I ordered the sage sheet and pillow case set it came in two days. They washed up nicely and I absolutely love them. Will be ordering more for my spare room.

I bought a fitted queen sheet set including two pillow cases. I was looking to ONLY buy one fitted sheet, seems that you can't do that these days...... They came pre-washed (great) ( I still wash them so they smell better) but they are soft and cool. love the colour.

Plus the customer service lad IVAN was Great !!!!!

Don't believe all the negative comments here. People typically only leave reviews after a poor experience. I've had a GREAT experience with HUSH.

Ordered directly from the Hush website and the sheets arrived FAST. And honestly? They are AMAZING.

For anyone wondering about care: I wash warm with a gentle detergent and a cup of white vinegar. No fabric softener. Hang dry or tumble dry low with no dryer sheet, then another 5–10 minutes to smooth wrinkles. They stay super soft.

After about 5 months of regular use and washing, the fitted sheet developed a couple small holes. I called customer service, waited about 25 minutes on hold, and within 8 minutes of speaking to someone they sent out a replacement fitted sheet (and pillowcases) under warranty. Completely hassle free.

That kind of support matters. I’ll definitely be buying another set (or two) in different colours. Proud to support a great Canadian company.

You have the absolute worst customer service !!!!!!!
When checking up on my order by phone, I was put on hold for 1hr22min !!!!
I ordered and received an email confirmation that the order was shipped December 5th ….
It partially arrived, in 2 separate boxes, which I then returned….
I am still waiting for the unreceived part of the order and up to now have still not received.
When I am tracking it shows FedEx still has the package from December 17th .
I must let you know, that it is very unlikely I will deal with your company again !!!!!!!!
What is the status will the remaining part of the order ?

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .... OR MAYBE CUSTOMER NO SERVICE !

Waiting, waiting, waiting ….its been 6 weeks since I placed and paid for my RUSH order. Got a tracking number with FEDEX….. has yet to leave HUSH.CA warehouse….. numerous emails and no response. Are they still in business? Does anyone work there?

Less than 1 star. Site advertised BOGO sitewide but did not honor this.I would love to share my screen shots of my conversation with the "customer service"

Its like no one is working there. I’m waiting for weeks for an email answer, I tried to reach them everywhere and waited for hours on the phone and there’s just NO customer service answering me. I’m waiting for a warranty replacement order and I guess they are just ignoring me to not have to send the sheets back.

Very disappointed they wouldn’t honour the corrected quote after they had a wrong price on a sofa. I was ready to give my credit card for an 11k+ purchase and I was told that the correction was not approved by the manager after all, even though I had an official estimate from Hush (Cranbrook) with that amount.
Very nice sale representative that’s why the 2 star and not one .

I purchased the iced cooling sheets and they have absolutely no cooling feature about them. They are very soft but they are soooooo heavy. They throw my washing machine off balance because they are so heavy. They also take forever to dry. I imagine they use a ton of water to wash them too. Do not purchase these. They are very expensive and not worth it.

I found the duvet to be very heavy and warm as well.

I purchased a duvet from Hush. It came with a gift with purchase of a sheet set. Unfortunately the duvet was way too warm so I returned it and purchased a lighter and also more expensive duvet from Hush to replace it. They insisted that I had to return the sheets to get my full refund. This would be totally reasonable if I hadn’t bought another duvet which would also have come with free sheets at the time. The customer service rep was originally willing to refund my total cost but then changed his mind. I can’t return the sheets because the first thing you do with new sheets is wash them. They obviously don’t want me as a customer as they are totally unwilling to use any discretion in solving this issue. I was planning to buy my next mattress from Hush but will now be looking at other Canadian companies like Silk & Snow and Endy.

Love this product but don't buy the bamboo duvet cover if you have cats!

Company is a complete scam. They use fake advertising.
Googled: pet hair resistant sheets.
Their results come up first. The link name is: pet hair resistant sheets as seen on dragons den.
When you click the link no where in the description of the sheets it states the “pet hair resistant” claim. When you ask their online support they answer “I am not aware of that”.
Fake advertising. Beware.
