doesn’t work.

In addition there was a promotion whereby I would receive a free cooling pillow. I had out the products I wanted in my cart while I was waiting for confirmation of what the filling was made of. I received an email that the free pillow promotion was ending on the weekend so it would be best to order on the weekend which I did. Despite all this, I did not receive the free pillow. I suppose this is mute anyway as I will be returning the products.

By the way, the one night I used the duvet, it did not keep me cool.

I am waiting to see what the company has to say about this.

This is an addition to this review. They are sending me the free pillow. I should have said that the product itself is well made and feels luxurious on your skin so if you don’t have a problem with polyester it might be good for you.

I’m actually not sure why these have such bad reviews!!! The sheets are DEFINITELY cooling, the cloud duvet is amazing. I’ve been having really good sleeps since buying it. It came within the same week I ordered it; maybe because I’m in Canada? Either way I really like it

Couverture trop chaude, les billes ne restent pas en place. Mauvaise qualité et mauvais service. Je préfère la couverture d’une autre marque qui est en Coton et respire. Aussi, j’ai eu beaucoup de mal à la retourner et me faire rembourser malgré leur politique de retour. Je regrette d’avoir acheté chez eux.

I bought two sets of "Cooling" sheets from them. They are soft however they are not cooling. Both sets also have holes in them. The one set has two toonie size holes and the other set has a huge tear about the size of my hand. Tried to get in touch with them and no luck. Terrible customer service.

Garbage customer service. Ordered sheet sets that were supposed to be cooling and did not have any kind of cooling effect whatsoever, they are heavy and don’t allow for airflow. Over a week after I contacted customer service still no resolution and no response after their initial trying to talk me out of returning them with offers of an exchange or 10% back if I wanted to keep them - why would I ask for a full refund for a very expensive product that doesn’t work and accept 10% instead? I’ve emailed them 4 times now and have only received the one response.

Terrible at every step.
One item was never delivered, was returned to sender without ever coming to me - still waiting for refund a month later.
The other item took forever to get someone to answer me. Call them, nobody picks up (I left the phone on speaker for six hours). I am currently out about $300 and have no way of getting that money back. Very frustrating as I was trying them to support buy Canadian rather than purchase from Brooklinen.

Customer service helped me out with something before I even raised the subject to them, really appreciate it.

Sheets ripped in washing machine under “warranty” and emails promising new sheets that never ship. Several emails promising replacements and it’s been months. F Canada! Buy American

the cloud pillow was uncomfortable and the quality seemed very cheap. but they have a 60 night so I tried to contact them to return it after only a few weeks so plenty of time left. I have tried six times to contact the company requesting a return with no response. I tried the live chat and was given a link which leads to an error and was told to email again. It seems that they don't really want to accept returns.

Ordered blanket and duvet cover back in November as Christmas present for my son. It is New Year tomorrow and didn’t receive it. Emailed the company and never got reply!
